━═ Taeyong's POV ═━

Sticking the key into the lock, the door clicks open. Johnny pats my back, a sign of reassurance in our progression. We're in. I lead the taller boy further into Jaehyun's apartment, stopping when we get to the bedroom. A strange feeling of longing, bubbling up inside me as I recollect memories of Jaehyun and I.

I don't miss him. I can't miss him. For Jungwoo's sake.

"Password?" Johnny deters me from my thoughts, sitting down in front of an old computer.

"I love Taeyong." A pang of hurt hits my heart. Jaehyun was always bad at expressing his emotions aloud, yet leaving subtle clues instead. Johnny whistles lowly, typing in the password. The computer unlocks.

His hand hesitates to move the mouse, a worried expression plastered to his face. This plan is bothersome but we have to stick to it in order to help Jungwoo. Opening a few files, his expression changes to one of amusement.

"This is stupidly basic coding, like pathetically stupid." Johnny laughs breathily, hurriedly altering the files to work to our advantage.

"How do you even know what to change? It all looks the same." I stare at the document, dumbfounded by the jumble of letters and numbers.

"I had a lot of spare time in our world, and I was bored. Might as well put my smart brain to use right?" Johnny jokes, saving the file and shutting the computer down. "I couldn't drastically change anything because Jaehyun would've noticed, so what I've done is alter the respawn rate and place. If our portals are destroyed we should come back to the café almost instantly. Oh, and after they're destroyed we no longer need portals or boyfriends to respawn."

"I guess there's no going back now."

━═ Jungwoo's POV ═━

Yuta immediately hugs Winwin tightly when they meet eyes. Whilst Johnny and Taeyong were at Jaehyun's house, we thought we could kill two birds with one stone by waiting at the café for Yuta, and ensuring that Jaehyun stayed at work.

We can't afford to be caught.

Yet, all I want to do is confide in Doyoung, but the others think it's too risky. He might tell Jaehyun and then we'd be in trouble.

I watch him from the other side of the window. He moves gracefully through the quaint café, serving customers with a breathtaking smile. Sadness overwhelms me. Maybe, I'll always be stuck on the outside, only watching him from afar.

This plan has to work. I have to be with Doyoung.
