"Hello and welcome to GameStop, my name is Brian, may I help you find what you're looking for today?" A dark skinned man behind the counter at the front of the store asked me.

"Yes, hi, I-I'm looking for an Xbox One version of that new game, YouTube?" I asked nervously. Since it had just came out... I don't even know how long ago because of the reality skipping, I grew scared if they would no longer have what I need in stock.

"Um, I know we no longer have any open copies up here, if you want, I could check the back for you?" He asked politely.

"Yes please." He smiled and nodded as he walked to the back. He stayed back there a while. I grew impatient and started tapping my fingers on the counter and sway back and forth. I kept checking my phone for no good reason and was about to leave when the employee Brian came back out with a case in his hands.

"You're very lucky. We had two copies left, but one was unfortunately snapped in half... not exactly sure how though." He shrugged and scanned the back.
"$59.99 please."

I gave him the money. It doesn't even matter to me anymore. Once I get into Sean's world, I'm never coming back here, so money is no concern or issue. Gage was the only thing keeping me here and that turned to complete shit.

I snuck back to my house in the back door and turned the Xbox One on and immediately replaced my Rise of the Tomb Raider disc with The YouTube Game disc and sat on my couch. It was taking forever to load and I was growing extremely impatient. I started bouncing on the couch while sitting.

"Come on... Come on..." I was whisper/yelling to myself, hoping that if Gage was still outside my front door that he wouldn't hear me.

"Yes!" I cheered as the game finally turned on. I scrolled through the literal hundreds of YouTuber names until I came across the 'J' section.

Jack was first on the list from 'J', considering "JackSepticEye" spelt 'A' and 'C' right after the 'J'.

I selected his name and watched his Sam icon rotate in the bottom right corner as the screen loaded.

It quickly went away.

"*WHAPISH* TOP OF THE MORNIN' TO YA LADDIES! MY NAME IS JACKSEPTICEYE AND WELCOME TO..." There he was. The man I knew I loved. I miss him. His voice. His touch. His lips.

The camera panned over to a computer screen with his game selections out.

Wait.

No...

"NO!" I started to yell and cry.

"IT'S NOT THERE! THE OPTION IS GONE! JACK! SEAN!"

It's gone.

'Real Life' was no longer an option in Jack's selection.

The only ones remaining were his original Happy Wheels, Subnautica and The Escapists.

I tried to stay quiet to not alarm Gage, so I stuffed my face into my couch and cried. I clenched pillows in my hand, and threw them against the ground in front of me only to pick them up and repeat these actions again and again.

But then I stopped. I got up from the couch, wiping away my dry tears and looked out a window that gave a view of Gage's house.

Maybe Real Life only works on his system.
