Hailey's age: 2 y/o

Dan came into the kitchen where Phil was calling Louise about Hailey's birthday cake.
"Thanks see you then."
Phil hung up the phone and smiled at Dan.
"How is she?"
"Phil, it's 7 in the morning. She is still sleeping. That's a win for both of us."
Phil smiled.
"Dan, I can't believe it. She is finally 2 years old!"
Dan smiled hugging Phil.

Then they heard the familiar sound of
Hailey waking up. She still had a crib, but they were going to suprise her with a big girl bed.
"I'll get her." Dan said leaving Phil in the kitchen.

He picked up Hailey and held her in his arms.
"Morning sunshine."
"Dadda!" She squealed. Dan loved how excited she got over every small thing.
"Yes. You're 2 today. How exciting love."
Hailey giggled whole Dan carried her into the dinning room where Phil had made some pancakes.
Hailey ate one pancake, while they ate four.
Hailey smiled at Dan, while she ate. She started to giggle when she slipped and fell off of the chair, banging her head on the table.
"Hailey Oh my.." Phil jumped onto the floor to Hailey who's eyebrow had a big gash in it.
"Phil help clean that up, I'll call 999."

Phil nodded to Dan who ran to his bedroom to grab his phone which was charging. Hailey started to turn pale. Phil helped stop the bleeding the best he could, but it wasn't working.

He grabbed Hailey and all three of them got into their car and drove to the hospital.

Dan carried Hailey into the house. She had a bandage above her eye, and she slept soundly in her father's arms. Phil saw Louise inside.
"How in the world.."
"Oh Phil, I know how to pick your lock."
Dan gave Phil a look like, ok that beats any of our stalkers, and took Hailey to her bedroom.

Phil came up to Louise.
"Phil what happened?"
"We were eating breakfast, and Hailey fell out of her chair and cut her eyebrow open on the table."
Louise looked at him in disbelief.
"We had to go to hospital. She'll be ok. I just wished her birthday turned out better."
Then he had an idea...

Hailey woke up in Dan's arms. He was on tumbler, holding Hailey in his arms while she was snuggled next to him on her bed.
"Dadda."
"Oh Hailey love, you're awake. How you feeling?"
Dan put his laptop aside and let his daughter readjust.
"My eye hurts."
Dan nodded pulling her close. He knew this had to be the worst birthday. Then again she had thier DNA, it was bound to happen.

Dan carried Hailey to the living room when he saw what Phil had been up to.

In the living room was a Wonderland, we'll more like a chaotic mess of stuff animals and streamers.
"Wow.." Hailey said with her mouth opened in awe.
"Phil Babe did you do this all by yourself?"
Then Louise popped out from around the corner.
"Suprise!"
Dan jumped slightly, making sure Hailey was secure in his arms.
"Hailey happy birthday love. Wanna take a look at the-"
"Plattyplus land!" Hailey cheered.

Phil looked at Dan who also was very confused.

"Sure why not?" Phil said. Dan and Phil shrugged at each other before Dan put Hailey down. She ran around seeing all of the animals Phil had gotten.

Dan whispered to Phil while Louise played with Hailey.
"Phil, where did you get all of these animals.  There has to be about 200 of them."
"It's 279 to be exact, and I borrowed them...from the store....using money...and their ours now..."
Dan looked at Phil before laughing.
"Phil..."
"Yeah..."
"Have fun cleaning this up and putting all of these away. "
Phil rolled his eyes before joining his daughter who was playing with a giraffe.

Phil smiled.

"I didn't take this too far...."
