Captain Jack's Greatest Treasure
Captain Jack Sparrow took the helm of The Black Pearl, his crew was headed for the treasure of the Isla De Muerta. Most people think Jack Sparrow only cares for his ship and rum, but that's only people that don't know him.
Jack heard giggling coming from behind the mast, he smirked and crept toward the mast. He walked around to the other side of the mast and found his baby girl staring up at him.
"Maggie, aren't you suppose to be napping in your crib?" Jack asked.
Little Maggie Sparrow grinned and shook her head no.
"Are you sure?" He asked "Because I am sure that I put you in your crib and told you to go to sleep no less than ten minutes ago? Do you remember that?"
Maggie shook her head no.
"Are you lying?" He asked.
Maggie nodded.
"So you're lying to your Daddy?" He asked.
She shook her head no.
"Maggie" Jack said playfully stern "Are you lying to Daddy or not?"
Maggie shrugged.
"I think you are just being a bad little girl" Jack smirked.
"Pirate!" Maggie giggled.
Jack grinned and picked her up. Maggie immediately began to play run her little fingers on Jack's moustache.
"Cata-liller!" She giggled.
"Maggie, that's Daddy moustache" Jack explained "not a caterpillar!"
"Catty-iller!" Maggie argued.
"Moustache!" Jack insisted.
"Natter-liller!" Maggie furrowed her tiny eyebrows.
"Moustache!" Jack growled playfully.
"Kitty-niller!" Maggie growled.
Jack sighed "I'm not going to win this one am I?"
"Nuh-uh" Maggie shook her head.
"Go bother the crew!" Jack told her, putting her down.
Maggie toddled down to the main deck to go reek havoc on the crew.
A very little known fact about Captain Jack Sparrow was that his greatest treasure was his little girl. Young Maggie was Jack's life and his reason to keep going, he didn't know what he would do without her.

That night there was a mutiny against Jack. His first mate Barbossa took the black pearl for himself along with the muntinous rats Jack once called his crew. Maggie was still asleep in her crib in Jack's quarters, which was fine with Jack, he didn't want his daughter to see this.
"So this is how it is?" Jack asked his now former crew. "Taking me ship after all I've done for you lot?"
"Get down off your high horse, Jack" Barbossa sneered "The Pearl be ours now and don't worry about your little offspring we'll make sure she's in good hands! Bo'sun!"
The Bo'sun cocked his pistol and walked into the captains quarters were Maggie was sleeping.
"No!" Jack fought viciously against the two pirates holding him back. Barbossa struck him from behind with a bottle. Jack crumpled to the floor, immediately losing consciousness.
"Sir!" The Bo'sun said "the little one is gone!"
"What are ya going on about?" Barbossa demanded.
"I searched the entire cabin! The lass is no where to be found!" Bo'sun explained.
"Search the ship!" Barbossa ordered the crew "make sure Sparrow's spawn doesn't get away!"
The crew split up to look for Maggie, only to have her slip past them. While the crew had been betraying Jack, they hadn't noticed tiny Maggie, slipping out of the cabin to search for her beloved teddy bear, who she named Aggie.
The found her teddy bear in the galley and returned on deck without any of the betraying crew seeing her. Maggie was leaning on the railing of the Pearl when she dropped her teddy in the sea below.
Maggie gasped. She had to save Aggie, but her Daddy always told not to jump overboard! Maggie had never swam before, but she had seen her Daddy do it. And if her Daddy could do it, so could she!
Maggie jumped overboard as the black pearl sailed away. But not knowing how to swim she sunk like a stone deeper into the abyss. That might've been the end of little Maggie Sparrow.
Back aboard the black pearl, Barbossa and his crew were at a loss to find their former captain's daughter.
Barbossa threw a bucket of water onto Jack, forcing him to gain consciousness again.
"Where is she?!" He roared.
"Where's who?" Jack asked.
"You're little maggot of a child!" Barbossa yelled "Where is she?"
"She should have been-" Jack stopped when he looked through his open cabin door to see that his daughter wasn't there.
Jack grinned. "She got away" He sighed happily.
"She can't hide forever, Jack" Barbossa said coldly "and when she comes out, I'll be doing the honors of killing your bratty seed off!"
Later on Barbossa and his crew forced Jack off the plank. Leaving him on a desert island with a single pistol with a single shot. Jack waited on the beach searching for any sign of his Maggie. If the pirates hadn't found her, chances are she jumped ship. Jack waited and waited and waited, little Maggie never showed up. Finally around nightfall as he sat by a small fire, he spotted something that had washed up on the beach. It was Maggie's teddy bear.
"Maggie..." Jack breathed.
It pained Jack to think of it, but if Maggie was truely out there, there was a good chance she might've... drowned...
Jack sat on the beach and cried, something he didn't do often, he was surprised to see he still had tearducts. His baby girl, his sweet little Maggie was gone and he could never get her back. And it was all because he put his trust in that damned Barbossa!
