*Your POV*

The next day at school was interesting. When you walked in, the students in the hall stared at you; most gave you a look and turned back. When you made your way to your locker next to Peter's, the students around both of you side-looked at your direction and Peter's. You noticed this and Peter noticed your worry.

Without a word, he pulled you into an empty stairway that no one really uses.

"Is everyone looking at us weird because of yesterday?" You asked, feeling Peter hold your hand tightly. He looked at you with soft eyes.

"Yeah." He whispered bowing his head. "I'm sorry." He then said even quieter.

You raised your free hand and wrapped it around Peter's neck bringing him down into a hug. He breathed deeply hugging you back, nuzzling his nose into your hair.

"Don't be sorry." You said back, rubbing his head. Peter only hugged you tighter. "It's my fault the whole school knows what happened." He mumbled into your hair. You pulled back staring into his chocolate eyes.

"At least people know not to mess with you anymore, right?" You pointed out with a smile. Peter's mouth curved slightly as he leaned in giving you a kiss on your forehead.

"Plus, things like this blow over in like a week. Soon, someone else is gonna have the spotlight." You giggled bringing your arms around his shoulders. "You're so easy to talk to and you make me feel better no matter what you do." Peter said sweetly as he gave you a quick kiss on the lips. "Glad I could help."

"Hey, love birds." You heard a familiar voice. You and Peter turned to the hallway and saw Michelle with a book against her chest with her arms crossed over it.

"Good news, the most popular couple just broke up. You guys are off the hook." Michelle mentioned bluntly. You furrowed your brows and Michelle noticed.

"What are you doing here?" Peter asked moving away from you a little. "I'm probably like the only one that takes this stairway." Michelle shrugged before passing between you two to go up the stairs to whatever class she had. You and Peter looked at each other as the bell rang.

*time skip to after school*

Sitting on your bed listening to music and doing homework, your phone rang. You saw the contact name and smiled when you saw the red heart. You picked up your phone.

"Heyooo." You greeted with a smile. Peter giggled. "Hey, babe."

"What's up?" You asked lying down. "I was gonna ask if you wanna go to the park nearby tonight?" Peter asked sweetly.

You thought about the idea and the amount of homework you had.

'I can just do my homework the class before it's due..'

"Yeah sure! What time?" You asked with a smile forming on your face.

"Is 8 okay?" Peter responded. "Yeah that's good. I'll see you." You started to finish the call.

"You too, love you." Peter said. "Love you, too." You giggled before hanging up. You sighed. Everything you do with Peter always makes you feel so happy.

You checked the time: 6:20 pm. Since you had at least an hour to pass, you decided to do as much homework as you could. Then at 7 you would start getting ready.

*time skip at the park*

You and Peter already got ice cream at the truck that was parked outside of the park and you two were just talking.

"Oh yeah, did you see that thing that was on the news yesterday? About that guy wearing white or something?" Peter asked eating his vanilla ice cream. Your heart skipped a beat remembering that, but also another thing that happened.

"Yeah it was insane. Spider Man was there." You giggled as you two made your way to the playground swings. You and Peter each took a swing.

"Oh yeah." Peter chuckled. You grinned. "And then," You began taking a bite of your ice cream. "I actually saw him. He was swinging by my apartment–literally." You laughed. Peter did as well.

"And then he saw me and swung into a tree." You laughed some more as Peter listened. He turned to you with a cheeky smile. "Really?" He giggled looking down at you. "Yeah!! It was so funny. I asked 'Are you okay??' And he gave me a thumbs up and that was it." You shrugged trying to tell the story as shortly as you could.

You watched as Peter chuckled, bowing his head. You then thought you saw a flush of pink on his cheeks, but you brushed it off. It was getting dark so you really couldn't tell if he was blushing.

"That's awesome he noticed you." He said grinning at you. You two continued to finish your ice cream and Peter offered to throw yours away. You didn't fight him this time, but waited for his return. You started swinging on the swing.

"I love it when the park is empty and it's getting dark. It's peaceful." You told Peter as you swung back and forth. Peter walked towards you, but he went behind you gently pushing you on the swing.

"Hey! I'm a big girl I can do this!" You said childly with a playful pout. Peter laughed still pushing you. He then grabbed the two chains holding you up and slowed you down. "What are you doing??" You question as you completely stopped moving. You found Peter towering over you. You looked up at his cute face.

"May I help you?" You asked sarcastically with your eyebrows up. Peter shook his head as he began to lean down to you. You felt his soft lips connect to yours, and even though you've kissed Peter so many times, each time is like the first.

Holding onto the chains, Peter, who was kind of behind you, more to the side to kiss you, held your hands that were holding the chains. You moved your lips as you felt your boyfriend follow, tasting the vanilla flavored ice cream he just ate. Peter pushed into you a little harder to deepen the kiss.

And then his fucking phone rang.

Again.

Fuck.

You pulled away sadly, your hands moving away from Peter's and to your lap. You looked down and twiddled with your fingers.

"(Y/n).." Peter whispered, a hand combing through your hair. "Peter, it's okay. Really." You interrupted with a quiet and disappointed tone. Peter didn't say anything, but left a long kiss on the top of your head. You only watched him leave you by the playground, your heart sinking.

Now you were left alone... in the dark... well shit. You just sat on the swing not having the motivation to do anything. But then again, fear crept your way into your body that maybe someone is watching you. You were paralyzed at the thought.

It's only been a few minutes of you sitting alone on the swings. You were trying to calm yourself down and bring yourself up to go home.

That is, you hear some rustling and footsteps.
