Captain Jack and Aggie were brought to the center of the cave as Captain Hector Barbossa came forward.

"How the blazes did you get off that island?" Barbossa asked Jack.

"When you left me on that God forsaken spit of land you forgot one very important thing, mate..." Jack told him.

Barbossa and his crew stared at him questionably.

"...I'm Captain Jack Sparrow!" He said.

"I thought you said you used sea turtles to get off the island?" Aggie said.

She came forward decked out from head to toe in gold and jewelry from the cave. While no one was looking she was grabbing everything she could find that was big and shiny.

"And what are you?" Barbossa asked her. He turned to Jack "Ye must be getting pretty desperate to have a child assist ye with your little escapade's."

"First off, I'm not a what!" Aggie said "And second you must be even more desperate because your crew has the brains of a cantaloupe!"

"Cantaloupe's don't have brains?" Regetti said.

"Exactly!" Aggie said "And Jack could've gotten a stinky little monkey instead of me..."

Barbossa's pet monkey landed on his shoulder and hissed at her.

Aggie hissed back and said "...But unfortunately the last one was taken by a wrinkly old guy with a crew full of cantaloupe heads!"

Captain Jack beamed proudly at Aggie, she just insulted his enemy singlehandedly and from the angry look on Barbossa's face she really got under his skin.

"Ye really shouldn't have said that, missy" Barbossa said, turning to his crew. "Gents ye all remember Captain Jack Sparrow? Kill him! But leave the little one to me..."

The crew brought out their pistols and grinned as they got ready to blast Jack.

"The girls blood didn't work, did it?" Jack asked.

"Hold your fire!" Barbossa ordered.

The crew lowered their weapons, disappointed.

Barbossa turned to face Jack. "You know who's blood we need?" He asked.

"I know who's blood you need" Jack smirked.

"Speaking of blood!" Pintel asked "can we kill the big-mouthed little brat?"

"At least I don't have the brain power of a cantaloupe!" Aggie told him, sticking out her tongue.

Barbossa looked at Jack. "Do we have to bring the little wench along?" He asked.

"Yes" Jack answered.

Aggie grinned as the Barbossa's crew groaned.

An hour later Jack, Barbossa and Aggie were seated in the captain's cabin of the Black Pearl. Aggie couldn't shake the uneasy feeling that she'd been on this ship before, but she couldn't remember when or how...

"So you expect to leave me standing on some beach with not but a name and your word is the one I need and watch you sail away on my ship?" Barbossa asked Jack.

"No" Jack said "I expect to leave you standing on some beach with absolutely no name at all, watching me sail away on my ship and I'll shout the name back to you, Savvy?"

"But that still leaves us with the problem of me standing on some beach with naught but a name and your name as the one I need" Barbossa said.

Suddenly a gun shot rang out in the cabin, both of the men jumped. They looked over to the corner of the cabin where Aggie was holding Barbossa's smoking pistol, a beam of sunlight coming through the ceiling where the bullet went through.

"Whoa!" Aggie's mouth formed an O "I'm gonna do that again!"

"Give me that!" Barbossa said, taking the pistol away.

Aggie pouted.

Jack continued on with the negotiations. "Of the two of us, I am the only one who hasn't committed a mutiny, my word is the one we'll be trusting" He said "although I suppose I should thanking you, because if you hadn't betrayed me and left me to die, I would have an equal share in that curse same as you!" He took a bite of the apple he was holding. "Funny ol world, innit?"

Barbossa glared at him.

At that moment, Bo'sun came in and informed Barbossa that they had the Interceptor in their sights.

Aggie and Jack followed Barbossa to the helm.

"I'm having a thought here, Barbossa!" Jack said as Barbossa was looking through his spyglass. "What say we run up a flag of truce? I scurry over to the Interceptor and negotiate the return of your medallion? Eh? What say you to that?"

"Now you see, Jack" Barbossa told him "that's exactly the attitude that lost ye the Pearl. People are easy to search when their dead!" He took Jack's apple away.

"Lock him and Miss Big Mouth in the brig!" Barbossa ordered the Bo'sun.

Bo'sun grabbed Aggie and slung her over his shoulder, he made a grab for Jack, but Jack shook him off.

"Take her first!" Jack said "I have one final question for him!"

