LEENA TALLEY IS a prisoner.

Kidnapped at a young age by the cruel Sebastian Shaw, 15-year-old Leena's ability to manipulate emotions and dark energy makes her one of Shaw's greatest assets. But Leena is wary, and after being experimented on, tortured, and broken, she has all but lost the will to escape. But when Leena runs into a young man on Shaw's yacht, she is finally set free. Now living at the mutant facility, Leena finally feels like part of something more, but Shaw is ruthless, and he wants Leena back, no matter the cost.

Forced to confront her fears at every turn, Leena must learn that there is still good worth fighting for, and sometimes the only way to gain control is to finally let go..

Hello hello! and thank you for picking up this story! I got this idea a couple years ago when watching x-men first class for the first time, and I honestly can't believe that I've gotten this far in writing Leena's story.
