I helped Five set up the projector-or the equivalent to for this era-and let him put the reel in as I didn't want to destroy anything. I sat down on top of a table and he stands next to me, arms crossed and leaning down against the edge as everyone watched the reel.

Well everyone except Lila.

It looked like she didn't give a shit.

I sighed softly and move to lean my head on Five's arm, feeling him go rigid beneath me but slowly relaxes against me. I look up to see him already staring down at me and I flush, turning back to watch the reel but I feel him move. I turn to see him discreetly move his arm behind me to give me space to lean my head on his chest and I do so, him leaning closer towards me and I nuzzle my nose against his chest. I blush when I could feel his heart thumping like crazy against his chest but I decide to not say anything to not embarrass him.

He's warm...

I felt myself getting sleepy against him and I think he noticed too since he shushed his brother when he asked about what we were looking at.

"Today's date is November 22, 1963."

Diego and Lila both perch up at the mention of the date. "Well, that's 10 days from now." She gasps.

"Holy shit. This is it. The grassy knoll. Kennedy's about to get shot." The crazy lady's boyfriend says. "How do you have this?"

Five looks down at me and I purse my lips shaking my head. "Hazel died to get me this footage." He lies. "It must be the key to stopping doomsday."

"Hazel?" Diego asks.

"Long story." Five shakes his head, moving on from the topic.

"What's doomsday?" Lila asks.

"Even longer story." I pipe up.

"What exactly did he say to you?" Knife boy keeps interrogating his brother who pinches the ridge of his nose.

"He died before he could explain anything." I explain, hoping Diego would take it and leave.

"But whatever he wanted us to see, it's on this film." Five says, looking down at me to confirm and I nod. Everyone turns back to watch the reel but I was dozing off. Already knowing what was on it. "Oh, no..." I gasp when The Boy suddenly moves away from me and I hold onto the table to stay up straight from falling over, watching him rewind the reel and stop it. He moves the projector back and the brothers stand up in shock at what they were seeing in front of them.

"Ok, you gonna fill me in now, boys? What the hell is this shit we're watching?" Lila asks and I drop to lie down on the table.

"No, that's impossible." Diego mumbles out.

"Clearly, it's not." Five replies back, turning to look at Lila and glaring at his brother who understands. He takes his little girlfriend away and locks her in a closet before coming back, all three of us hearing her yelling at us to let her out. I sit up when I see the little assassin pacing now, frustrated, but even furious at me as he sends me glares and I narrow my eyes at him.

What's with the attitude boy!?

"Of course, dad would be involved in the assassination! I should've known!" Diego says.

"No, you're jumping to conclusions." Five snaps back.

"Then what else is he doing standing in the grassy knoll, holding an open black umbrella on a sunny day in Dallas at the exact same moment the president gets shot!?"

"It doesn't look good, I admit."

"No, he's the signalman for the whole goddamn thing."

"Easy, Diego! Seriously!"

And here comes the crazy.

"No, it makes sense. This is what Hazel was obviously trying to tell you! We have to stop dad from killing the president."

After all that fighting with Diego and Five, I still can't believe knife boy thinks that's what the reel was about.

"Diego, calm down, all right!" Even Five was trying to ease his crazy brother cause he realises the nonsense he was spewing. "Dad was no Boy Scout, but presidential assassination!? It's never been his thing!"

"How would you know? You skipped out on his golden years."

"Ok, that's enough!" I jump off the table and shove the brothers away from them as they stumble back, sneering at each other.

"Skipped out!?" Five hisses. "You think I had it easy, Diego!?" He snaps marching forward and I try to push him away but he barges past me.  "I was alone for 45 years!" They were close to being at each other's throats when I pull Five back by his arm and he lets me, turning around to cool off.

I look at Diego with a disappointed look but it looked like he was kicking himself with regret for what he said to Five. He reached out to his brother as if to apologise but stopped himself with a heavy sigh, running his hands down his face instead.

"We don't have the time for this right now... Dad's clearly in Dallas, right? Let's just go talk to him." Five breathes out shakily, composing himself. "Maybe he can help us fix the timeline.

"Dallas is a big place. We need to find him first."

"No fucking duh Diego." he glares at me at my remark.

"Gee, if only we had some magical, old-timey way of finding people and their addresses." Sarcasm rolled off of Five's tongue and I point to the telephone directory that was clearly sitting on a table near us.

"Look under D.S. Umbrella Company. You'll find it." I mention as the boys grab the directory to flip though the book, Diego looking at me in shock. "The future bro. How else?" I sigh out.

You'd think they would remember by now.

"Holy shit. D.S. Umbrella. 82 Olive. Let's go."

"I want to eat some olives now..." I murmur out softly when I hear Diego mention olives, walking towards the kitchen.

I'm hungry.

I watch as Diego walks back to the closet to talk to Lila and Five walks towards me. He raises his brow at me when I start eating olives.

