A/N: Hey guys, I decided to upload one more chapter before I'm gone for a few days so here ya guys go!

Chapter 4: poison anyone?

*Ez's POV*

I wake up to my charmander sitting on the edge of my bed with bulbasaur and totodile fast asleep. I smile and carefully stand up so I don't kick the sleeping pixelmon. I see the stanger sleeping on the bed Mo had made while Mo is sleeping on the floor. I walk over to her and gently shake her shoulder.

"Mo, wake up." I whisper.

Her hands come up and rub her eyes. "What's up Ezy?" She mumbles sleepily.

"Did he wake up last night at all?"

She yawns and nods.

"Well, spill. I wanna know what happened."

"Ok, ok. His name is Sky, I'm pretty sure he is 9 years old and he is worried about a friend of his that he has at his own house."

"A friend? How old?"

"6, I think is what he said."

I heard a moan come from behind us and I turned around. Sky was laying on the bed but he was all tense like he was having a bad dream. Mo stood up and walked over to him. I noticed that he was still very pale even though Mo had patched him up last night. She put her hand on his fore head and she quickly pulled it away.

"He's burning up," she said looking at me.

"Could it be from the blood loss?" I ask.

She shakes her head. "It can't be, he didn't lose that much..."

I take the arrow that shot him out of my inventory and look at it. It looks like a normal arrow but my goggles pick up something normal people might over look. On the tip of the arrow I see a little coating of a light green substance... Poison. Crap, the arrow had poison on it, not good.

"Uh, Mo." I say handing her the arrow.

I show her where the poison is on the arrow.

"Crap," she mutters and she takes the arrow out of my hand.

I hear Sky groan again, he looks extremely uncomfortable and in pain. We had to think, what heals poison?

*Sky's POV*

My insides feel like they're on fire. I want to scream but my throat is like closed up and I can't. What happened? Was I poisoned? I think so but this felt different like I was trapped inside my head. I close my eyes and begin to dream.

***dream***

It's really dark so I can't see a thing, I can only hear this whisper of an echoey voice. Soon all the pixelmon will be under my control. It said.

I try walking but I can't move like I'm frozen in place. 'Whats going on? What is this guy talking about?' I wonder.

We just need a few more special items, it says, then it'll be ready for its first test. It begins to laugh like a crazy man.

I felt a cold shiver run up my spine, I wasn't sure what this was telling me but it didn't sound good so I closed my eyes and drifted back to darkness.

***end dream***

*Mo's POV*

'Think, think! What the heck heals poison?!' I'm thinking as I try remembering a trick I learned somewhere about poison. I hear a little voice in the back of my head 'Milk' it whispers. 'Milk! That's it!' I run upstairs to the chest that had those potions and things. I'm pretty sure I saw a bucket of milk in there and sure enough there was. I grab it and run back down stairs and yell at Ez to help me.

She puts an arm under his head and gently lifts it up. As I carefully open his mouth to poor in the milk. As soon as I touched him I felt a shiver run up my spine. Something was off. I pour the milk carefully into his mouth and pull away. I can tell Ez felt the same thing because behind her goggles I could see her eyes widening. I put the now half full bucket of milk on the floor and I noticed my silver and pink bracelet my mom gave me before I left was glowing a dim pink. I looked up at Ez and her goggles were glowing a reddish color. I stared at her and she looked at me confused.

"What?" She asked.

"Y-your goggles are glowing!" I cry.

"Yea? Well then so is your bracelet and his amulet."

I looked at Sky's amulet and sure enough it was glowing purple. All three of our items glow very brightly for a moment and then stop. I look back at Ez and she looks absolutley terrified. Sky made another moan and sat up. Ez and I are staring at him and he looks confused and frightened. "Something wrong?" He asks.

"IS SOMETHING WRONG!?" Ez shouts, "YOU GET POISONED AND WE HELP YOU, AND OUR STUFF STARTS GLOWING! IS SOMETHING WRONG, YOU TELL ME BUDDER BOY!!"

Sky looks extremely confused and hurt. He starts getting up but I stop him. "Sky, she didn't mean to shout. It just freaked us out a bit is all." I say.

He looks at me with his big hazel eyes and they were full of tears. His eyes wandered from my bracelet to Ez's goggles and he mutters something. Ez come over to me with Sky's sunglasses in her hands.

"Sorry Sky, I didn't mean to shout," she says, then she grins. "That is definatly not the way to greet someone when they wake up." She hands him his sunglasses.

Sky takes them and puts them on. He then smiles and laughs and it's clear Ez has been forgiven.

"Oh, Sky, can we still come with you to meet your friend?" I ask.

He smiles and nods. "Yea, I think Ty will like you guys," he replies. It looks like something is bugging him but that was probably me imagining things.

We quickly pack up our things and return our pixelmon to their pokeballs and we began following Sky to his house where we would meet his friend.
