One year later

Today was finally the day that I was going to get married. I couldn't wait! I just wanted him to place the wedding band on my finger.

I love him so much!

A knock on the door took me out of my thoughts.

"Come in," I said and Shardda walked in.

"Look at you!" She said.

"Thank you," I said.

"It's time to get going," she said.

I got up and left with her. All I was thinking was, I'm finally getting to marry him.

My love was going to be my wife today. I don't have words to say how happy I was. She was everything to me.

I was currently seated and waiting for her to come in and when she did my heart stopped.

Damn! She's beautiful!

The ceremony got started and it went by in a blur.

She was my wife!

"I'm so happy. Your finally my wife," I said.

She smiled and blushed at that.

"I'm happy too," she said.

"I love you and I will never love anyone else as much as I love you," I said.

"I love you too," she said.
