   Mikey gasped. He started jumping up and down in excitement. He got close to Danny's face. "You're past thirteen?! Are you like....fifteen or something?"

Jack was also overly excited. He forgot about Vlad's revelation for a moment and focused on his son. "Since when have you had this power, Danny-boy. Was it always this strong?!"

Danny stared at the thermos in wonder. "I- this is for 13? But I.."

Maddie nodded. "And you have to be at least fifteen to escape it as easily as you have."

Tucker grinned. He laughed at his friend's gobsmacked face. Valerie shook her head. "No way."

Mikey looked at the halfa's expression. "You mean. This is new?"

Danny blinked. "I used to be a....twelve, apparently," he muttered that last part. He hasn't really kept track of his power level. He did once every two months or so just because the trio was curious. But he hadn't had the chance to test himself for almost a year thanks to his parents working on the ship in the basement 24/7. Before that he had been an eleven so he wasn't as surprised to hear from his parents that he was a twelve.

But it was impossible to think he had gone from a twelve to a fifteen in a few days. Unless... "Must have been thanks to the pills." He turned to Sam. "How many did you say you gave me?"

"Three."

He nodded. "Definitely the pills." He glanced down at his hand and lit it up. Green energy covered his hand and part of his arm. Danny swirled it around in his fingers. He felt the power prickling on his skin but it healed even before his human nerves could feel any pain.

The humans stared at the light mesmerized.

Danny extinguished it. "So why am I not melting or exploding or dissipating or whatever happens to a ghost when they take too many pills. I'm not even dizzy."

Maddie frowned. "What are those pills made of? May I see them, sweetie?" She asked Sam, who shook her head.

"Sorry, Mrs. Fenton. But we only have two left and we need every single one of them for Danny, believe me. I can't have you taking it apart."

Maddie nodded in understanding.

Tucker raised a finger. "To put it simple. The pills are a tight concentration of ectoenergy. Only to be used on serious cases because if the ectoplasm of the body got too much energy at once it would be overwhelmed and disintegrate, on most cases."

The humans flinched. Mikey blinked. "Why didn't this happen to Danny? Not that I'm complaining."

Danny put his hands on his hips. "Yeah Sam. You're lucky it didn't happen to me. Why would you give me three pills?"

Sam made a face. "You needed it ok! It was a risk I was willing to take. Besides I didn't give you three pills directly. I melted it with ecto-dejecto and gave you a full syringe."

Danny frowned. "Wait. So you still have more?"

She nodded and glanced around. "Where's the pot?"

Tucker held it up. "Ya looking for this?" She snatched it from his hand, scowling. "Give it here."

Danny looked at it. He nodded as if deciding on something. "Can you give a little bit to my cousins?"

Sam frowned but inspected his clones. She nodded at seeing their states. "Alright but just a little tiny bit. I'll need something else though." She glanced at Danny and he pursed his lips as he looked at the humans watching. "Ok hey dad. So have you checked if we have all the weapons already?" He tried to direct their attention elsewhere.

Jack shook his head but he wasn't too eager to go back to work after what he had learned. He leaned forward. "Have you always been a twelve, Danny?"

Danny gave him a long suffering look but answered the questions. "No. When the accident happened I was below one I think."

Mikey held onto his arm. His eyes sparkling. "You mean you're growing in power? Has it stopped growing yet? Is there a limit?"

Danny tried to shake out of his hold. "I don't really know if there's a limit, Mikey. We...haven't found it yet. I'm not even sure if my power level will go down to a thirteen by the time the pills have stopped working."

Maddie blinked. "Daniel Fenton. We are going to test your capacity as soon as we get back. And you're going to show us all you can do." She was just as excited as her husband, if that was even possible.

Danny scrunched his eyebrows in concern. He took a miniscule step back. Nobody noticed except for Mikey, who was still attached to his arm. He frowned at the Fenton parents.

Danny spoke uncertainly. "No experiments remember?"

Mikey nodded fiercely. "Danny isn't some kind of lab rat that you get to test stuff on."

Maddie and Jack couldn't have looked more shocked. "Experiments?! We would never do that to our son!"

Danny sighed. He knew they didn't mean it but they could go overboard with their excitement in science. They wouldn't notice they where making Danny feel inhuman when they inspected him like that. He shook his head.

Maddie frowned sadly. "Don't you trust us Danny?"

Danny shuffled. "Uuuhhh. Yeah, I do! What would give you that idea?"

Maddie pursed her lips. She glanced at her husband. "We better not do the testing. There's no hurry."

Jack pouted but when he saw his boy's relieved expression he consented. "I better go back to sorting."

Danny struggled. "Mikey. You can let go now. I need my arm."

