Baekhyun stood by the lunch line a few days later.

He was a bit late because the Maths teacher chose him as the day's victim to take their exercise books to the staff room.

Annoyed and hungry he arrived and saw his friends already settled at their usual table.

"Hey"

He turned in shock as he faced the now familiar tall boy.

He found out his name was Chanyeol and ever since the day they had met Baekhyun had tried his best to avoid the boy.

It was true that he was handsome.

Baekhyun had a 'very' up close look at their first encounter.

Baekhyun actually found his large ears adorable but he wasn't going to tell him that.

Now because of his math teacher he was having his second encounter with the boy.

Baekhyun ignored his greeting as he focused on filling his lunch tray.

"So how have you been?" Chanyeol asked but Baekhyun kept up his silent treatment.

"You should take a beef burger it's delicious. They even put extra cucumbers" Chanyeol said.

"I hate cucumbers" Baekhyun realised too late he broke his silence.

"That's too bad. If you were a vegetable you'd be a cute-cumber"
