He get closer and closer to me with his eyes lock to mine and said" Have we met before? Do I know you? "

Your words fall through the air like confetti, their transient beauty drawing me closer. For a moment I am unguarded. I pause, overcome with the power of what you said. You have offered me a world I didn't think really existed, at least not for a plain girl like me.

Those words or questions from your mouth  making me pause at my place. Words can be terrible and good at the same time. It just depends on how you interpretate it.

Well is that a trick question yes we met before. Those simple words right there made me forze and just stared at him. We were silent just our eyes lock with eachother. I can only feel our breath rummaging through my body and it gives me chills.

At this moment there were silence fill the air because we were the only ones here in this hallway. I can't seem to moved because of his words "have we met before?" Those simple questions can make me be a bit nervous and anxious. It keep on echoing throughout my head.

I think he still waiting for me to answer. I am still thinking on what to say. And what to do at this situation.

Words left me. I stared into those bright  eyes burning  of his with  and my heart fell silent.

"Answer me!" he said loudly.

But I couldn’t will my lips to move. As if stuck underwater, everything was slow and warbled as his face still is not convinced.

"Do you have nothing to say? I think I know you, now tell me what you’re thinking right now" he demanded.

But my mind was blank and my eyes wide as I stared at him in horror. His eyes desperately searched mine… waiting. I had to say something! I searched my mind for something reasonable to say, but to my surprise my heart answered for me.

"N-No" I said trembling and nervously while my hands were shaking.

"Are you sure?" he replied while eyeing me to say it again.

"Yes I'm sure... and now can you let go of me and shoo go away" I said harshly to him because I want him to go away.

He just let my arm go immediately. I think he was thinking of something. He was in his thoughts.

I wonder what he was thinking.

I looked at him one last time and just walked away.

FLASHBACK

I was in middle school. It is the start of the school year. For the first few weeks I found two new friends, Nam Yi Soo and Lee Eun Ji. They were sweet and loving people that were my first expression of them. We  managed to become friends because we were in the same class.

I am happy and glad about that. I hope that me Eun Ji and Yi Soo will be friends forever.

I was sitting watching my two friends Yi Soo and Eun Ji talking with each other.

The sitting arrangement in my class are two by two.

The class was noisy and a lot of rockus. I could see my classmates throwing paper aeroplanes and I think almost anything  you could think of with one another.

During class, I sat next to Yi Soo and Eun Ji sat behind us. My place was next to the window. The boy at the front of me had a smooth skin that was also pale but not that pale. When he looked our way it's with a grin that tells me he's going to be a great guy to know. I saw that Yi Soo too was staring at him. Well who could blame her hes actually good-looking and cute at the same time.

"Why were you guys staring at Chen" Eun Ji asked us to snapped us out of it and we did.

So his name was Chen. How simple and a cute name.

"Wait no I wasn't staring at him" Yi Soo replied back while looking back on her book that she was reading earlier. Sure she didn't I thought to myself.

"I was... I think I like him" I said with a smile confidently.

I continued to stared at him from afar. I think I like him. The way his lips moved upwards makes me feels happy and I could feel butterflies. His smile is the brightness smile I ever see.

When I see you, it's as if space and time become the finest point imaginable, as if time collapses into one tiny speck and explodes at light speed. It's as if my universe begins and ends with you. I could run forever, search forever, but in the end, every path leads right back to your heart and soul.

"Can you passed me the eraser that had been fallen down there" He said while pointing where the eraser was and then he gives me a smile that just seems so genuinely sweet with just the right touch of shyness that unexpected warmth rushes through me. Wow his smile is to die for.

I when down and grabbed the eraser and give it back to him. My heart was raising as our hands touch because I was giving  it to him.

"Here you go" I said and turned my head around and covered my face. I was blushing like crazy. It was so red I could feel like I was a  bright red tomato.

END OF FLASHBACK

I was walking away from him still. I could feel his presence. he was still looking at me while I was walking. The intensity is killing me.

"Soo Mi!!" he shouted at me from across the hall.

I heard his loud voice and I stand still frozen from the sound of that name.