Jack stared at the pistol in his hand, in some ways he wanted to use it on himself, at least then he would be with Maggie. But looking down at the soaked teddy bear that Maggie once held, he had a better idea.
He wouldn't use it on himself, he would use it on the man that took away his ship, his life and his greatest treasure. He would get his revenge on those who took his little girl's life...
...that was a promise.

Meanwhile off the coast of Port Royal, two men on a small fishing vessel was bringing in their nets. They were shocked to find a little girl, no older than a toddler among the dozens of fish in the net. One of the men gently untangled the fragile girl from the net. The child coughed up a load of sea water than slipped back into unconsciousness.
"I'll be damned to the depths!" one sailor breathed "She's still alive!"
"Best to take her back to Port Royal" nodded the other "they have a doctor there."
"Lucky little thing, ain't she?" Commented another.
The fishing boat made it back to Port Royal with haste, handing the child over to the royal navy who brought her to the town physician. The little girl never so much as stirred through it all.
Captain Norrington, Governor Swann and his pre-teen daughter Elizabeth sat by her bedside. They were eager to see the young girl that caused so much commotion in the small island town. It wasn't every day a child is found half alive, tangled in a fishing net. Actually it was the only time a child was found half alive in a fishing net, either way it was exciting.
While Captain Norrington and Governor Swann were discussing proper placement for the child, twelve year old Elizabeth stayed by her side. She studied the young girl's features, chubby cheeks but a good bone structure, wisps of dark brown hair, tanned skin and a sweet rose bud mouth. She couldn't have been no older than two years, she was practically an infant.
I wonder if father will let her become my little sister? Elizabeth thought.
Suddenly the child began to stir and couch violently.
"Father! Captain!" Elizabeth called "Come quick! She's coming to!"
The Governor and the captain came running in as the little girl began to rub her eyes and awake. She stared at the people around her, they weren't familiar looking but she couldn't remember much.
"Hello" said a girl "it's okay, you're safe here."
The child stared at her, she was very fancy looking. Her golden hair was in curls and she wore a pretty dress with nice embroidery pictures on it.
"Pretty!" The child said to her.
"Oh! Thank you!" Elizabeth blushed.
The little girl tried to get up, but Norrington put a gentle hand on her chest.
"You must be still, you could be injured" he told her.
The little girl crawled out of the cot nonetheless, she walked around and looked at the place she was in. They stared at her in wonder.
"She can walk at such a young age?" Governor Swann asked, slightly shocked.
"She doesn't appear to be injured at all either?" Norrington observed.
"Maybe we should figure out where she came from?" Elizabeth suggested, watching as the child grabbed a jar of cotton ball's. She was about to put one in her mouth when Norrington took it away.
"That isn't food" he told her.
The young girl growled at him and furrowed her eyebrows angrily.
"Where are you from?" Elizabeth asked softly.
The child seemed to be deep in thought, but in the end came up blank and shrugged.
"Where is your mother?" Elizabeth asked.
The child simply shook her head no.
"Your father?" Elizabeth tried again.
The little girl got a sudden look of realization. A father! She was sure she had one of those! But she couldn't remember anything about him, so she shook her head no again.
"Prehapes she's an orphan?" said Governor Swann.
"Poor thing" Elizabeth said sadly.
"We'll take her to the town orphanage, she'll be safe there and might be able to find a new family" Captain Norrington decided.
"What's your name?" Elizabeth asked the child.
"Hmm..." The child seemed to really be pondering this question. She did need a name, the last thing she remembered was something called an Aggie?
"Aggie!" She said.
"Aggie?" Asked Elizabeth, confused. She had never heard such a name before.
"It must be short for Agatha?" Governor Swann said, puzzled.
"Well, she seems healthy enough" Norrington said "let's take her to her new home."
They took the girl, now known as Aggie, to the doctor's office check out counter. Aggie noticed a bowl of candy on the checkout counter and stared at it. It was big and shiny and Aggie liked things that were big and shiny!
The nurse behind the counter noticed her gaze and smiled. "Would you like a candy?" She asked Aggie.
Aggie nodded, happily.
The nurse put the bowl down to Aggie's height. Aggie looked at the candy, pondering which color or flavor to take.
"There's lots to choose from..." The nurse said.
Then quick as a flash, Aggie grabbed two handfuls of candy and stuffed them into her pockets. Everyone's eyebrows shot up in surprise as Aggie toddled off to the exit as if nothing happened.
"Sorry about that, Nurse Mary" Norrington apologized for Aggie.
"The little dear is more than welcome, sir" the nurse smiled, looking down at the now half-empty candy dish.
Norrington and Governor Swann stared out the window at young Aggie and Elizabeth playing outside the hospital.
"Odd child" Governor Swann said "very precocious."
"We can only hope she will be adopted by good, wholesome parents" said Norrington "who will teach her not to steal other people's sweets."
