Cancelled
Sooyun
Flashes were everywhere, people were busy making up my face to make sure that I look perfect for the pictures that were gonna be taken by Taehyung. He seemed to notice that I was quite uncomfortable with people surrounding me and kept tapping my face with brushes and fingers.
They had crossed the line a lil bit.
Assuming that he was trying to save me, he clapped his hands to get their attention and asked them to step away from me. "Why all of you are too busy touching up her face? She already looks perfect. Can't you just let me take her photos? I'll tell you if anything is not right or to be added up." He made it clear.
"But it's our job to make sure—"
"I told you that she looks perfect. Is it too hard for you to understand?" He asked with his flat face. No emotions was shown but they could clearly feel his temper was about to burst out if they continue touching my face.
They sighed in defeat. "Sure, just let us know if there's anything we can do." They stepped away and the photoshoot began again.
"You did great today," Taehyung gave me a compliment as he think that all the pictures we took today was fantastic and perfect. "I can't wait to show these to the director and we can submit them directly to Gucci." He smiled satisfyingly and sat on his seat to review the pictures.
I was so relieved that everything was done today. "I'm kind of afraid that they might reject the pictures, though." I sighed, making Taehyung to move his attention on me. He raised an eyebrow as he didn't really get what I was going to say.
"What do you mean?"
I shrugged. "Well, as you know, I'm just a rookie model. I don't have much experience." She sat on the chair and took a few gulps of the mineral water to quench my thirst. I had been holding myself from drinking water since the past two hours because I didn't want to interrupt the photoshoot session. "I know that you've told me that being a model doesn't really need experience because some of them are good naturally." I stated before Taehyung could even think of saying that all over again. I had done listening to him saying the same thing.
"But, I don't think that I was born to be a model. I mean, I want to be a model but I need the experience. I don't think that I'm good enough for the main role, to be honest." I expressed myself then put the water bottle on the table before looking at Taehyung in the eyes. He was already looking at me with his laptop in front of him.
This time, he didn't say a thing but he just heaved a sigh. "Even if I say anything now, it won't affect you anyways because you'll never listen." He looked back at his laptop to continue reviewing the pics he took. "You're just insecure for being a rookie. I can also say that you've lack of self confidence."
"You aren't supposed to feel that way if you want to continue your career as a model." He added. I just stared at him and as usual, trying to understand the thing he wanted me to get.
"Maybe." I mumbled to herself.

The production got a new email from Gucci and they were happy to say that they were satisfied with the results. They were so glad to have Sooyun as their Korean ambassador and would like her to make more photoshoots with their products. She already had a year contract with Gucci so that means she wasn't allowed to sign any contracts besides them.
"Sooyun, are you busy? Cause they'd like to see more photos of you and if you're free? I'd like you to make another photoshoot session today." The director said.
After thinking for awhile, she knew that she could just proceed with the photoshoot since she didn't really have something to do. But then, she remembered that she already promised Jungkook that she'd meet him today evening. She looked down at her watch then guiltily looked at the director. "Actually, I have promised to meet someone today."
The director seemed a bit upset. "Can't you postpone it to another day? You know how important this photoshoot is, right? I hope you understand." He tried to convince her but it low-key sounded like a force.
She stood there still, trying to think. "Maybe Jungkook will understand. I know him." She mumbled before nodding her head. "Sure, I think my friend will understand it." She smiled then followed the director to the photoshoot location.
He suddenly stopped when they were walking. "God dammit, I forgot that I've a meeting with the production." He cursed under his breath. "Ms Bae, would you mind going to the photoshoot location by yourself? It's on the 5th floor, room number 7. Kim is already waiting for you." He told her every details she needed to know.
Without any hesitations, she agreed. "Sure, no problem." She had been working there for quite long now so she had no problem of wandering around the company alone.
"Great, I have to go now. See you later."
Just like she normally do, she went into the elevator since her photoshoot location was on the 5th floor. There was no way she was gonna take the stairs.
