Hi, readers that are pretty much nonexistent. I feel like you'll be there eventually, but? I need ideas, and I'm quickly throwing these out here. I could also use come ideas for my Meet Percabeth book ohmygod. Also, let's start a trend of deli AUSSSS... Pssh what?

Will strolled down the sidewalk, looking at the unfamiliar shops and restaurants. He had just moved from Texas, in an effort to get away from his arrogant father.

While looking at the shops, a boy from a nearby deli was taking out the trash- and they collided. The deli-boy (you have no idea how much I enjoyed calling Nico that) dropped the black bag and it got kicked into the street by a passerby and run over by a taxi.

So, that's New York, eh?

"Uh, sorry," Will scratched the back of his neck awkwardly.

"Yeah. I have to get back to work," the shorter boy glared at him before wheeling around and striding back into the deli.

Will followed the boy, curious. "You work here?"

The boy glanced over his shoulder, "Yeah. Why are you following me?"

"Your name tag said you work at a deli, and I'm hungry."

The boy glanced down at the name tag on his apron-thing that read: Nico. Deli Services.

"How generic," Will grinned.

Nico scowled and slid behind the counter. "What do you want?"

"Food."

"I noticed. What bread?"

After Will had gotten his sandwich, a decent conversation started between the two boys.

"No, I would prefer to work at McDonald's, to be honest ( am I the only one that can picture Nico or Will saying tbh?) ." Nico shrugged.

"Working at McDonald's is your dream job? You've got to be kidding me," Will stared at Nico.

Nico rolled his eyes, checking his phone. "My shift starts up again soon, so what's your dream job?"

"Doctor," Will said immediately.

"Oh. Now my hopes seem stupid."

"Little bit," Will grinned.

"Nico! Get back to work!" A girl yelled, throwing a glob of lettuce at him.

"Owe, Reyna! Could you not?" Nico hissed.

Reyna smiled innocently. "No, why?"

Nico rolled his eyes, standing up from where he sat with Will. "I'll see you later,"

"Yeah-"

"Nico!"

"I'm coming, you nugget!"

From that day on, Will went to Demigod Deli (so ridiculous but I love it) every day. He only went when he knew Nico was working, and he felt bad that he had to work so much; so he continued to visit.

When Will entered the shop two months after his first visit, he was greeted by Reyna, who had a blonde guy poking her repeatedly.

"Who's this?" Will asked her laughingly.

"This, this is my boyfriend, Jason." (SUCK IT SUCK IT I LOVE THEM, SUCK IT).

"Ah," Will looked at Jason. "I'm Will, Nico's fr-"

"Boyfriend." Reyna butted in.

Will felt his face heat up. "No, we're just-"

"Constantly flirting whenever you visit which is every day and you pretty much order a sandwich and give a ten dollar tip to Nico every time?" Reyna interrupted again.

"Uh. . ."

Jason spoke up this time. "That means Nico is over Percy?"

Reyna looked at Will. "I never said Nico liked him back."

Jason frowned, looking at Will. Little did they know, jealousy was building up; as though he didn't realize that they had just implied Nico were gay.

But the realization hit him in the face like a fucking airplane. "He's gay?"

Reyna rolled her eyes. "I wonder where you got that crazy idea,"

Will waved her off. "Is Nico around?"

"Nah, he took today off. Jason is doing the cleaning- even though he's not getting paid."

"So, you're making your boyfriend take over your job, and you're doing the sandwich-making part?" Will asked.

Jason scowled, but Reyna just grinned at him. "Pretty much."

"Why don't you just call Nico?" Jason asked, eating an olive off his finger.

Reyna was about to scold him for eating the sandwich ingredients, but Will answered the question first. "I tried. I thought he would be working since his phone was off."

Reyna shrugged, "Check Percy's apartment."

Will hesitated. "Why would Nico be there?"

"Annabeth, Percy's girlfriend, just came into town with his half sister, Hazel. He probably went to see them, and Hazel is pretty close friends with Percy-"

"What's the address?"

When Will showed up at Percy's apartment, it made Nico nervous. "Uh-hi. Reyna and Jason told me you'd be here." Will said awkwardly.

"Nico, who is at my door?" A voice called.

"Erm, it's Will!" Nico called back, still nervous.

"Oh! Bring him in so we can laugh at him!" A girl's voice yelled.

Will laughed and followed Nico into the apartment, looking at the three new people curiously. There was a girl with dark skin and frizzy brown hair, her bright eyes standing out against her skin.

There was also a gray-eyed blonde who was sitting between the legs of a green-eyed boy with Raven black hair.

"This is Hazel," Nico said awkwardly, pointing to the dark skinned girl. "And Percy and Annabeth,"

"Ah, hey." Will said.

"Hi," Annabeth grinned. "So, you're the one Nico constantly talks about, eh?"

Nico blushed furiously and glared at Annabeth, while Will was thoughtful.

Percy looked mildly uncomfortable, but amused by Nico's expression. "Annabeth's not lying. He messaged us about meeting and I quote 'A cute blonde with-"

"Shut up!" Nico yelled.

There was a silence, in which the smiles melted off of Percy, Annabeth, and Hazel's faces. Nico looked at Will, hurt portrayed on his face, before he rushed out of the apartment.

"I-I should go after him," Will murmured.

Will looked at their regretful faces once more, before turning around and following Nico out of the apartment. What he didn't expect was Nico to be on the ground right outside the door, his knees pulled to his chest and his face buried in his hands.

"Nico," Will said gently.

Nico didn't pick up his head, just grunted in acknowledgement. Will slowly slid down the wall next to him, and Nico turned his head so he was looking at him.

"They were just messing around." Will said, looking into Nico's dark eyes.

"I know. But I didn't want you to know-"

"-that you liked me back?"

Nico blinked, "What?"

Will blushed, and wiggled his toes. "Yeah. I've liked you for a while. Did you know that Reyna ships us together?"

Nico smiled slightly. "Jason too. He was the first to know I was gay,"

They stared at each other for a moment, before Nico closed the space between them suddenly. Will's head spun, but he managed to kiss him back. Nico's hands were on both sides of Will's face as they kissed, and Will was suddenly glad he had caused Nico to drop the garbage on the street that day.
