Keith's Perspective
I was laying in Pico's arms, well, arm, relaxing and taking in his scent. "Babe, I think we should talk to Cherry about this engagement thing. She might be able to fix it." He suggested, a sick feeling stirring in my stomach from the thought. "I'll.. try." I said solemnly, looking up at the ginger's strange eyes. He rubbed my back slowly and smiled reassuringly. "Alright babe, well for now we can just relax. I'll tell you all my happy thoughts instead." He told me, his cheeks turning a shade of rose as I reached up and rubbed his freckled cheek. "Go on." I said quietly, still focusing on his cute freckles. He relaxed and leaned into my hand, his lids drooping. "You make me feel like a better person Keith. More confident, more in control. More attractive." He told me while gazing lovingly at me. In this light, his white pupils seemed magical. I smiled and cupped his cheeks, pulling his head down and making him slouch. "Maybe you were like that before, but never had the self esteem to realize it." I told him, causing him to grin. "Maybe~. Or maybe I had nobody to show me these things about myself." He suggested, placing his rather rough feeling hands on my hips. I wrapped my arms around his neck so that I wouldn't awkwardly fall off, blushing when I realized how close we were. Oh wait, wasn't I supposed to ask about his family? No no, now isn't the time. Now's the time to.. Make love. Well maybe not that- but be loving. Pico noticed I had stopped to think and picked me up, causing me to squeal in surprise. He laughed and kissed my cheek. "You're so adorable sweetheart, I love you." He said while still laughing. I blushed and buried my face in his shirt. He continued to carry me, using his weaker arm to hold up my torso. I closed my eyes and relaxed, breathing slowly. I felt so safe in his arms, like he could protect me from anything. Eventually I was carefully set down on our newly shared bed, Pico laying down next to me.
I looked over at the tall ginger and once again had to realize that he was much taller than I, and that I was like a midget to him. I got on top of pico's chest and put my hands on his shoulders, trying to act dominant while straddling his chest. He smirked at me and placed his hands on my hips. "Hello cutie." He said while retaining the smirk, looking straight through my tough guy act. I huffed and sat up, trying to seem more intimidating. "I'm not cute. I'm strong, and I'm a man." I said in a demanding voice, trying to stick up for my manliness and prove it. He laughed and pulled me down, kissing my nose affectionately. "I know Keith, you're a man. You're "the man"." He said, letting go of me as if letting me be dominant for once. "So prove it." He challenged, putting his arms behind his head and using them as an extra pillow to prop up his head. Oh goodness- I didn't think this far. "... And how can I do that?" I asked awkwardly, staring at him clueless. "Well, fuck me." "WHAT-?!" I yelled, causing him to laugh uncontrollably. "I-I said- fuck me-." He wheezed out, causing my already tomato colored cheeks to become a shade of crimson. "Why would i do that-?!" I asked rather loudly, still very flustered at the idea. "To show you're the man. C'mon, wrestle me for it." He said before playfully pinning me down on the soft bed, the blankets flying off with the movement. I squirmed under his grip and attempted to escape, only to be covered in a flurry of kisses. I laughed and tried to resist, pushing his smooching face away. He continued to smother me, causing me to squeal and laugh. He eventually calmed down with the kisses, staring into my eyes. "You wanna be the man?" He asked, his strange white pupils gazing at my face. "Yes- I am the man-." I insisted, running my hand through his soft, smooth hair. He melted into my touch, yawning. "Whatever you say love." He muttered, sleepily blinking. I pulled his head down closer to mine and smiled at the adorable sight. "Pico." I whispered while staring at him. He refocused and yawned again. "Yeah babe?" He responded tiredly. "I believe you." I said rather vaguely, which he didn't get for a moment. He then smiled and kissed my cheek. "Gay marriage bro, the coolest kind." He joked, causing me to laugh and snort. I was pretty delirious from the exhaustion after-all. I settled down once he fell asleep on me, holding me close and drooling on my shoulder. I smiled softly and fell asleep, comfortable and safe. Little did I know that would change very soon.