She pressed the button then the elevator was about to close itself until someone suddenly barged in and the door slightly pressed against his body because he was almost too late. Sooyun was shocked but she was quick enough to help him by pressing the open button.
The door opened back then he got into the elevator. Instead of receiving a thanks or something nice to hear, she heard he mumbled something. "You're too slow." He scoffed before straightening his back.
She frowned. "Excuse me?"
He looked at her with his pair of small yet beautiful eyes. "If you were fast to open the elevator for me, it wouldn't hit me." He looked away while sounding so arrogant and annoying at the same time.
"What the–" she took a deep breathe so that she would stay calm. This guy was really testing her anger. She crossed her arms then looked forward, waiting for the elevator to open so that she can get out from there and mind her own business. But then, a strong smell of man cologne was smelled. It smelled kinda minty and fresh. She couldn't help but to turn to the guy since she know that the smell came from him. There were only two of them in the elevator. Who else could it be if it wasn't him?
Her intention was only to glance at him but she ended up noticing how good he was looking. Despite the fact that he was rude, he had such a good appearance. The long brown coat he wore with those high quality band around his wrist just made him became more outstanding. Her eyes started moving upwards to see her face and she immediately choked.
"What did I see?" She closed her mouth, not realising that she said it loud.
The guy glared at her. "What's wrong with you? Why do I need to be in an elevator with a weirdo like you?" He complained then rolled his eyes.
He was the guy who hit her yesterday and mistakenly took her chocolate because he thought it was his phone. "You're the weirdo here." She mumbled while wondering what he was doing here.

The elevator stopped as the door was finally opened. He walked out first, leaving Sooyun behind. "He goes to the same level as me?" She started questioning.
She walked behind him silently as she was curious where he was going. He even walked in the same isle as her. "Please don't tell me he's going into room number 7." She muttered under her breathe. Her mood had already swung because of him.
Then, the guy walked into the room number 6 which was placed just right beside her shooting place. She discontinued her steps. "What's he's doing here?" She couldn't stop getting more curious.
Taehyung was still reviewing all the pictures until Sooyun stepped into the room and approached him. "Are you busy?" She asked, welcoming herself by sitting across him.
He looked at him then looked at his watch. "Aren't you supposed to go out with a friend by now?" He asked since he had already overheard her conversation while they were having lunch yesterday.
She sighed then shrugged. "Yes but— he will understand. This photoshoot is important though. Chance like this will probably come only once in a lifetime." She smiled softly.
He felt bad for hearing that. Though he didn't have much friends, he did understand how it feels like when we have to cancel our meeting with our friends. Unless you're an introvert. "Aw, I'm so sorry to hear that but, have you told your friend? I'm worried that he'll be waiting for you." He asserted casually.
"Yeah, I informed him already and he said he understands. That's fine, we can hang out anytime by the way." She smiled then put her handbag on the table. Before she forgets, she asked him the question that she was about to ask once she stepped into the room. "Anyway Taehyung, may I know— the room beside us, the room number 6, what are they doing? I saw some people getting into the room and I'm just wondering what they are doing."
He stopped moving the mouse and looked at her who was being kinda anxious. But since he think that there was nothing wrong or suspicious with her question, he think that it was unnecessary for him to ask if anything was bothering her. "They're having a photoshoot for Calvin Klein." He answered. "I heard girls aren't allowed to get into the room except for the staffs because they're having a photoshoot for men's underwear." He added, making Sooyun to face palmed.
"What?" She almost choked on her own saliva.
"Yeah, I'm telling you the truth. You can check it by yourself if you don't believe me." He chuckled softly.
Park Jimin
I was pissed off. I was so overwhelmed when I found out that my friend who lived in the States for years had finally back to Korea. I was so impatient to meet him until he told me that he wanted to meet someone else.
Dammit, I wonder who the person was that he prioritised more than me.
That person better to not cancel their meet because he freaking turned down my offer just to meet them. Tsk.
"Jimin, we're ready. Let's start now." A girl who was my stylist informed me.
I groaned in annoyance. "Coming."
