Phoenix breathed in the fresh air of the Thunder Kingdom, '

This place is way better than the Ivory Kingdom...' She thought. 

She had just travelled through the Ivory Kingdom with Maya, Lucas, Laura and Moon. They had gotten caught by Princess Pheona, of whom they made Lucas become "close" to and figure a way out. But Lucas actually got close to her and they became very good friends. But when they asked for information, Lucas was weary of betraying her. But they convinced him to tell them and escaped. But not long after they got out of the castle they heard a horrible screech, '

WHERE HAVE THEY GONE?!' Pheona had clearly found out they were gone. 

They traveled under the cover of darkness at night through the Ivory Kingdom and crossed the border to the Thunder Kingdom. She looked around the camp, Lucas was looking at the map muttering to himself about the best way to go to get to the Thunder Kingdom palace and recruit new members for the resistance. Maya and Laura were training, Laura had just conjured up a shield of air protecting her from Maya's tidal wave. Moon was in her wolf form dragging a dead cow carcass out of the woods looking suspicious. 

"Moon!" Phoenix calls. 

"Where did you get that cow?" she asked.

 "Um not a farm no, nope not a farm..." Moon said shiftily 

"Okay..." Phoenix said suspiciously. 

 She took the meat, chopped it up and threw it in the stew. 

"Lunch!" she yelled. 

Lucas rolled up the map and everyone sat around the table as Phoenix put down bowls of stew for everyone and they dug in.

Lucas took a heaping bite of food and his eyes sparkled. His cheeks bulging from the amount of food in his mouth and said, "Tif if dawifiof!" (trying to say: "This is delicious!") Phoenix grinned. She looked around the clearing, the pine trees stood tall against the snowy mountain, the tall grass rustling in the wind made a small scratching noise as they rustled. 

"The fastest route to the Thunder Kingdom would be to walk north for the rest of the day, stop at the inn, then in the morning make the rest of the trek to the Thunder Kingdom." Lucas said. 

"All right!" Phoenix yelled, "Thunder Kingdom, new alliance, here we come!"
