One hour later...

Aegis: "(blankly) Walker..."

Austin and Aegis drift in front of PR HQ.

Austin: "(blankly) He's nearly done..."

They smash down the windows on the 21st floor, the highest they're able to float.

Aegis: "(blankly) It's over..."

However...

Caleb: "Dammit!"

They saw Austin and Aegis float into the building.

Yukiko: "Come on!"

They hurry inside and jump into the elevator.

Caleb: "(relieved) It still works."

They're going up.

Meanwhile...

Robert: "(awkwardly) I won't ask."

They can see the shattered windows from a few blocks away.

Asaka: "Don't drag your feet!"

They pick up the pace.

Meanwhile...

Austin: "(blankly) Disappear."

Austin shatters a hole the the ceilings all the way to the top floor with a single punch.

Aegis: "(blankly) Walker..."

They jump all the way to the top floor, only to find Walker typing away.

Walker: "(sweating) I'm almost there..."

Austin and Aegis slowly walks towards Walker.

Austin: "(blankly) Give up."

Aegis has binary swirl around her left palm.

Aegis: "(blankly) It's over."

The binary stops as an arrow hits her in the back.

Caleb: "Just in time!"

Walker is relieved that Yukiko and Caleb have arrived.

Austin: "(blankly) Two of you still wish to perish?"

Yukiko and Caleb assume battle stances.

Yukiko: "I think you've got the wrong idea."

Austin and Aegis turn to face the two.

Aegis: "(blankly) He lacks fear..."

Caleb: "You don't have any hold on me!"

Walker types as fast as he can.

Walker: "Listen! Those .EXE files are their old pain receptors! You need to hold them back while I repair the files!"

Caleb fires an arrow into Austin's knee, but it does nothing.

Caleb: "We're on it!"

Austin and Aegis assume battle positions.

Both: "You should've given into fear like the others."

Binary swirls around the two heroes.

Caleb: "Yukiko!"

They jump out of the binary, but they take minor injuries on their legs from a binary explosion.

Yukiko: "Pincer!"

Caleb dashes top the left as Yukiko goes right.

Austin: "(blankly) Simple."

Caleb focuses on firing arrows at Aegis who's taking them like candy while Yukiko uses a series of punches and kicks on Austin who's absorbing them like a sponge.

Aegis: "(blankly) We'll finish this charade."

A single step from both of them sends Caleb and Yukiko just behind Walker and slam into a wall.

Walker: "No, no, no!"

Aegis holds her hand out again.

Walker: "Only one more minute!"

Austin: "(blankly) Farewell, Walker."

Caleb: "(coughing) No!"

Suddenly, two fire swords pierce though Austin and Aegis.

Micheal/ Zack: "Missed us?"

Daggers enter Aegis as shurikens enter Austin.

Andrea/ Serena: "Sorry we lost our cool."

Aegis: "(blankly) When did you decide to fight?"

Claws enter Aegis's leg as a scythe blade gets in Austin's right shoulder.

Isabel/ Roy: "Took us a second, but..."

A cannon fires at Austin as ice skewers Aegis's leg.

Robert/ Cole: "... we got our heads screwed on straight."

Two arrows of light enter the enemies, one in each.

Kyle/ Tori: "So we hope you don't mind us dropping in."

Gusts of wind leave gashes in both enemies.

William/ Emily: "Because we still have a job to do."

Electric bullets temporarily turn their arms into Swiss cheese before healing.

Anthony/ Edo: "Thanks Caleb..."

Petals slice and dice Austin as a wave of water drenches Aegis.

Risa/ Asaka: "... thanks Yukiko."

A beep is heard as Caleb and Yukiko gather their footing.

Caleb/ Yukiko: "Don't mention it."

The two attempt to fire binary code at Walker.

Both: "(blankly) Enough of this-"

Walker pushes his Enter key.

Walker: "(smirking) Too late."

It feels as though life returns to their bodies.

Aegis: "(horrified) No..."

The two can feel emotion and pain once again.

Austin: "(shrieking in pain) NO!"

They get the weapons out, only for it to hurt worse and for the injuries to slowly heal.

Aegis: "(in pain) How did we let ourselves get confident?"

The binary storm dissipates.

Walker: "You're still human. Nothing is flawless."

The sky is clear.

Austin: "(coughing) Damn you..."

The two get back on their feet, only for them rendered unable to use binary.

Aegis: "(distraught) Our power... our desire!"

Police cars are already out front.

Shining Hope: "Just went to the toilet..."

Roy: '... where Zack had the incident!"

Zack: "(embarrassed) Oh come on!"

Cole and Robert pin Austin and Aegis to the ground.

Cole: "Now for you to finally serve your time in the brig!"

Footsteps are heard coming up...