"That's just weird." I shrug, holding out the jar for him if he wanted any but he shakes his head no.

"When we go visit your dad, make sure to keep Diego close to you." I mention as I put down the jar of olives on the counter.

"What, why?"

"Believe it or not, but your dad actually shanks him in the stomach." Five blinks at me in surprise and that's when Diego comes out of the closet, walking towards us.

"He ok to leave here like that?" knife boy asks and the little assassin and I turn to the knocked-out Elliot who was snoring on the chair he was tied to.

"Yeah, he's fine." Five and I say.

"What about the girl?" The Boy asks.

"Shit..." the brother walks off leaving the smaller brother with me.

"Also, try to avoid being clawed at by baby Pogo." I suddenly say and Five blinks at me in confusion.

"Excuse me what!?"

I ignore him and wait for Diego to come back and we he does, we all head off to the car parked outside. We all get in and he drives off. "Diego, I understand your urge to show off and try to prove yourself to your dad, but please avoid fighting him, yeah." I yawn out as I lean my head on Five's shoulder.

"Why?" he looks at me in the review mirror.

"Cause he fucking stabs you with a knife, why else? He doesn't know who you are in this timeline. How would you act if someone comes up to fight you out of nowhere?" I roll my eyes.

"Get some sleep." Five says softly when I was staring out the window with the scenery rushing by us. "I'll wake you up when we get there." I nod and move to lean off him so I don't bother him.

I hear the rush of the aircon in the car turn on and I realise Diego had turned the heater on when he noticed I was shivering. I dose off in an out of consciousness, hearing whispered conversations and just the radio playing music. When I do wake up again, the car was still driving but it was now in the middle of the night. I realise I was laying on Five again but he didn't notice I was awake and he was hesitantly patting my arm in a steady rhythm to keep me asleep.

I smile and move to sit up which makes him turn to me. "Hey..." I clear my throat.

"Hey. We're not there yet." he whispers and I nod, rubbing my eyes and yawning. It was quiet for the rest of the ride again we finally arrived at the building.

Five peers out the windows and I feel him freeze up next to me. "This is it..." he mumbles out and everyone gets out of the car to walk towards the building but I stop and turn to him when I notice he had stopped walking.

I walk back to him since he froze in his spot and kept a noticeable distance from the building. "Hey, are you ok?" I whisper and he doesn't say anything, lost in his head and I frown. "Five..." I whisper to him, moving to hold one of his hands and he breaks out of his thoughts, looking down at our held hands before shaking his head.

"Yeah... I'm fine." He pulls me with him closer to the building doors. "Just..." I squeeze his hand in reassurance and Five squeezes back.

"It's been a while since you've seen your dad huh." he nods and he breathes out shakily. I lean my back against the wall next to the door, crossing my feet in front of me and Five does the same next to me.

"How long's it been since you've seen the old man?" Diego asks when he takes out a knife to unlock the door.

"45 years..." The Boy breathes out, leaning his head back against the wall as he crosses his arms.

"That's a trip."

"No kidding... You know, when I was stuck out there in the apocalypse, there wasn't a day that went by where I didn't hear his voice in my head." Five mumbles out, leaning his head in my neck and breathing in.

"What was he saying?" Diego continued to pick the lock as his brother sighs out, reaching my fingers up to run through his hair to ease his anxiousness.

"'I told you so.'"

"Hey, if you didn't disobey him and jumped through time, you wouldn't have known to save the world from the apocalypse." I whisper to him, leaning my head on top of his. Five grumbles as he wrapped his arms around me, needing comfort. "I know being alone for 45 years was terrible, but you were able to come back and save your family. Who knows if you would've met the same fate as everyone if you didn't get stuck? Dying unknowingly of doomsday." I feel him melt in my arms as I rubbed his back.

"Plus, if dad's here, he's never met you before... so he can't say 'I told you so.'" Diego pipes up and his brother just sighs, picking his head up from my neck.

"I'm sure he'll find a way." Five stands up straight and holds my hand, a blur of blue flashing before my eyes before I could even register it. I find myself inside the building as he unlocks the door for his brother but I was trying to keep myself from hurling.

Bad idea to eat olives before teleporting.

"Right. Gotta remember that." Diego rolls his eyes and we all walked into the eerily quiet foyer together.

I shiver lightly, keeping close to Five. "It's so fucking cold in here. And why is it all creepy-like?" he quickly steps towards a lamp, turning it on before it fizzles out and goes dark again.

"Well shit." he mumbles out.

"Totally not gonna die horror movie style..." I hiss softly, slightly afraid now.

"Guess dad wasn't much for home decor." Diego says and Five leans to punch a pillow, a billow of dust erupting from the fabric.

