If you are playing in VR or using a controller, find your controls by clicking on Options < Controls.

You can get to the setting menu at anytime in game by clicking Esc, or you can use the whiteboard in the lobby and click Settings.

•You have a nonvisible cooldown if used up

    C                               Crouch (toggle)
•Helpful for hiding behind furniture

    V                               Proximity chat (hold) *

    B                              WalkieTalkie chat (hold)
•Not usable during a hunt when close to ghost

  Q / Mouse Scroll       Inventory cycle (up to 3 items)
•Your flashlight counts as one of these three items

    J                                Journal (toggle)

    E                               Pickup item

    G                               Drop held item

    F                                Use held item (secondary)
•Often one-time use items such as smudge sticks

    T                                Flashlight (toggle)

Right Mouse Click     Use held item (toggle)
•Turning off/on EMF, or other equipment

* If Local Push To Talk is off, then this button is not necessary, as your proximity chat stays on. I recommend playing this way because it says a lot of trouble holding down that button to talk to someone beside you, and it makes hunts much more tense and just leads to a generally more enjoyable game experience.

You can turn Local Push To Talk off/on by going in Options < PC Settings < scroll to the very bottom
