My family decided to help: (After PP)

When I shared my secret with my parents, They accepted me for who I am. I was glad they did but now.. I think it wasn't a good idea to share it with them. They decided to help me with my ghost-hunting. I really appreciate it but they can help with other things, right? Like not talking about dissecting ghosts in front of me or stop mixing food with ectoplasm but they decided to help me the hard way. Mom is good at ghost-hunting but Dad..

He can't even shoot a ghost if it was right in front of him.

So I had this good idea of training them first. Jazz stopped helping me a long time ago ever since the 'trapping me in the thermos' incident. I had a feeling agreeing to this was a bad idea. I focus on protecting them from the ghosts more than I focus on fighting back and that's what makes it so hard to catch a ghost. So, I brought Sam and Tucker with me. Mom and Dad got ready and brought some weapons with them. 

"Alright. Dad, please don't shoot me. Aim at the ghost and Mom, Don't get too carried away. We just trap the ghost in the thermos, no need to ruin its afterlife." Danny said then went ghost.

"Okay, Okay. Sweetie, I will just focus on trapping the ghost in the 'Fenton thermos'." Maddie sighed.

"I am not that bad at aiming, right?" Jack asked.

"You shouldn't be after all this training. let's get going. We need to patrol the city and make sure there aren't any ghosts." Danny answered before he went ghost. He stopped shouting 'Going Ghost' before the Disasteriod event but didn't seem to get back to the habit. Jack and  Maddie drove the RV while Danny flew up. he had the Fenton phones on to contact them but there wasn't a single ghost.

"Huh. That's weird. No ghosts until now. Not even the box ghost." Danny spoke in the headset.

"That's a shame, I was craving some action." Jack replied. They spoke too soon, Danny's ghost sense went off and left him alert.

"Guys, Looks like we have company. Stay alert." Danny said and got in a fighting position. They nodded. Maddie brought her Fenton light saber while Jack got out his bazooka. Maddie parked the RV and got out. They put on the headsets and heard Danny yelp. She looked up and found Danny falling. She dropped the light saber and stretched her hands to catch him but he ended up falling next to her.

"Whoops.." 

"Thanks a lot, Mom.." Danny said sarcastically standing up brushing his suit that now had some cuts. "it's Skulker. Looks like he got an upgrade. Those were some big rockets."  They looked up and found Skulker floating with crossed arms and a wide grin.

"You got some new helpers? Cool, I was starting to get bored of your girlfriend and that hacker. They did what now? Did they betray you?" Skulker voiced echoed in the street. Danny was about to protest when a new voice joined them.

"Hey, Metal head! Missed us?" Sam shot Skulker down. Jack shot Skulker square in the chest after he floated again in the sky. 

"Awesome! Just aim for the limbs and the head, Dad. They are not well attached." Danny yelled in excitement. Maddie twisted the light saber between her fingers and attacked the ghost. Skulker held Maddie in his large metal hands and tightened the grip. That caused Maddie to yelp and struggle out of his grip but to no avail. Danny gasped and lit his hands with ectoplasm preparing to shoot. Sam and Tucker held their guns tight.

"Maddie!" Jack shouted and held the bazooka and missed Skulker. The shot went in the sky and disappeared.

"Stop shooting and I will hand her alive." Skulker blackmailed. Danny sighed and put his hands down. he stood in front of Skulker and faced him.

"How about a deal?" Danny asked. Maddie knew what his son was about to do.

"Danny, Don't-" She said but was cut off by the reply.

"Sure. What is it that you like to offer?" Skulker smiled and waited for a reply.

"Me." Danny replied simply. Skulker thought for a bit and dropped Maddie. Jack ran to her and hugged her. They looked at Danny who was stretching his hands to Skulker. Danny winked to Tucker and He nodded. Tucker ran behind Skulker without him noticing and shot him down. Skulker fell on his side and Danny picked him up  and punched him and it caused the head to fall in Jack's lap. Jack grabbed the fenton thermos from his belt and opened the metal head. he found a little ghost hiding and shaking in fear. Jack picked it up and threw it in the thermos. a long 'no' was heard before Jack closed the thermos tight. 

"Danny, I am so sorry I got you in this mess." Maddie said looking down.

"Are you serious, Mom? That was awesome!" Danny said. 

"Really?" Jack smiled.

"Mr.Fenton, I am impressed. When Danny told me about the patrol, I was worried you might shoot him or something." Sam said.

"You were all so great." Danny smiled. "We should really do this more often. right?" 

"Danny, You were about to sacrifice your life for mine. You saved me." Maddie said. "Maybe we shouldn't meddle in your job." 

"You are always welcome to help. I think you are better in inventing weapons. I think this is the most important role when invasions happen. I also like the ghost shield invention, it's so useful." Danny chuckled. Sam and Tucker nodded in agreement.

"Danny-Boy, You are so right. I am going to invent useful weapons right now." Jack ran jumping in excitement. 

"Jack, Let's take the RV." Maddie suggested. Jack jumped in the driver's seat after stopping short and returning. 

"oh, no. You are so not driving the RV yourself. Remember what happened last time?" Maddie asked. Jack huffed and sat in the front seat next to the driver's seat. Maddie dug in her pocket and found a chocolate chip cookie. She gave it to him and he smiled almost immediately. He took it and ate it in one bite. Danny crossed his arms and shook his head with a smile. Sam and Tucker went to him.

"Do you think they will meddle in your ghost-hunting duties again?" Sam asked.

"I don't know, but something tells me it's not going to happen so soon."  Danny shrugged.

"They forgot to take you with them.." Tucker broke the short silence.

"Nah, I told them I like taking the aerial route." Danny smiled. He took Sam and Tucker in his hands and sent them to their homes.