Barbossa glared at Jack, but allowed it.

As Bo'sun took Aggie below to the brig, Jack gave Barbossa a hard and angry look.

"I'm only going to ask this once, so answer me properly" Captain Jack snapped "What has happened to my precious Maggie?"

"We never did find her" Barbossa said, without the tiniest bit of regret in his voice. "She vanished and if I were you, Jack, I'd move on! Holding a grudge against me isn't going to bring your bratty little offspring back! But if you want to visit her, I'd be happy to send you into the abyss with her!"

Jack went to attack Barbossa, but Bo'sun had returned and held him back. He dragged Jack away by the shoulder.

"You're done for, Barbossa!" Captain Jack yelled angrily to him "Ye hear me? You took my greatest treasure! I swear I'll kill you! Ye bastard!"

Barbossa watched with a sickening grin.

Bo'sun threw the fuming Captain Jack in the brig next to Aggie.

"Apparently there's a leak" Aggie said.

Jack looked down at the water in the brig, which was up to Aggie's ankles.

Jack noticed sunlight coming through a hole in the wall and looked through it. He noticed the Black Pearl was catching up to the Interceptor.

"What's happening? What's happening?" Aggie asked, anxious and unable to see.

"We appear to be catching up on the Interceptor, I think their trying to lighten the ship by throwing supplies overboard!" Jack told her "And now their clubhauling! Oh bloody hell! They're going to make a stand!"

"Jack!" Aggie said "Do you come with a dictionary? I don't speak ship! What does 'clubhauling' and 'making a stand' mean?!"

"It means they turned the Interceptor around and are preparing to fight!" Jack explained.

"Are they nuts?!" Aggie shouted "there's no way they'll survive!"

"We're side to side!" Jack said "their going to open fire!"

Sure enough Jack and Aggie heard Everyone scream and yell 'FIRE!' and the ear-ringing blast of cannons from both ships.

Jack jumped on top of Aggie to keep them both from getting hit by a cannon ball that came flying through the Black Pearl's haul.

"STOP BLOWING HOLES IN MY SHIP!" Jack yelled to the crew of the Interceptor.

He picked up Gibbs flask and tried to take a drink, only to find it empty.

"Jack?" Aggie said.

"Not now, Luv!" Jack told her, still staring out of the hole in the wall.

"Jack?" Aggie repeated.

"Aggie, I said not now!" Jack told her.

"But Jack..." Aggie said.

"What!" He yelled.

"Door's open" Aggie said.

Jack looked at the door to the brig, to find that the lock had been blasted off and the door was now open.

Jack nodded slowly. "So it is!" He said, stepping out of the brig "C'mon luv! We've got to find that medallion and save our crew's rears!"

Jack and Aggie emerged from the hold on to the main deck of the Black Pearl.

Jack grabbed a rope from a pirate that  fell face first on the deck.

"Thanks very much" Jack said. "Hang on, Luv!" He told Aggie.

Aggie wrapped her arms around his neck like he was giving her a piggy-back ride and they swung over to the Interceptor. But Jack didn't let go in time, so they swung over again this time knocking a pirate who was attacking Gibbs overboard as they did.

"Jack! Aggie!" Gibbs said, surprised.

"You say that like you thought you'd never see us again?" Aggie said.

Jack tossed him his flask back. "Bloody empty!" He said, disappointed.

Aggie ran over to Elizabeth, who was shoot at Barbossa's crew with a rifle.

Aggie ran up and hugged her. "Lizzie!" She said "You're alright!"

"Aggie?" Elizabeth said "Thank God! Will and I were on the ship! We didn't realize you were gone till we were sailing away!"

"It's alright!" Aggie said over the cannon blasts "I kinda snuck away from the ship..."

"What?" Elizabeth asked.

Suddenly a pirate landed in front of them. He was about to hit them when Jack grabbed his wrist.

"That's not very nice" Jack said.

Aggie punched the pirate in the face and he stumbled overboard.

"Where's the medallion?" Jack asked Elizabeth.

"Wretch!" Elizabeth raised her hand to slap him.

Jack caught her by the wrist and noticed her hand was bandaged up. "Ahh... where is dear William?" He asked.

Elizabeth's face grew fearful. "Will..." she said running to the grate that led below deck. "Will!" She cried down to him.

