Kia opens the door gently and ed turns around being alerted despite the effort to try to not make it noitceable. Kia puts her finger to her lips motioning him to keep quiet as she walks towards him " sleeping neh."

He nods his head " um. All three of them."

kia: kawaii. Mother and children... If only it was possible than me.

frin than opens the door " kia..." the whole gang follow behind him.

ed: what's going on?

kia: where is rita?

lee: stupid rita has gone to the other side. She sneaked out already. Message passed.

may shakes the three of them and they wake up. The kids rub their eyes " hmmm?"

winryl: what's going on?

kia: we're going to do find a secret and you guys are coming along.

frin: the entrance is at jack's study. I investigated.

izumi: so don't be that sad already ed.

lee: its so that we can discover the secret. This place has a barrier that needs permission for entry .

frin: for now. We can be trapped in here similarly if jack wants it to be so. Its a complicated system, so if worst comes to worse, we might turn to traitors and fugitives.

frin: its kinda weird the study is kind of quiet. We are a big bunch of people, by now there should be someone intruding upon us questioning our presence.

Suddenly the alarm rings followed by a loud explosion. The floor opens up a hole. A man looks up " oh... bingo. "

al: kimblee!!! Why is he here?!!!

may: tsk. Must have revived him.

Kia sliced the cupboard and the tunnel's entrance appeared " go. " everybody entered through the tunnel . Winryl and the kids were entering when the floor below them collapses. They fall through the hole. " winryl !!! " ed screams seeing winryl and the kids drop down.

kia grabbed onto winryl's hand " don't let go. " the kids grab onto winryl's waist " kia-nee!!" they both call out. Just than kia sees kimblee with a smirk. Kia let goes of winryl...

winryl: what... why?

The kids and winryl land on the first floor. Kimblee laughs softly " so much for best friend..."

winryl: I thought...

" say goodbye" kimblee raises his hand and alchemy reacts... The explosion was repelled off by a barrier.

"daijobu?" kia calls from above. She jumps down through the hole.

kia: get someone

rickie: kia-nee!!! you made it!!

maya: I thought you didn't want us.

kia: of course not. There is no way to save all of you if I held all of you. So I let go, and made a barrier from up there.

rickie: that's fast.

kia claps her hand " I can do this too remember? "

maya: eh?!! awesome!!

Ed bangs onto the wall kia sealed up the entrance with " tsk!! Open up kia!!" He claps his hand and touches the wall. The alchemy reacts to nothing. He tries again and again. Nothing.

Zihein: anti alchemy circle. But I don't remember her having one on her.

May checks her pouch " she took... one from me. My dagger with an anti-alchemy circle."

ed: damn you kia!!

frin: she will be fine. Trust she can protect them. Come on, lets find the secret.

Izumi: don't be such a baby. It's just separations for a while from your two beloved woman and two kids. *grabs collar, drag*

winryl nods and runs in the opposite direction holding rickie and maya.

" let's see..." *blast* the barrier breaks " so it can be broken. Interesting. " he charges forward and raises his hand to touch her head. Alchemy sparks... kia put her blade to his palm. *blast.* She quickly flash steps backwards. She huffs heavily " damn..." her whole body burnt red crisp .

"bad risk." Kimblee's hand also disintegrates into nothing. He raises his other hand to the side and explodes the left wall and runs through it.

kia: explosion effects. Tsk, can't destroy or negate effects. Damn... One more not careful move... I will fucking die.

She draws a circle on the floor and alchemy reacts summoning a pack of wolves.The new alpha huffs and goes near her bowing down. She stokes his head. The wolves as if realise she is hurt and make whimpering sounds surrounding her trying to comfort her.

kia pov:

Suddenly I felt gentle arms softly wrap down my neck and lift my cheek backwards.... my eyes met his... " lee? How come you're here?" He kiss gently onto my forehead " I knew you would do something as stupid as this." I raise my head to its original position "what...stupid...?"

He squats down and wraps one of his arms from behind around my waist than caress my cheek " poor thing. Is it painful?Its wrinkled and burnt now."

kia: I am ugly. I get it.

lee: no you're not. You're just... with a special texture.

kia: I hate you... Why are you here?

lee: hid in the shadows while you were busy chasing chickies into the tunnel.

kia: got to find winryl and the kids.

The soldiers quickly gather around them.

lee: go. I will handle them for you.

kia: alpha, find winryl. There must be some smell left earlier.

the alpha wolf howls and the pack disperse to find winryl and the kids. Kia flash steps before it gets messy and she couldn't leave.

They came across a straight tunnel with many entrances and a junction.

May: now what?

Al: we can split up.

Zihein: agrees. I wonder what treasures we'll find. We can take them if we find some right? ~

Frin: I guess.

Ed: than I'll take this room. We'll meet here in half an hour. Whoever finds the secret finds the others.

Frin: sounds good to me.

Zihein pov:

Treasures.... Nothing... Just so many bodies. I can tell they're artificially made. Cloning one single cell. What a disgusting hobby. Hanging their bodies like meat even.What sick experiment is jack trying to achieve?

Doesn't seem anything interesting for me. Yuki would be happy with so many bodies here though.

May pov:

Is it even possible? This kind of thing. It wasn't possible in our world. But the way kia had said it just now... It almost sounds like possible.

But... In all the medical books I read in eliza's library... Artificial life is not possible. There's even people who tried to find the answer by going to the Gate of Truth but obviously never came back.

So... Is this even remotely possible?

To creating artificial life. In our understanding of biologically, an egg and a sperm has to be used. But thats takes time to mature. So is there a way to create life skipping the step of fertilization and maturation?

We sought for the ways of alchemy. Kenja no ishi seems the best way. It can open the door and drags souls from their side. All needed is a body.

Clone? Conscious same as owner? Can see some same characteristics as the owner but has starts to develop own views sometimes different from owner. Like a blank sheet of a child. No clear own perspective.

I got out of the room and decided to venture down the tunnel where frin had headed.

That's when I saw a big circle shaped like a lock on the wall. Frin was trying unlock it with alchemy. It looked complicated... The eye of the lock started to retract... The door opened.

Frin: that was difficult.

Ed: ooi. Is that the secret?

We walked inside to see a big alchemy circle on the wall. This wall was obviously taken off from another. It didn't belong in this room. There were inscriptions at the side

*boom!!!*

Frin: seems like they manage to destroy kia's wall. We need to hurry.

Zihein: yo~~ thought you wouldn't hold out the excitement and come here first ed.

Ed: zihein... So what?

Zihein: I'll go push them off. Take down whatever you need to. Than create an exit to leave. We can no longer exit where we came from.

Ed: understand.

Frin: call Izumi-san, may and al here while you're at it.

Zihein: hai hai.

May: ah!!! She said that leave without her. She'll come out herself. She has something troublesome to deal with.

Frin: than we'll go off without her than. Zihein should be fine escaping alone.

Al creates a door on the wall with alchemy and they walk through it escaping.
