After getting ready, Y/N grabs her purse, mobile and keys then strides out of her place and gets in her car then drives away to the address Kai gave. When she reached the place, she noticed that place was a resort and wondered why he has invited her there. She parked her car then entered the resort and walked towards the lobby.

After reaching the lobby she dialed Kai to inform him that she has arrived, after hanging up, a few minutes later, Kai came to the lobby covering his face with a mask, the resort had tight security and no paparazzi were there nor many people so nobody noticed them. Kai lead her towards his suite, and when they reached the floor and walked in front of his suite, Kai opens the door and nods her to walk in, she hesitantly walks in then Kai follows her behind and closes the door, then gestures her to walk ahead, and she does walk further and when she reached the living space her eyes widen in surprise and she brings her hands to cover the gasp she left.

And when she turns back, she sees Kai holding a cake and stepping towards her while singing her birthday, "Happy Birthday to you y/n" He wishes when he reaches right in front of her. Y/N was beyond happy, not just because of the surprise but also because someone who wasn't close to her did all of this, tears streamed down her cheeks.

"Why are you crying? Did I do something wrong? Isn't today your birthday? I remembered it was today, I'm sorry if it isn't......" The male mutters in panic but the birthday girl shuts him,  "Thank you" she says and takes a moment to wipe her tears and looks around, "It is my birthday today, it's just, I'm so overwhelmed, I didn't expect this, Thank you so much for this Jong-in" she thanks the man and he noticed how much touched she was at his gesture, "ohhh, do you like this?" he asks looking down to hide his flushed cheeks.

"Like? I love it, did you do all of this alone?" she asks pulling the nearby balloon, "Well, I did take some help from the resort staff and manager" he shrugs smiling wide, "You didn't have to do all of this though" she says biting her lips to not break into sobs again, "We are meeting after a long time, I wanted to make a lovely impression. Also, for your birthday, this is the least I could do" he says and she blushes at his words, "On that case you made a very lovely impression, you made my day" she says and that put his nervous heart at ease.

"Glad to hear that, now let's move on to cutting the cake, I still got a lot of things planned for today", he says and sets the cake on the coffee table while she turns to him with wide eyes, "What more did you plan?" she asks amused, "Shhhhhh! let's cut the cake" he ushers her and she nods while silently giggling at his behavior. Y/N cuts the cake and they both enjoyed having some cake along with some brunch which Kai ordered. After having brunch Kai took her out to hang out and he took her to an amusement park. her no1 in the favorite hangout places list

They both spend all day goofing around and having fun while taking the different rides. As the day came to an end he took her out for dinner, they both had a lovely dinner, and she almost forgot about the pain she felt because her besties forgot her birthday. Y/N and Kai had fun and took loads of pictures. Luckily they both didn't encounter any fans or any paparazzi all thanks to his disguise.

After the lovely Hangout or maybe a "date" they both head back to the resort as her car was still there. When they reached the resort and they both got out she thanked him. "Thank you so much for today, without you, I don't what I would've been doing today." she says, that confused him but he felt happy to make her day, "Aishh don't thank me, I should thank you instead for agreeing on hanging out with me, and I think we should hang out more" he adds hopefully.

"I would love to do that, and was this a date?" she asks in a teasing tone and he blushes at that,  "It is if you want it to be" he replies with a wink and her cheeks tint pink for the nth time that day with how flirty the man has been, "ok, then let's call it a date", she says nodding her head, "Then don't you know usually a date ends with something......." he raises his brows and she furrows her brows, "What? " she asks crossing her arms across her chest.

"Just kidding, can't wait to hang out more with you", he says running his fingers through his hair, "Me too, see ya soon then", she says and he smiles wide, "see ya", he says tucking his fingers in his pockets, she shakes her head and goes in for a hug which takes him by surprise but he soon hugs he back, "Happy Birthday again" he mumbles with her in his embrace, "Thank you so much" she thanks him and a moment later they part away.

After parting away, she bade her bye then got in her car and drove back to her apartment in utter happiness and a cozy feeling.

Y/N talked to Minji and finally decided to listen to her, so she made herself distant from boys, it was hard for her but, she did this to show them the true colors of Yuna. But gladly Kai was there by her to make you feel a bit better, he introduced her to his bandmates and they all were so friendly just like bangtan boys, but no matter how close EXO were, Bangtan held a special place in her heart.

                   Ever since Bangtan debuted she's been with them as their bestie/stylist. So they are very special to her, no matter what happens she could never hurt them nor let them get hurt. But they have to know about Yuna's true self so she's been avoiding them and all the boys seem to notice her odd behavior except for Jimin who's blinded by Yuna and her lies.

        It was hard for her to see Jimin with Yuna, he was her crush ever since the start but she never confessed, afraid to ruin the friendship they had if he doesn't feel the same. Nobody knows about her feeling except Tae, He was like a brother to her, making sure she was happy and safe. So she always shared how she felt with him, she even told him about Yuna. And he is the only one who knows and believes her among the boys.

        No matter how close Tae was with her, she hid the news of her quitting job at HYBE a secret from him, cause if he knows he will definitely convince her, and in another case, he might even tell all the boys. 

The month passed in a blink, which felt too soon as she was overworking, taking up Yuna's work as she had to go out on dates with her boyfriend. She was finally quitting, she already talked to PD nim and he agreed, she also asked him and the Bangtan's manger nim to keep quiet and not tell the boys about her quitting until the day she quits and they did as she asked.

Time skip~~
One week later,

After quitting the job at HYBE she applied to other companies and gladly SM entertainment hired her which made her close to EXO. Even though she missed HYBE, she tried her best to concentrate on her work.

As that was awards season Y/N got busy with designing new outfits for the boys. And the boys had a performance as well, so she had to help them at backstage on D-Day. D-Day came and she was in a rush while helping the EXO boys.

But little did she know that bangtan was performing at the show as well, so they were backstage as well. Y/N got busy and didn't notice, but Jungkook saw her and informed his hyungs who got utterly shocked seeing her with EXO. While going on stage they walked past her that's when she saw them and felt a sting in her heart. When her eyes met with Jimin's he immediately turned away making her already pained heart sting more.

         But soon the award show ended and everyone went back to their places. And Bangtan was determined to talk to her today and hence they started spamming and calling her like crazy and that made her reply to them as she felt like she owed them an explanation.