"Feels more like a front-"

"-shit Five! You should've warned me!" My nose scrunches up and I step away from the dust quickly but it was too late. I turn away when I feel my nose getting tingly really bad and I turn away from the boys to sneeze loudly, slightly jumping. "Give me a minute-" I sneeze again, holding up a hand. "There's fucking dust everywhere-" my body shakes violently as I sneeze and I quickly dash for the front door, opening it up to escape the dust. I hold my nose between my fingers, the warm air from the outside brushing against my face. I wheeze out as I sneeze a few more times, my nose all stuffy and congested now.

I'm surprised I didn't bring the whole place down from how loud my sneezing was.

"You ok?" I turn around to face Five as I held a sleeve on my nose.

"Peachy." I groan out, my throat feeling all scratchy from sneezing one too many times.

"Well, I'll take the left. Yell if you, uh... get in trouble." Diego says as he heads for the left door, opening it up and leaving us behind in the dark.

"Diego wait-" The door slams closed in front us and Five sighs in annoyance. "So much from making sure he doesn't get stabbed." My voice echoes weirdly as I held my nose, following the assassin through the right door. I let go of my nose as we stand in a hallway, sniffling like crazy/

"Are you allergic or something?" Five asks and I nod, him taking his blazer off to drape it across my shoulders. "Why didn't you tell me?"

"You never asked." I croaked and he frowns. I slip my arms through his blazer sleeves while he checks out the doors on either side of the eerily lit white hallway we were in. The first on our left was locked, the right wasn't.

Five pushes the door open, turning the light on to reveal a creepy mannequin room. "What are you up to?" he mumbles out.

"Ah, so this is where you inherit your fascination with mannequins. From dear old Reggie." I chuckle as The Boy glares at me. "It's for Pogo. Reggie has been teaching him to develop human-like traits and to care for them. I think." I explain while I try to remember this episode and about baby Pogo. We leave and head for another door down the hallway, opening it to see a bigger set with more mannequins and a camera. We walk in and started looking around the room for any solid clues that might help us when the lights suddenly switch off and I screech out. "Fuck!" I look around to see just darkness, all the lights gone off and I start to panic.

Now is not a good time to be terrified of the dark (y/n)!

"(y/n), calm down." I feel Five wrap his arms around me and pull me to his chest. "You're hyperventilating. Just close your eyes and listen to me ok." I didn't even realise I was hyperventilating but I could hear my breaths becoming shallow. I close my eyes and held his blazer tightly in my shaking hands, my heart racing as I tried to calm down my breathing. Five suddenly pulls me with him, feeling the seat he sat me down in before he started to pull away.

"Don't-"

"-I'll be back. You have to let me go (y/n)." I gulp and let him go hesitantly, keeping my eyes squeezed shut as I hid my head in my arms when I hear a switch. "Hey, it's ok. You can open your eyes now." I slowly open them and I sigh out in relief when I can see the floor. There was a warm orange glow across the carpet and I look up to see Five kneeling in front of me. "Are you ok now?" He looks at me with worry and I nod, taking in a deep breath to steady my heart. "Why didn't you tell me you were afraid of the dark?"

"Cause it's a stupid fear." I snap back and he frowns.

"It's not stupid." he holds my face in his hands so I look at him, blushing brightly in his hands. "Everyone is scared of something. You should've told me." He sighs out. "Please tell me if there's anything else you're scared of. I hate seeing you afraid." I nod and he smiles at me, kissing my forehead gently.

"We need to go find Diego quickly." I remind Five and he nods, the both of us standing up when we both hear something drop. We slowly turn around when we hear clattering, The Boy walking closer to investigate but I stay away.

"Pogo." he mumbles out, seeing the baby chimp carefully walk out of where it's hiding. "It's all right, little buddy." Five kneels down softly before baby Pogo, happiness in his eyes to see his guardian alive and well again. I stood behind him cautiously, holding onto his shirt to pull him away before he got hurt. "Pogo. It's good to see you." even though I knew what was going to happen, I wasn't prepared for how fast it was going to go down. I gasped loudly when Five howled in pain after Pogo scratches him when he tried to pet the chimp and I quickly bend down in front of him, the chimp literally jumping through glass and running away/

"Shit, shit, shit!" I reach up as blood pours from his neck. "I should've just pulled you away!" I hiss out, scrambling for a cloth and I grab the boy mannequin to take the shirt off. "Here!" I gasp as I press the cloth on The Boy's wound, yelling out for Diego with my microphone voice but I sneer in annoyance when he wasn't coming to help. "That bonehead!" I help Five up on his feet and we rush out of the building, running towards the back warehouse to find Diego and his dad already fighting. "Shit!" I didn't think about my next move except picking up an empty crate and throwing it towards Reginald. He quickly dodges it and looks at us, narrowing his eyes before he walks off with Pogo.

"Dad, don't you dare-" I rush forward and shove Diego away from following his dad.

"Let's go! Five got hurt!" I snap at him and he turns to his brother.

"Shit! Let's go."
