Prologue

"Play with me." The devil whispered in her ear before returning to his spot in the dark corner.

"No Peter no more games. Your games aren't fun anymore." She whispered.

"Why not darling?"

"You hurt me." She whispered quietly, scared of the boy's response. He smirked and closed the gap between them.

He gently placed his lips on hers, like he had done many a time. But this time the girl pulled back.

"I told you Peter, no more games." She whispered again.

"Oh but darling where's the fun in that?" He placed two of his calloused fingers in his mouth and a loud whistle erupted from his throat.

Almost immediately a cloaked figure made his way up the stairs and into her room. Her eyes flickered between the two boys.

"Who is this?"

"Felix. He's here to help me if you become uncooperative." The boy said  smugly.

"Why would I-?" The pieces of the puzzle slowly came together in her mind. She knew why they were here. She knew what they wanted. She had spent the last three years praying that this day wouldn't come, that it had all been some sick nightmare. Yet here they stood, ready to take what she had promised them all those years ago.

"Let's jog your memory shall we?" Pan interrupted, walking over to the open window and pointing a finger at the sky.

"It's the blue moon Eve." Her blood froze and a silence filled the room.

"You know the deal. I've waited my three years. It's time."

"N-no please, I don't want to." She stuttered. She began to slowly back away from them, hoping to find something that she could use as a weapon. She backed into her bedside table and her fingers reached out to grasp it tightly, hoping that by some miracle it would save her from her fate.

His grin grew. "Oh but darling you don't have a choice" Before she could react, Felix tossed a handful of red flowers at ger face.

Eve stumbled, her vision becoming blurry at the edges. The poppies took effect almost instantly. Her legs gave out and she tumbled over, taking the bedside table with her. Pan waltzed over to her slowly, taking in the sight before him. Eve lay on the ground, surrounded by an assortment of items from the table. Pan knelt down and brushed a strand of hair out of her face, watching as she slipped in and out of consiousness.

"Off to Neverland we go."

Just a side note, some of these chapters may be shorter than normal.
