click on the brush tool on the toolbar.

adjust the settings so the size is seven and the hardness is 100 (you can adjust the size how you like).

then click on the pen tool.

click all around the face claim how you like (if you made a mistake, use control + z for windows or command + z for mac to undo a step). 

then change the color for whatever color you want; I like to do it with white.

then right-click on the path and select stroke path.

select brush and ok.

right-click the path again and select delete path.

add your title, psd, and you're done!
