AUTHOR'S NOTES.

✶ Pink in The Night is my favourite of my fics, I have been working on it on and off since 2021, and I'm so proud of how far its come in terms of my writing. As of November 2023 (the day I write this author's note and change the layout of this intro), we're 25 chapters into act one. I just want to say thank you to all of my readers, and any future ones. Your support means the world to me, and seeing your comments inspires me to continue writing.

✶ Pink in The Night will follow YJ canon through season one to season three, in each respective act. Though act three will be a slight au as, without spoiling too much, I will be covering season three's plotline alongside something else.

✶ Yue Harlow is my baby. My favourite oc, and the one I plan to write other fics about in the future. I just have so many ideas for both her and her relationships that one fic is not enough to show my love for her.

✶ It may be a little cliche to pair Wally West with a batfam oc, or so I've been told, but I do love my cliche little plot lines! I have big plans for Yue, ones that I hope will keep her seperate from any overused tropes regarding batfamily oc's— but either way, I don't think it matters! As long we all enjoy her story.

✶ This book has consistently slow updates. While I was able to pre-write a majority of it before posting, we've now (November 2023) reached the point where we're up to date and I am now writing each chapter right before posting. This means that there is a wait between chapters, I'm warning everyone now so please don't comment for updates!
