Hailey walked home in the cool winter weather. The snow covered the ground and her shoes, and it just reminded her of how much she hurt inside. It was too painful.

She hates how each guy she dates is a jerk who has done horrible things to her. She hates how she's stupid enough to fall in love time and time again. She hates it all. She hates herself.

Hailey , lost in her thoughts, tripped over he own feet and fell face first into the snow. She sat up as now her entire face and body was colder than it already was.

She was in the middle of a park. The park was right in the path to her house. There was a beautiful bridge and river, benches, flower pots waiting for spring. It all reminded her of the pain. She had her first date in this park, and that Ex kidnapped her years later.

It was too much.

Hailey started to shake as she stared at the bridge. She could just end it all. No more memories. No more pain.

No!

She had the twins and her fathers. What would this leave them with? She doesn't want their last memory of her to be a phone call from the police.

But the thought was so tempting. She ran to the bridge without thinking and hoped on the ledge staring into the water.

Then on instinct she grabbed her phone and dialed her dad. She was shaking and sobbing.
"Papa...." Hailey cried.
"Hailey! What's wrong!?" Phil said with worry in his voice.
"I can't take it Papa. It hurts too much! I want it to stop!" Hailey sobbed while the snow fell around her.
"Hailey where are you?" Phil asked seriously.
"The...park." Hailey chocked out.
"Stay there. Ok love? I'm on my way!" Phil said as Hailey dropped her phone into the frozen water.

Hailey screamed as the wind got colder. She could hear sirens behind her as she slipped off the ledge and fell.

Hailey woke up to the sound of machines beeping. She shivered and opened her eyes to see Dan and Phil there, obviously had been crying for hours.

Her sisters weren't there.
"Hailey oh my gosh you scared me!" Phil said in relief as he wrapped Hailey up in his arms.
"Papa I didn't mean to fall off." Hailey cried.
"Hailey, let us take you to a therapist. You've been through a lot. I want to make sure you're ok." Dan said as he joined the hug. He brushed Haileys hair our of her face.
"Hailey it's ok to ask for help. I wish you talked to us sooner. " Dan said looking into her eyes.

Phil stood up.
"I'm going to call the therapist. Then we will talk about our next plan of action. " Phil said. He pulled out his cell phone and left the room.

Dan held Hailey close to him.
"I've been where you are. I was bullied a long time ago and I still talk to my therapist. Please give it a shot. It actually helps. I promise. I've been there I know. I love you so much." Dan said while tears left his eyes.
"I want help. I don't want to suffer. " Hailey said.

Phil came back in the room.
"We booked you an appointment. Because you did fall in a freezing river they won't let you come home tonight. So we are going to just breath for a bit. " Phil explain joining the other two.

"I love you so much!" Hailey said.
"We love you more." Dan and Phil said as their nightmare of a night was coming to an end.
