Apple & Strawberry pie

You might want to make sure that you have the proper dish for the grill. In my case, I have two cast steel dishes and I figured I could make two different pies. 

First, you have to butter the dishes:

While the dough chills, you can start preparing your filling.

Apple pie filling:

4 small apples, peeled and cut in thick slices

2 Tbsp flour

1 tsp cinnamon

4 Tbsp sugar

You can change this proportions to the size of pie you're making!

You can either leave it like that (uncooked) or cook them for about three minutes on the microwave. 

Strawberry filling:

1 pound fresh strawberries, cut in slices

3 Tbsp flour

3 Tbsp sugar

You mix evertyhing and let it rest :) (pretty easy huh?)

Once your dough is chilled (30 mins later), you can roll it out, like this:

Now, it's time to fill them up:

You can either roll out a full on crust, but as I want my pie to look pretty, I used different cookie cutters for each (you sort of glue them together with a bit of water).

When they are finished, you brush a little of olive oil on top:

They're good to go now!
