10. Use white on the lighter areas of the skin and lower the opacity.

11. Repeat step 10, but on a new layer and with smaller lines.

12. Again, optional, add some missing details! I colored his eye bags since I noticed how pink/purple-ish it was.

13. Continue with the other shadings and we're done!