The redhead sighed but let go. "Sorry. It's just so awesome to know someone with superpowers."

Danny shrugged as if it was normal. "You get used to it. Anyway. I gotta go." Mikey didn't seem to notice Danny wanted him gone and walked after him.

Danny humphed as he reached his cousins and friends with Mikey behind him.

Sam frowned. "Don't you have anywhere else to go?"

Mikey paused, then blabbered. "Oh yeah. Just remembered there's this thing... Bye." He scrambled away but stopped a few meters from them. Then he plopped on the ground, stealing glances at them.

Sam scowled. "I guess that's the farthest we'll get him." She prepared the syringe.

Tucker chuckled. "Looks like you have a fan."

Dani smirked. "And he doesn't even know you are Phantom yet."

"What do you mean 'yet'. He isn't finding out anytime soon." Danny rolled up his sleeve.

Dani laughed. "You said 'soon'."

Sam plunged the syringe in the inside of Danny's arm and drew blood. The pills and ecto-dejecto wouldn't be enough for the clones. They always needed a bit of their original's blood.

Mikey looked over Tucker's shoulder. "Whoa. It's glowing."

Tucker yelped and slapped him away in surprise. The other flinched at the beings' frowns. He turned his attention back to the blood. "Why are you taking his blood? Is this some kind of ritual?"

Danny rolled his sleeve back down. The tiny hole was already closed. In fact, the missing blood cells were already replaced along with the ectoplasm. "No? My cousins just need some perking up."

"They're not...vampires right?"

Sam rolled her yes. "No! Stop jumping to conclusions and watch quietly or I'll make sure you never see another piece of meat again." Mikey shut up as she dipped the blood in the pot and swirled it around. The liquid began to glow more and had a browner color. She sucked it up with the syringe again and turned to the clones. "Alright. Who's first."

Damien pushed Dani forward. She protested that she felt alright but he wouldn't hear of it.

Eventually she let Sam slip a fourth of the amount into her arm. Her breath hitched.

Mikey stared in wonder as her skin solidified and got clearer. Her hair darkened and her eyes flashed green for a second before fading back to blue. She looked more like Danny now. She grinned and jumped up. "Oh my goodness. This is great. I wanna run. No. I wanna fly. I'm going out for a fly. You guys don't mind right? Ok bye." And she was gone.

Sam pursed her lips. "Too much?"

Mikey looked after the girl. "She looks as if she's high or something."

Sam shook her head but Tucker nodded. "It's something like that. It's more like an energy drink."

Sam beckoned David over. "You're next. Come sit closer." She glanced at Danny uncertainly. "Should I give him more?"

He waved his hand. "Give him as much as Dani and then we'll see."

Just as Sam was about to treat him, someone appeared next to them.

Maddie was getting slightly suspicious of what that group was doing all huddled up. "What are you up to?"

Danny jumped. "Mom! We're not doing anything.."

"They're giving the clones blood," Mikey interjected as Valerie facepalmed.

Maddie frowned. "Why is that? Whose blood?"

Mikey pointed at a slouching Danny. The halfa sighed at his mother's horror. "Why?"

Damien interrupted. "We are instable and will melt if we do not get our monthly dosis."

Her eyes widened. "Monthly? Danny that is very unhealthy!!"

Danny pointed at David, who was shifting awkwardly. "Melting into a puddle is unhealthy. I can take it mom. Sam just give it to him. An ice cream in the desert could have looked better."

The girl did and David stiffened.

Maddie stared in wonder as he stopped dripping and his muscles became more detailed. He even grew a few more. Now he was almost completely covered.

David smiled when he felt more stable. He looked down at himself and his smile disappeared. Everytime it happened he silently hoped he would grow skin and actually look normal. It disappointed every time. He sighed.

Maddie noticed this and inspected the sad look he wore. She understood what he was thinking and it made her sad. Maybe she could do something?

Sam moved on to Damien.

Just as she removed the syringe they heard a scream. Everyone looked up to see Dani a few meters from them and floating a few feet off the ground.

In front of her was a distortion in the air. The ectoplasm of the Ghost Zone seemed to twist and twirl vaguely before becoming more solid.

Danny blinked. "A new ghost is forming." Even though he had whispered it, everyone heard it. He scrambled up and ran to stand next to Dani. He pulled her back a bit. Who knows what kind of ghost this was.

The ectoplasm took shape. It was something big. Just slightly bigger than Dani. It was a green ghost and it had blue eyes. It growled and writhed around in confusion.

The humans gasped when they realized what it was.

It was a wolf.

I know its kinda short and therws a lot of sciency stuff going on but i hope u dont mind.
