I'd like to say this quote is one of my favs because it really is true, forgive people who really deserve it. But also forgive the people who have done you wrong not because they deserve it but to help you find peace. Like if you ever had a traumatic experience because of someone and you blame them and hate them you should forgive them because you need peace you can't dwell on the hate you have because they're not worth your precious tears, pain or time.