"Elizabeth!" Will called back to her.

Aggie heard a screech and noticed Barbossa's pet monkey had the medallion in his flithy little paws. Aggie knew she had to get it back, with the medallion they could negotiate and stop all this.

The monkey took off back towards the Black Pearl.

"Monkey!" Aggie yelled, chasing after it onto the Interceptor's broken mast.

"Aggie!" Jack yelled after her, worried for her safety. He went after her and the monkey.

Aggie crawled after the quick monkey across the broken mast that was between the Interceptor and the Black Pearl. She lost her footing halfway, Aggie held onto the mast by her arms for dear life. Her heart pounded in her ears as she stared down at sea and flying cannon balls below. She tried to lift herself back onto the mast, but it was no use she wasn't strong enough.

Jack was running after them, he almost had the monkey in his grasp, when he noticed Aggie trembling and hanging off the mast.

"Jack!" She screamed terrified "Help me, please!"

In that split second moment Jack knew he had to make a choice. He could run to catch up with the monkey and retrieve the medallion. Then he would negotiate the return of his ship and be able to find his baby girl. Or he could help Aggie up and save her life?

The problem was he couldn't manage to do both. It was either let Barbossa win once again and let everyone down or help the young girl he had taken a liking to.

"Jack!" Aggie cried out to him, tears streaming down her cheeks. "Please..."

Even though Jack wanted his ship and daughter back, he knew risking little Aggie's life wasn't the way of getting it...

Just as Aggie's hands were slipping off the mast, Captain Jack grabbed Aggie by the arms and hoisted her back onto the mast with him. Aggie clinged to him, trembling with fear.

"It's alright..." Captain Jack told her, holding her tightly. "You're alright, you're fine..."

They suddenly heard an evil chuckle in front to them. They looked up and saw Barbossa holding the medallion, the monkey on his shoulder looking very proud of himself.

"Why, thank ye, Jack!" Barbossa said.

"You're welcome..." Jack said, bitterly.

"Not you, we named the monkey Jack" he said.

Jack gave him a dirty look as he annouced his victory to the crew of the Black Pearl.

The crew of the Interceptor was taken aboard the Black Pearl as prisoners. They were all tied to the mast as Barbossa's crew threatened them.

"Any of you so much as thinks the word 'Parlay' I'll have your guts for garter!" Pintel said as he brandished his pistol.

Aggie looked around teary-eyed, she knew this was all her fault. If she had only been more careful walking on that mast, Jack could've gotten the medallion from the monkey and it all would have been over. She looked around the Black Pearl's deck, trying to make sure if all of the Interceptor's crew had made it from the battle. However one main person was missing... Will!

Aggie managed to slip out of the rope that held her to the mast. She hadn't even taken a few steps forward, when the remaining peices of the Interceptor exploded into smoke and flames!

"Will!" Aggie screamed, knowing her friend must've been left behind.

Her sadness quickly morphed into anger and rage as she ran to Barbossa and stared to slam her fists against his leg and kick him in the shins.

"YOU'RE HORRIBLE!" She screamed at him "HOW COULD YOU?!

Barbossa grabbed the young girl by the throat and lifted her off the deck. He took out his pistol and cocked it, holding it to Aggie's temple.

"You have tested my patients for the last time, you vile little brat!" He shouted at her.

Elizabeth and the crew fought against their restraints to get to Aggie. They knew Barbossa was a cruel and villainous old salt, but they never thought he would try to take a little girl's life!

"Leave her be!" Elizabeth shouted.

"She's just a young lass!" Mr. Gibbs yelled.

"Do it and I'll slit your throat, Barbossa!" Anamaria threatened.

Jack fought against the pirates holding him back, but it was no use. But he knew he couldn't let Aggie wasn't going down like this! Not like his daughter...

"BARBOSSA!" Captain Jack shouted "DON'T DO IT! SHE'S JUST A CHILD! SHE DOESN'T KNOW ANY BETTER!!"

Barbossa turned his head to give Jack a sickening look. "What's the matter, Jack?" He sneered "Remind you of anything?"

Barbossa dug the barrel of his pistol deeper into the side of Aggie's head.

Aggie looked at him with true fear in her eyes. She had no choice, she squeezed her tear-soaked eyes shut and waited for death...
