Winnie and Susie were playing with their favorite toys in their room. It was a magical world where their favorite stuff penguin was fighting the evil baby doll to save the world from falling cereal.

It was a messy situation as the girls were playing with the breakfast cereals that their father's just bought.

The sugary food now all over the floor, along with paper wads and glue, made Phils jaw drop when he entered the room.
"Girls, what you playin OH MY GOSH!" Phil said as he saw the mess.

The girls were a mess. Susie had glue in her hair and Winnie looked very similar.

"DAN!" Phil called as he took the cereal away from the girls.

Dan came up to the girls room and stood in shock.
"HOLY SH-"
"Dan the girls!" Phil said cutting off his cuss word.
"Winnie, Susie, this is the new cereal." Dan said as he closed up the boxes.
"You girls are in trouble." Dan said looking into his girls eyes.

Susie started crying.
"No daddy. We were playing!" Susie cried as Phil picked her up.
"Winnie come on." Dan beckoned.

Winnie shook her head.  
"No Daddy. I don't want to!" Winnie shouted.

Dan stood taller.
"You come here this instant because if you don't I'll just pick you up anyway."

Winnie pouted.
"One...two...dont let me get to three.....three.." Dan said as he went to pick up his daughter.

Winnie screamed at the top of her lungs.
"Daddy I hate You! You are the worst daddy ever!!!!" Winnie screamed.

Dan stood back. Phil who was standing in the back corner holding Susie stepped in. He grabbed Winnie as she screamed and brought the girls to the bathroom to wash the glue out of their hair.

Dan stayed in the room, tears leaving in his eyes.

"Daddy I hate you. You're the worst daddy ever!!" 

Phil held Winnie and looked in her eyes.
"That wasn't nice what you said to daddy. " He said as he dried her hair. Susie sat on the floor and Winnie was crying.
"Daddy hates....me..." she sobbed.
Phil frowned and furrowed his eyebrows.
"Winnie, neither me or daddy hate you. We love you dearly and you need to see just because we punish you doesn't mean we don't love you. It actually means we do love you. " Phil explained as he put his daughter on his lap.
"But... why did he...seem...mad."
"Winnie you won't understand now but you will eventually but you can be mad. You were mad at daddy but you still love him. "

Winnie nodded looking down.
"You need to apologize for what you said. Then daddy and I will talk about what to do about this whole situation."
Phil said brushing Winnoes hair behind her ear.
Susie Dan to Phil's side and clung to him.
"Ok papa." Winnie said.
"Come on, let's go say sorry. " 

Phil picked up Winnie and held Susies hand as they walked to the living room where Dan was. His eyes were puffy from crying.

Phil put Winnie down and Dan looked at his family.
"Daddy I love you. I'm sorry. " Winnie cried as she ran into Dan's arms.

Dan's eyes filled with tears as he nodded.
"I accept your apology. Thank you. I love you too." Dan said as he kissed his daughters forehead.

Phil smiled as Susie ran and joined the hug. She piled on top of her sister and father and Phil followed as well.

Dan kissed Phil gently.

He loves his family and they love him. That will never change....
