I have a gas grill, but I guess you can do this in any kind of grill. Just take care of the heat!

Here are my two beauties :) I grilled them for about 20 minutes on the lowest possible heat. My grill has a lid, so I closed it, to speed things up. But you could put aluminum foil on top, so the whole pie cooks evenly. This is 25 minutes later...

You're good to go. You can top them with vanilla ice-cream and maybe adjust the sugar if they're not sugary enough :)

They were absolutely great! 

This was my first time ever doing a dessert on the grill...but it will certainly not be my last!
