LEENA TALLEY IS breaking.

IT'S BEEN TEN years since Erik Lehnsherr left her on the beach in Cuba. It's been ten years since she let the man she saw as a father kill the man who'd brought her so much pain. It's been ten years since everything seemed to become perfect yet fall apart all at the same time.

That is, until, a strange and grumpy man with wicked sideburns and a head full of terrors shows up on the abandoned school grounds and claims to be from the future. Leena's carefully constructed life is completely upended when she's forced to save the world again, forced to confront her fears she's spent years pushing down, and forced to come to terms with her fragile breaking heart.
