Chase.

"Chase? This is Rhia, you've met her before right? She'll be your new sister.."

It's unbelieveable how time runs so fast, hindi mo nalang mamamalayang malayo na ang nalakbay mo. I smiled as I watch how determined Rhia is, far from the cry baby Rhia, the first time I met her in our house.

"Dad..."

Pagkuha ko sa atensiyon nito nang makarating kami ng mansiyon.

"Chase---"

Natigilan ito nang makita kung sino ang nasa tabi ko.

"I found her...with our two little angels"

Ngiti ko, kasaba niyon ay ang pagpatak ng mga luha sa mata ni papa, nabitawan pa nito ang libro sa pagmamadali at sinunggaban ng yakap si Rhia.

"Bakit ang tagal mo."

His voice broke, nakita ko ang pagluha ni Rhia at mahigpit ding niyakap si Papa.

"Sorry...I couldn't forgive myself."

She said with tears on her eyes, tumingin ito saakin at marahang ngumiti.

"Bastardo!" 

My father then landed a punch dahilan upang mapaupo ako sa sahig.

"Rhia is your sister!"

Halos lumabas ang mga ugat nito sa galit, Buong tapang ko namang  sinalubong ang tingin niya.

"She's not!"

Sagot ko, halos sampalin na ako nito sa panggigigil kung hindi lang siya pinigilan ni mama.

"Oh god, Rich maghunusdili ka."

Saway ni mama, napaiwas nalamang ako ng tingin.

"Tigilan mo tong katarantaduhan mo Chase!"

Mariing sabi nito.

Rhia is like a star, I could see her shine, she seems so near and yet I couldn't reach. My parents gave me a choice before, but I chose nothing. I know Rhia is still a minor that time, but I just can't stop myself from falling, love works in mysterious ways. 

Lagi kong tinatanong sa sarili ko dati, bakit siya pa? madaming babae diyan, bakit iyong halos kapatid ko na?

That time I ran away from home, determined to prove myself.

I will work hard, really hard and stand on my own feet so they won't have a right to give me a choice anymore someday..

"Napakasipag mo talaga hijo."

Ani Mr San Diego, He is my boss, he offered help on my studies but I refused so I'm working hard for it.

Until one time I mentioned him about Rhia and what happened to her mom, Mr San Diego told me that It's possible that it's not an accident, for some reason he seems familiar to tita Scarlet and even mentioned Nefarious.

I was confused that time, hindi alam kung may alam si Rhia.

Later on, Lucien, Mr San Diego's son saw my potential whenever when we are training ang suggested me to his father, there I found out about the org. I joined the organization not  just for the huge money but also for investigation about Tita Scarlet.

Years passed and I managed to graduate in med school with the highest GPA in my batch, madali din akong nakakuha ng lisensiya sa sarili kong hirap at pagod. 

When I thought that I already forgot my feelings for Rhia, I came back, nagalit pa nga ito saakin kaya pahirapang suyo ang nangyari.

"Mama..."

Rhia's voice quivered as she knelt infront of Mom's tomb, parang may kung anong kumurot sa puso ko. We mourned for mom's death but we never did blamed Rhia, walang may gusto ng nangyari, It's not her fault, she did everything to held onto her...kung dumating lang sana ako ng mas maaga.

"I'm back mama...."

Rhia said as she tried to be strong.

"You were always there for me, hindi ka nagkulang ng pagmamahal at pag aalaga saakin, and I'm so thankful kasi ikaw yung binigay saakin, that even I am not your real daughter, khit kailan hindi mo pinaramdam saaking nawalan ako."

Lumapit ako kay Rhia habang buhat buhat ang mga anak namin, she's trying her best to be strong, which she really is and I am so proud of her. 

"Alam kong sawa ka na sa mga sorry ko, So I will thank you mama, hinding hindi ako magsasawang magpasalamat, nakakapag sisi lang, kung alam ko lang na yung huling bisita na pala namin ang huling mayayakap kita ay hindi ako magsasawang yakapin ka at ipaalalang mahal na mahal na mahal kita at masayang masaya akong ikaw ang tumayong ina ko."

I can't help but shed tears, napangiti nalang ako nang pahidan iyon ni Eleanor gamit ang kamay niya habang nakatitig saakin ang dalawa.

"You were one of the best things that have ever happened to me, ang sakit lang kasi hindi mo na naabutan sina Crest at Eleanor...I still need you pero kinuha ka na niya agad saakin."

Ramdam na ramdam ko ang sakit sa mga salita ni Rhia habang patuloy ang pagluha nito, ako naman ay patuloy na inaalo siya.

"For you mama and for my family, I will forgive my self and live my life to it's fullest, I will set you free...mahal na mahal kita."

Kinuha ni Ezekiel saakin ang kambal ako naman ay yumakap kay Rhia habang patuloy siya sa pag iyak.

"Cherry..."

It's tito Javier.

"It's been so long, remember me? Ako yung ayaw na ayaw mo sa best friend mo, but you eventually helped me to have her and taught me some words, even that embarassing harana before, tabingi pa ang dila ko magtagalog noon tapos babatukan mo ako sa tuwing magkakamali ako at tatakutin na hindi ako magugustuhan ni Scarlet."

