Aphmau's P.O.V.

I wake up to my phone ringing. I answer it. I find out that the caller is Zane.

A-Hello

Z-Hey

A-What 's up?

Z-well you know how today is the first day of December

A-Yeah?

Z-Ually on the first of December Garroth and I put up secorations and we where wondering if you awaited to come over to helip, since our did isn't here

A-Of course, I'll be there in half an hour

Z-Ok see you then.

Aphmau's P.O.V.

I head into the bathroom and take a quick shower. I do everything I usally do in the morning and I brush my hair into a low side ponytail. I put on a pair of blue jeans and a purple top. I put on a white fluffy jumper and a pair of purple ankle boots. I put on my amythest necklace.

I head downstairs and feel Celestia and I eat an apple. I head over to Zane and Garroths house and I knock on the door. Garroth answers it and smiles at me.

"Hey Aphmau, come in" he says

"Thankyou" I say smiling back and entering his house. 

We sit down at the kitchen table and wait for Zane to finish getting ready. He tells me it's his birthday and I pretend to be suprised and I don't mention anything about the party. Before any information is spilled Zane comes out and we begin to get the decorations.

We start with the tree. We each choolpse our favourite colour ball-ball and decorate the tree. I choose purple, Garroth chooses blue and Zane picks black. We put silver tinsel on the tree and some fairy lights. 

Garroth is the only one tall enough to put the star on top of the tree so he does. We stand back to look at the tree and it looks really good. 

"It turned out really well" Zane says

"It looks great" I say

"Yeah it does" Garroth agrees

We head out side and we put Garroth and Zane's grandmothers Christmas wreath on the door. We string some rainbow lights on the fence and from the roof. We put some fake, light up candy canes in the garden and some other Christmas lights.

The lights look really good and I think we did a good job. I turn around to talk to Zane but he isn't there. I wonder where he went?

Zane's P.O.V.

I snuck inside so I can put up some mistletoe without Garroth getting in the way. I put it up in the passegway to the kitchen so Aphmau will probably walk they way if she needs water and I can follow her and kiss her. 

Anyway I sneak back outside before anyone notices I'm gone for two long and I see Aphmau and Garroth laughing together. It bothers me a lot  but if I play my cards right I will be able to kiss Aphmau without any trouble.

We all head inside and we head to the kitchen. They pass underneath the mistletoe but I don't say anything. They won't kiss. We decide to make Christmas cookies and a gingerbread house.

Aphmau's P.O.V.

We are in Garroth and Zane's kitchen baking Christmas cookies. Zane just dropped the flour so we are all covered in flour. He cleans it up and I giggle. He sticks his tounge out at me and I smile. I help him clean up and then I dust myself off.

We continue baking and and finally finish the cookies. While they are baking we start on the gingerbread house. They have one of those build it yourself gingerbread house kits with the gingerbread, icing and lollies already packed. 

We begin to put it together and it's turning out really well. I'm in charge of icing and Garroth and Zane are holding all the pieces together. After a while the gingerbread icing is done drying and we take the cookies out of the oven.

We let the cookies cool down before we ice them. While we are wating we decorate the gingerbread house with lollies and icing. It looks really good when we where finished. We put it on a stand near the Christmas tree and ice the Christmas cookies.

We use small silver and green balls and rainbow icing. When they are done we put them in a container. We sit down on the couch and Look at each other. We are all a mess. Covered in flour, icing and sprinkles. We all laugh.

Garroth asks me if I want to sleep over and I accept and I quickly go home to grab my pyjamas and I take a quick shower to wash of the mess. When I go back to their house they have started to clean up the kitchen and I help them.

When we are finished the kitchen actully looks really nice and clean. Zane stands next to me and points up. I look up and I see mistletoe.

"Is tha-" I begin to say but Zane cuts me off my kissing me

He pulls back and smirks. Garroth dosnt look happy. He chases Zane through the house and I sit back and watch while laughing. It's getting late so we set up the guest bedroom for me to sleep in. We have dinner and watch a movie. When the movie was over we all say goodnight and head to our rooms. 

I'm trying to sleep but I can hear someone moving around a lot in the room next to me which is Zane's room. I get up and softly tip-toe into the hallway. His door is slightly open and I can see him softly sobbing. Why?

I go into his room and I wrap my arms around him.

"Zane what's wrong?" I say

"Oh I just had a nightmare about my mother" he replies softly

"Oh I'm so sorry" I reply

"It's fine I just can't sleep" he says

"Want me to sing you a lullaby?" I say smiling 

"Ha okay" he replies

Aphmau's P.O.V.

When I am finished Zane is asleep but he is still holding my hand. I take my hand away and I head back to my room and I fall asleep.
