" epilogue "

The piano suddenly started playing,
a sweet melodic love song filled the church as we all stood up, our gazes on the giant entrance.

There you were in a beautiful white long dress, walking down the aisle with your arm linked to your father's
and a smiling face greeting the the guests as your paces became slower and your eyes teary.

To be honest, I started crying too:

without even realizing it, tears continuously ran down my flushed cheeks as I stared at you in awe,  admiring your beauty.

You then reached your destination and while happily grabbing your future husband's hands, you answered positively to all the questions the Pastor asked you.

It was an emotional moment, but guess I was the only one feeling a bit regretful while hearing you say the fatal words

" Yes, I do. "

because it was in that moment that I realized how stupid I was:

you officially escaped from my grip,
you finally found happiness without me,

but as a man, i will boldly accept my error and my future punishment.

Like a pinwheel I was when loosing you,
Like a pinwheel I'll remain for letting you go.
