Beginning Again.

My hands seemed to be holding more things than humanly possible as I jogged down the street. Currently I was beyond late to my session and hopefully Christian was already there. The doors swung open with a clatter, the noise echoing through the staircase.

From there I ran two at a time up to my studio door. There I found Christian thankfully behind the camera and a girl dancing in front of it.

"Oh my god I am so sorry Christian! I really didn't mean to be this late. I'm not usually like this I promise!" my words flew off my tongue as I dropped my things onto a table nearby.

"It's alright. We just finished here actually!" his head pointed towards me and back towards the wide eyed female.

"Wow good job! I can't wait to see the pictures!" walking forward, empty handed, I went up to the girl and smiled. "Hi I'm Audrey. I'm sorry I missed you're appointment but I hope the pictures are what you wanted."

"Oh yes. It was really fun and Christian was a great photographer," her voice barely made it above a whisper as she smiled back.

"Thank you very much for coming Samantha. I hope to see you again," Christian held out his hand for her and they headed to the door, grins as wide as the sky. Guess I was wrong about flirting being his strong point.

When she had left, I sat down and had a chat with Christian. His photos were spectacular and very professional. His practice was coming in handy. However, his actions were not professional. Clients are clients, not dates to pick up despite me judging his flirting capabilities. I also apologized immensely about my absence and handed him money for the shoot.

We cleaned up the equipment and sat going through the editing process at my main desktop. I showed him the use of Photoshop for details and not modifications, followed by filters from smaller, less used, apps. From there he set off with the pictures to work on them during his free time for the next time we saw each other. We had done a few photo sessions which also were all senior photos because of the time of year, I made a note in my head to try something else with him soon.

My feet trudged back to the table where my things were dumped. In front of me sat all pictures of harry and my own editing items from my drawing days. A light board, drawing pad for computers, and actual drawing supplies.

I placed everything on my work table and began working. First I used the light board to trace his figure from a couple clear photos. These were when he was looking away, out the window. My goal was to trace them but the details of his look weren't too important. When the tracing was done I grabbed my supplies and began trial and error painting.

Hours had passed before I even got to the tracing and scanning. Looking at the pictures just aggravated me more and reminded me how I stayed up all night for no reason. I went on 1 date and had no reason to be thinking of him. How dare he get in my head like that. But here I was still working on his project. Most girls would have burned it by now, that's what Laura wanted to do.

My ringtone began blaring from the phone next to me and behold it was the devil himself. Declining it, I kept on with my work. That is until he called again and I slammed my hands into everything.

"Yes?" my voice brutally snapped into the receiver.

"Oh did I catch you at a bad time? I'm sorry," his low voice groggily spoke.

"No it's fine. What do you need?"

"I wanted to say I'm sorry. Even though I kind of already did?" silence followed his confused tone of voice.

"For what? might I ask."

"Well I didn't say hi to you and I felt really bad and you looked hurt but I was in a rush and my manager had infuriated me with more tour dates that I can't handle."

"That's a lot of words that I honestly don't understand," giggling slightly I smiled at the phone despite the hurt still being there.

"So yeah I'm sorry for not saying hi or anything," he finally breathed out.

"Well thank you for apologizing," even though it didn't make sense and was half-hearted.

"Can I see you again?" he blurted.

"Yeah sure. When are you free?" jumping a little I began pacing around my work space.

"Never," his voice sighed.

"Oh. Why'd you ask then?" my feet stopped their march slowly as disappointment engulfed me. I really shouldn't be feeling the way that I am so easily.

"I'm on tour and I'm 3 states away from you. I could fly you out?" he questioned slowly.

"I have work Harry. If I didn't have responsibilities I would," sighing to my self I went over to the couch and plopped down.

"When is the next time you don't have appointments?

"I don't know. Let me check so give me one second," pulling my phone away from my ear I fiddled with the screen till I got to the calendar. "I don't have any appointment so far after October 28th!"

"Love, that's a month and a half from now," he stated blandly.

"You have your job and I have mine. You understand don't you?" I kicked my feet around as I laid on my stomach.

"Yes I do. Okay I should be in the US at that time still. I think I'll be in LA for a large showcase concert though. What was it? Oh! Jingle Balls!" he babbled to himself as if he couldn't catch his thoughts.

"Jingle ball! That's awesome! I went to one like 8 years ago and it was amazing. Who opened the show? Hm," now i couldn't catch my memories. "Oh my god!"

"What! What is it?!" he yelled into his phone out of surprise.

"You opened then!" I giggle yelled.

"Huh?

"One Direction opened with what makes you beautiful! I can't believe I forgot about that, even after Laura gave me the run through of your history!"

"I'm sorry?"

"Oh nothing," giggling to myself I thought over the memories of that night and how much I honestly just wanted to see Justin Bieber.

"I have to go Love. I'll call you again okay?"

"Okay. Talk to you then. Bye!

Humming to myself, I ran to my computer and instantly brought up his old song. I still new the lyrics from my old friends obsession with them so singing along wasn't a problem. My hands were back at work with his photos with a new found passion. My insides were exploding with excitement, despite our meeting being over a month away.

Only time will tell how things go.

Notes;

okay I cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye, that I will NOT unpublish these ever again/edit them.
