Mr. D's Mad Cooking Show

"Welcome back! Today we are here with, Annie Bell Cheese!"

*Annabeth walks out and rolls her eyes*

"I feel like you do this on purpose Mr.D." she said. I

"Me?!" He asked offended. "Never!"

Annabeth sighed. "What do you want me to do on here anyways? I was to busy to watch Grover's."

"Well!" Mr. D said looking at the cameras like he was on The Office. "You pick a dish that is special to you and you make it!"

Annabeth played with the beads on her necklace. "I don't really have a special dish." she said with a frown. "I suppose I could make pizza like I do for Percy."

"Perfect!" Mr.D yelled.

Annabeth sighed. "Do you have to be so loud?"

"Yes!" he screamed.

Annabeth pretended to not hear him and went to the work station. "Um. The pizza's going to be blue. That's how Percy likes it."

"The ingredients are: One package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast, one teaspoon sugar, one and one-fourth cups warm water (110° to 115°), a fourth of a cup canola oil, one teaspoon salt, three and a half cups all-purpose flour, half a pound ground beef, one small onion, chopped, one can (15 ounces) tomato sauce, three teaspoons dried oregano, one teaspoon dried basil, one medium green pepper, diced, two cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, and of course, some blue food dye (because my boyfriend is insane)."

"First, In large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water; let stand for 5 minutes. Add oil, salt, and your blue food dye. Stir in flour, a cup at a time, until a soft dough forms."

"Next put it on a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 2-3 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink; drain."

"Then Punch down dough; divide in half. Press each into a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Combine the tomato sauce, oregano and basil; spread over each crust. Top with beef mixture, green pepper and cheese."

"Finally, bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned." she said. "I didn't prepare anything so... we have to wait."

*30 minutes later*

"And it's done!" she cried. Mr. D tried it. His eyes widened in shock. "So Peter Johnson has good taste in something!"of

Annabeth laughed. "Yeah. He does doesn't he?"

They laughed while the curtain closed.
