I stared in shock as a dino-like pig stood up from behind Doggy's bed. He was green with black spots and had black eyes with glowing green irises. "Woah, who's the girl?" He asked Doggy as I backed up bumping against the door. "Y/N it's okay, he's not gonna hurt you, I promise" Doggy said trying to give me a face of reassurance. The dino pig slowly walked over to us which made me get a bit scared. "W-w-where did you find him? And how is this even possible?". "Okay, okay, let me explain".

Doggy sat down with me on the bed and sighed "Well, I found him while I went camping during the summer. Trust me, I was as frightened as you are. Apparently he is a science experiment that was successfully brought to life" "So your saying scientist's have finally found dinosaur DNA?" "Yeah, but they're not bringing back actual dinosaurs. They're mixing dinosaur DNA with other creatures DNA. So DinoPiggy here is a hybrid" "You don't say". DinoPiggy stared at us and nodded "They were.....kind of mean to me". I felt bad for the poor dino "No wonder you escaped....also Doggy, why did you tell me about this? Why not Foxy, you've known each other longer?". Doggy nodded "Yeah but if I were to show Foxy this he would lose his shit and storm out of the house". I nodded "Yeah that makes sense....in his case". We both laughed and I quickly checked the time on my phone "Damn, well, I'll see you guys tomorrow". Doggy and DinoPiggy waved goodbye and I quickly ran home.

Once I saw that my mom wasn't there, I went to go text her.

You: Hay mom I know your going to be working late today so is it okay if I go to my friends house?

Mom: Yay you made new friends! Thats good to hear. Also yes you can, but please be safe!

You: I will mom dont worry

I smiled excitedly and went to go text Penny.

You: Hey Penny! Im free right now. Can you ask one of your parents to come pick me up?

Penny: Yeah sure

You: Thanks. Im a lil nervous :'3

Penny: That's okay! Im kind of nervous too

I put my phone away after telling her my address and waited at the porch.

After about thirty minutes, a red van stopped in front of my house. I quickly walked towards it and waved. They let me in the back and I saw Penny and George. Their parents were both in the front. I sat next to them "Hay Penny, hay George". Penny and George both smiled. Then there parents drove off with us. I was still blown away by the secret that Doggy told me, I just couldn't believe my eyes. Penny decided to break the silence "So Y/N, whens your birthday?" "Oh, it's ______ __" "Mine is April 12th" "Long way until our birthdays then eh? What about you George, whens your birthday?". A tint of blush formed on George's face before he responded with "February 9th". I giggled.

Once we got to their house, we quickly got out and I was suddenly dragged in by Penny "C'mon, lets go!". We both giggled as we ran upstairs into her room. "So I was thinking we could maybe do a singing challenge or something like that" Penny said with a cute smile. I smiled back "Yeah, sounds fun!" "Who goes first?" "Maybe you? I mean...if you want" "I dunno".

After a bit of deciding, George slowly opened the door "Umm.....i-is it okay if I come in?" "No George-" "Aww come on, let him have a little fun" "Alright, fine". George smiled a bit excitedly and walked in sitting slightly near us. "Okay Penny, you go first" "Alright" she said before tilting her ears a bit back and slightly blushing as she got ready. 'Huh, strange'.

After Penny sang, I complimented her and clapped. As I thought of a song, I slowly started to wonder if George was secretly a good singer. After I was done singing they both clapped causing me to blush. I looked over at George "Hay George, how about you sing?". Penny and George gave me a surprised look. "Actually Y/N, I've never heard George sing before...." "N-no, I don't like singing in front of people..." "Aww come on George, I bet you sound great!". He shook his head shyly and looked away. "Hm, well okay then".

After a few hours of having fun and getting to know Penny and George, I decided it was time to go home. I got in their car and thought about DinoPiggy as they drove me home. I still couldn't get over the fact that a dinosaur hybrid was alive. It amazed me, I wanted to get to know him more. And Doggy of course. Maybe we could become great friends. That would be cool.

Once we got to my house I waved and waited for them to leave. I took a deep breath and started to walk to Doggy's house. I knocked on the door and heard voices inside. There was a bit of scrambling before the door was unlocked and opened by Doggy "Oh, Y/N! Its okay Dino, the coast is clear". DinoPiggy slowly came out of Doggy's room and stared at me. "You gave him a nickname? That's cute" "Yeah haha". DinoPiggy faintly blushed "What!? Im not cute! Pfft, last time you saw me you were terrified!" "Yeah, well, your right about that". Me and Doggy slightly laughed.

"Sso uh.....need anything to ea-" Doggy said as he was cut off by someone knocking at the door. "Welp" Dino whispered and jumped into the kitchen running somewhere to hide. Doggy quickly looked through the peep hole and slightly sighed "Its just Foxy, I thought it was my parents". He opened the door and Foxy walked in laying on the couch with a scratch mark on his arm. "Jesus Foxy, what happened!?". Foxy slowly looked over and looked back "I got in a fight with someone, no big deal" "Well we need to get that patched up" Doggy said as he quickly walked off to the bathroom. I looked at Foxy and examined him but quickly pretended I was looking somewhere else as he looked at me. He stared for a bit before looking away again. He seemed a bit strange. Like he was possibly hiding something.
