Third Person POV:

Malie Rivera is a 16 year old girl, born in Hawaii, and daughter of Poseidon. She is shy, kind, sad at times, loving, and creative. She is beautiful inside and out. She is 5'6, tan skin, skinny, she has cute little dimples on the side of her cheeks when she smiles, hazel coloured eyes, long light brown hair with blonde ends that go to her mid back, and she has a voice of an angel when she talks or sings.

Malie and Frank Zhang, the son of Mars have been best friends since she was claimed by her father. (Percy was VERY happy that day).

Malie, Nico, Will, and the seven go swimming at the beach once or more every week. Malie can't help but look at Franks strong arms and abs when they are at the beach. Malie has a crush on Frank, who couldn't? He's a loveable big, strong teddy bear. Little does Malie know, Frank has a crush on her. He loves the way her hair moves in the wind while it dances wildly, the way she laughs, her smile that makes him smile instantly, but he didn't know she had the voice of an angel when she sang also he didn't know she goes through rough times.

One day Frank decided to visit the Poseidon kids (mostly Malie). He went up to the cabin and was just about to knock on the door when he heard singing. Was Percy singing? No Percy can't sing. (Percy says he can sing but I think he can't. Between me and you he sounds like a dying whale ;) "WHAT DID YOU SAY!?!?" Umm nothing...)
Frank listened to the voice since his curiosity took over. It was Malie singing! She was singing Demons by ID (Imagine Dragons). It sound then like she was crying. Frank knocked on the door, the voice stopped singing but there was no answer. Frank heard more crying so he came inside. When he walked into the cabin he frowned at what he saw, he saw Malie his best friend crying in the corner.

"Malie..." he said sadly.

Malie looked at him with sad eyes that broke Franks young innocent heart. Tear stains where on her cheeks and her hazel eyes were red from crying.

"Malie, what's wrong?" Frank asked his eyes filled with concern for his crush/best friend.

Malie slowly got up from the corner and sat on her bunk near Percy's. "Frank, at times I have really depressing thoughts. I get like this sometimes. I don't like it but it happens and I can't do anything about it. I was afraid to tell someone I love that I have feelings for him." Malie confessed.

Frank day down by Malie and pulled her into a hug. He held tight and she did too, feeling safe in his big, strong arms. She closed her eyes feeling her thoughts melt away during the hug.

"Who is the guy, Malie?" Frank asked.

Malie pulled away from the hug and said in a croaky voice, "You..."

Frank blushes as red as a strawberry and was speechless. Malie started to feel worried like she messed up.

"Frank, are you okay?" She asked worried.

Frank didn't say anything but instead he kissed her. She slowly melted into the kiss. It felt like it lasted forever, but they pulled away.

"I've had a rough past so when I get like this, I understand if you want to leave..." Malie said but was cut off by another kiss from the handsome son of Mars. When Frank kissed her she knew that was his way saying he's never leaving, not now, not ever.

They were interrupted by the one and only Percy Jackson and Nico di Angelo. Both of the boys were smiling at the two young, new lovers. They both agreed they will help their little girl when she goes through those tunes again.
