Aphmau's P.O.V.

YAWN

Ugh, finally Saturday. I am so ready for the weekend. I get up and go make breakfast. I have cereal with milk. I get a message from Lucinda.

L- Hey Aph, want to come to the mall with me today? I need to get some stuff for my potions

A- Yeah sure

L- Alright il pick you up at 11am

A- Ok see you there

11 is in two hours, that's enough time to get ready. I finish breakfast and go take a shower. I wash my hair in the shower and I used some grape body wash. I put on a blue miniskirt and a purple top with lace around the hem. I wear blue ballet flats and my amythest necklace. I put on some eyeliner, mascara and caramel lipgloss. I brush my teach and pull my hair into a high ponytail.

When 11 comes Lucinda knocks on my door. I grab my purse, phone and money and lockup my house. When we get to the mall Lucinda and I head straight for the potions store. Lucinda gets some fermented spiders eyes and rabbits feet and she goes and pays for it.

When she is done we head to the fashion department of the store because we want to look at dresses for the Halloween dance. When we get there we notice Aaron in front of a store giving out complements and trying to get people to come into the store. Lucimda and I giggle and walk up to him.

"Hey Aaron" I say trying to keep a straight face

"A-Aphmau, what are you doing here" he says blushing

"Shopping, what are you doing" I ask

"I'm working, I need money so this is my job" he says

Lucinda and I giggle.

"I can't believe you chose this job of all things" Lucinda laughs

"Well I didn't have much of an option" he says

Suddenly an announcement is made over the Loud speaker.

"Attention all shoppers. At 11:45am there will be a singing competition for tv. If you wish to enter please do in the next ten minutes, Thankyou"

"Aphmau you should totally enter" Lucinda says

"I-I don't know" I say nervously

"Aphmau you are really good, you should totally enter" Aaron says

"Ok I will, wait how do you know what I sound like when I sing?" I ask turning to him

"W-well um bye" he says running off inside the store.

"Come on Aphmau lets go" Lucinda says and pulles me by my arm

We go to where the singing competition is being held. There are cameras because this is going to be on live tv. My nerves kick in and I tell Lucinda that I don't think this is a good idea.

"Aphmau, you will be fine you are really good" she assures me

I ener the competition and Lucinda and I go backstage. I look around at the other contestants and I see the wicked witch of the west, Missy.

She walks up to us and tells us to drop out of the competition.

"I'm much better at singing than you so you don't even need to bothe entering" she says

"Aphmau will beat you just you watch" Lucinda says

"Yeah right, no way" Missy argues

"Missy you don't scare me, let the better girl win" I say confidently

"Haha I plan to" she says and walks away

I turn to Lucinda

"Now I have to win or I will never hear the end of it from Missy" I say

"It's ok, I know you can win this, you just need to be confident" Lucinda encourages me

Pretty soon the competition start. I watch some of the othe singers. Some are good some are bad and some you can't really tell. Missy is up and she sings break free by Arianna grande, her voice is really scratch and squeaky. She can't hit the high notes at all. I guess what I'm trying to say is that she can't sing. She comes off smiling and she bumps into me as she walks past. THAT'S IT! I have new found confidence. I can win this I just need to be confident.

I walk out on stage and smile.

"What is your name?" The judge asks me

"My name is Aphmau, pleasure to meet you" I say

"Thankyou, and what are you singing today" he asks

"Find tomorrow by Dimitri Vegas" I reply confidentially

"Alright, take it away"

I bow and walk off stage. Lucinda runs up and hugs me.

"I knew you could do it, you sounded amazing" She says excitedly

"Haha, Thankyou" I laugh

When it is time to announce the winner all the contestants walk on stage. I'm listening to the results and I hear that Missy came third to last. She was not happy. When they call out the winner I relise that I'm the only person who hasn't been called. I hear them call me first place and I couldn't believe it. Missy storms off stage and the rest of the contestants followed her.

"Congratulations Aphmau. Here is your prize of $1000 AND a kiss on the cheek from a hot guy" the judge say

I see Aaron on the side of the stage and he walk spot. It took all my self control to not burst out laughing. How much did they pay him to do this I wonder.

Aaron's P.O.V.

Ok so they paid me nothing but it's fine. I do kind of want to kiss Aphmau. I wonder why?

When I reach Aphmau I give her a kiss on the cheek and laughs and whispers.

"How did you get roped into doing this?"

"Haha, I got... Paid" I said lying

"I knew it" she replys 

We walk off stage and Lucinda ripens up and hugs Aphmau.

"I knew you could do it Aphmau" she says then she turned to me "It was so cute how you kissed Aphmau, I'm totally an Armau shipper now"

"L-LUCINDA!" Aphmau says and blushes

"Sorry, hehe" come on Aphmau, we better get going" says Lucinda 

"Alright, Thankyou Aaron, bye" Aphmau says and walks away. Her black hair swinging in her ponytail. She really is beautiful. Maybe I can ask her to the Halloween dance.