He chuckled.

"Hindi ko akalaing sa muling pagkikita natin ay ganito pa, hindi pa nga kita napapasalamatan ng personal ehh, hindi mo tuloy ako mababatukan niyan. But I know you're happy now with your best friend, Take care of her, sunod nalang kami pag oras na nanamin."

Tito Javier squated infront on the tomb, medyo kumalma naman na si Rhia.

"Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter and my wife when I am busy fighting for them, you were there to take care of my daughter. Sorry din nabugbog namin itong unico hijo mo, gago kasi ehh but on the brighter side we have two little angels, sayang lang di na nila kayo makakasama pa, I bet you and Scarlet will be good grandmas if you were here, bantayan niyo muna kami diyan sa itaas, lalo na't tumatanda na at may rayuma hindi na ako makakalaban tulad ng dati."

The day went emotional to happy, matapos ng pagbisita namin sa libingan ni mama ay isinunod namin ang kay Tita Scarlet saka dumiretso ng uwi para sa maliit na handaan, I feel so happy and, para akong nakakita ng liwanag sa gitna ng kadiliman at tuluyan ng nakalabas, not just me but also Rhia.

"Chase! Ano ba!"

Saway ni Leroy nang marahas na ibato ko ang bote ng beer.

"Hoy lasing ka na! ano mag aamok ka anaman Chase?!"

Sigaw nito, sa inis ko ko ay itinulak ko siya.

"Wag mo akong pakielaman!"

I shouted the kicked all the bottles of liqours, Inis na kinwelyuhan ako nito.

"Paanong hindi kita pakikielaman?! Para kang tangang nagwawala diyan kaya ka iniiwan eh!"

Sambit nito, sa inis ko at sinikmuraan ko siya.

"Bakit?! Kapag tumigil ba ako babalik siya?!"

Sigaw ko saka napaluhod nalang kasabay ng pagpatak ng mga luha.

"Araw araw halos mabaliw ako kakaisip kung nasaan siya! Kung saan siya dinala ng hayop na yon!"

Mariin anong napapikit at malakas na sinuntok ang simento, di alintanang may mga bubog iyon, ramdam na ramdam ko ang pag agos ng dugo mula sa kamao ko, pero para bang namanhid na ako sa sakit at hindi ko na maramdaman.

"Rhia...please...Bumalik ka na...bumalik ka na..."

Mariin akong napapikit habang inaalalayan ni Leroy sa pagtayo.

"Damn it...I love her so much.."

I was lost without her, tama nga siya noon...

"Just what will I do without you?"

I joked after she did the chores, Rhia rolled her eyes on me.

"You'll probably so messed up."

She's right, I became a mess without her, halos libutin ko na ang mga bansa kung saan ako nakakakuha ng lead mahanap lang siya, I feel like I lost everything, she took my heart and my soul with her, she's my everything.

"Yes I'm still in denmark now, katatapos lang ng misyon, kasama ko si Thanatos at thorn."

Pagkausap ko kay Lucien.

"Yeah I just landed too, nagtatampo saakin si Ruby kaya sumama kay Celestine."

Malamig ngunit problemadong sabi nito, I just hissed but then saw a familiar figure, parang tumigil ang mundo ko nang makita ko siya. I immidiately walked towards her direction...

It's her! I know it's her!

Mabilis ang pintig ng puso kong hinabol siya,I grabbed her arms and made her face me.

"Rhia---"

I stopped when It's not her whom I saw..

"Oh I'm sorry wrong person."

I apologized, bagsak ang balikat na natulala nalamang ako sa gitna ng alon ng mga tao, It's her...I'm positive It's her face....

"Baka naman namamalikmata ka lang, Diba nga ibang tao yung humarap sayo?"

Leroy said, I just sighed, we were here on the Phatom and Haven org's alied headquarters here in denmark, Malungkot akong napatitig sa larawan ni Rhiya.

"Hello! The  meganda is here na!"

Masiglang bati ni agent Amaranth na umupo sa harapan namin dala ang isang folder na hinuha ko ay written report patungkol sa natapos naming misyon namin rito.

 Akmang bubuksan nito ang folder nang bigla naman niyang hablutin ang litrato saakin na ikinalukot ng muka ko.

"Wait kilela ko this woman!"

She said, bahagya akong natigilan roon.

"W-what?"

I said while staring at her.

"Yes! Nakasabonding ko siya kenana!"

Conyo at bulol na sabi nito na nagpatayo saakin...shit!shit!shit!

"W-what is her name?"

I asked, para masiguro.

"Oh! it's so mehaba but because  I am so metaleno I memorized it syampre!'

I gulped then gazed at her hopingly, hindi ako namamalikmata lang kanina!

"Her pangelan is Rebekka Healani Kings, Rhia for short daw omg she's so mebaet! We even exchanged numbers!"

Para akong nanghina at nanlaki ang matang napaupo bigla.

"Fuck!"

I cursed then again looked at her, ngumiwi ito saakin.

'Sorry di keta type noh."

Irap niya, umiling ako roon.

"Please..Please tell me where she is..."

I said desperately.

"Why would I? Melay ko if mey plan ka pelang bad to my bagong friend."

Marahas nalang akong bumuga nang hangin at malakas na nahampas ang mesa.

"Please...I need to see her..."

Puno ng frustrasyong saad ko, napatakip ito ng bibig at tumingin saakin.

"Omg! Mag ex keyo noh? Tepos you make fool of her so she run away but then make sisi tepos you are desperate ne mehanap siya! not knowing na mey enak pela keyo! then you will see each----"

I didn't let her finish whatever she is saying then glared at her.

"Fine Fine, I'll tell you na nga! So that you two can continue your naudlot na love story na."

It wasn't easy but I found her, sinundan ko pa siya buong araw, nakakainis lang at alam pala ng dalawang kaibigan niya kung nasaan siya at ni hindi manlang nagsabi saakin! damn!

"So ikaw pala yung pesteng laging umaakyat sa kwarto ng anak ko?"

Mr. Javier Kings stated, napayuko nalamang ako.

"Sorry sir I---"

javier then cutted me off.

"Sinabi ko bang maupo ka?"

Malamig na sabi niya, agad akong napatayo.

"No sir!"

Tarantang sabi kong napalunok nalamang.

"Kung ako sainyo pa sisikmuraan ko yan."

Gatong ng isa pang lalaking naroroon, He's Rhia's twin brother, they do look alike, It's just that this guy ofcourse look masculine.

"Umaakyat yan lagi pa! tapos nanghahalik!"

Dagdag pa nito habang puno ang bibig na kumakain ng saging, sakto namang pumasok ang gagong si Nelson na noong nakaraan ko pa gustong bugbugin kung hindi lang ako nagpapa good shot sa father in law ko.

"Nelson babe, gusto mo ng saging ko?"

Pabaklang biro ni Ezekiel, sinamaan lang siya ng tingin ng gagong si Nelson.

"Do you really love my daughter?"

He asked intensely, I sighed.

"I won't search for her if I don't, She's the love of my life, my everything, When she ran I way, I feel like my world fell apart, I love her so much sir."

Hindi naging madali ang lahat saakin, sa isang buwan na pagtuloy ko roon ay pinagtutulungan ako ng tatlo at kapit pa gigil na ako kay Nelson ay hindi ko naman makanti, tangina lang! Pero walang wala ang mga paghihirap na iyon sa naranasan ko habang wala si Rhia sa tabi ko.

I love Rhia so damn  much, they could even torment me all they want, basta ang kapalit noon ay makasama ko siya at ang mga anak namin.

"Sana all.."

Sambit ni Ezekiel na nasa tabi ko ngayon, kabadong kabado ako habang  naghihintay sa altar, and beside me is Ezekiel as my best man, hindi raw kasi ito papayag kapag hindi siya. 

"Why still don't have balls to face her?"

Ngisi ko, pertaining to the woman he told us about on my secret Bachelorette party, unlike other Bachelorette parties, walang babae roon at kami kami lang, nagkaraoke pa kami at walang awat si Ezekiel at Tito Javier na halos mag agawan na ng mike kagabi.

"Well I wish I could, but I couldn't even find her."

He sighed.

"Good for you."

I grinned, sinamaan niya ako ng tingin.

"Fuck you."

Nakasimangot na sabi nito, ngumisi ko roon.

"Nah I'd rather make love to your sis---"

Hindi ko natapos ang sasabihin nang magtakip ito ng tenga, natawa nalamang ako, but I'm still very nervous.

"What is taking them so long?"

Kunot noong tanong ko, Ezekiel hissed at me.

"Eh bakit kasi kailangan ipakidnap pa? Tangina wala kaming kaalam alam nagpaplano ka pala ng kasal, For a shotgun wedding, this is really grand."

Ngisi niya, nailing nalang ako doon, yeah right now Rhia is being kidnapped by the Hightiers of both organization, Kapag kasi mga simpleng agents lang ay walang panama sakanya.

"OMG! There na sya!"

I heard Liah squealed excitedly, there I saw the most beautiful woman in my universe...my world, nanginig ang kamay kong nakatulala lamang sakanya.

My baby is crying,shit....

Mabilis ang pagtambol ng puso ko habang nakatitig sakaniya.

I chuckled, My heart is beating so fast I think it will come out of my rib cage at any momment now. I then knelt infront of her.

"Rebekka Healani Kings, Rhia... Infront of oir friends and love ones, Marry me and I'll give you everything I've got, I love you so much."

I heard her sobs, nakagat ko ang labi ko, oh don't cry baby, you're smile is the most beautiful.

"I love you so damn much Rhia.... Marry me, yes or yes?"

I said sounded desperately, natawa doon ang mga bisita.

"Do I have a choice? I love you so much!"

That made me smile widely almost reaching my ears as I happily stood up for a hug and gave a pasdionate kiss.

"Hoy wala pang kiss the bride! bilisan niyo na at gutom na ako!"

It was Ezekiel, natawa nalamang kami saka nagkatitigan. Right now I'm staring at my world, my greatest love, my wife...

"Let's get married."
