Stefan, Damon and I find Vicki in the school parking lot with Ty. "Okay, look, I'll get you something to eat. Just sit back. Look, let's just get you home. Vicki! What is wrong with you?" Tyler falls out of the car. "Vick." Tyler said and she gets on top of him. She goes to bite him and I vamp speed over to them grabbing her off of him. "Let go of me!" Vicki said and Ty gets up but Damon stops him. I throw Vicki towards Stefan and he grabs her. "What's going on here, Liv? What's wrong with her?" Ty asked "You don't talk." Damon said "Screw you, dude." Ty said "Dude"? Really? 'Dude'?" Damon asked "Damon, don't." I say "Oh, come on. Who's gonna miss this idiot?" Damon asked and Ty punches Damon. "Ooh! Don't you hurt him." Vicki said and Damon grabs Tyler's throat. I vamp speed over to Damon throwing him away from Tyler. My vampire face comes out in the process. "I told you to not touch him Damon. He's off limits. I don't give a fuck who else you kill in this god forsaken town but Tyler is not one of them." I say "L-Liv?" Tyler asked and I turn to look at him and my face goes back to normal. I walk over to him but he backs away some. "Forget what you saw here tonight. None of us were here." I say compelling him.

-time skip-

I walk into the boarding house and follow the sound of Vicki talking to Matt on the phone. "I don't understand why I have to stay cooped up here. Why can't I just go home?" Vicki asked "Because you're changing, Vicki, and it's not something you wanna do alone." Stefan said "And you tried to kill Tyler so I damn sure ain't letting you near my brother." I say "There's nothing about that Logan guy Liv killed in here, not a word. Someone's covering it up." Damon said and he starts messing with something. "What is that?" Vicki asked "This is a very special, very old compass. What was Logan Fell doing with it? Aren't you curious?" Damon asked "Damn it." I say "What is it Olivia?" Damon asked "I left Tyler's late the night we threw your ass in the cellar. I remember seeing Robert walking into a room and I guess I stumbled upon a town council meeting because they were talking about Elena and a compass." I say "Well, if you're so worried that somebody's onto you, why don't you just leave town, Damon?" Stefan asked "We should all be worried." Damon said

"Hey, um, I'm hungry. Do you have anything to eat?" Vicki asked and he gets up and gets a glass. "Here." Stefan said "What is it?" Vicki asked "It's why you're craving." Stefan said "Heh. Don't lie to the girl. It's so not what you're craving, but it'll do in a punch, right, Stef?" Damon asked "What is it?" Vicki asked "Yeah, what is it? Is it skunk?" Damon asked "Saint Bernard? Bambi?" I ask "Go on. Give it a try." Stefan said "She's new. She needs people blood. She can't sustain on that stuff." Damon said "Yeah, why can't I have people blood?" Vicki asked "Yeah." Damon said "Because it's wrong to prey on innocent people, Vicki." Stefan said "You don't have to kill to feed. Just find someone really tasty and then erase their memory afterwards. It's so easy." Damon said "No, no, no. There's no guarantee that you can control yourself, okay? It takes years to learn that. You could easily kill somebody, and then you have to carry that with you for the rest of your life, which, if I haven't made clear, is eternity." Stefan said "Don't listen to him. He walks on a moral plane way out of our eye line. I say snatch, eat, erase." Damon said "Hey, look at me. We choose our own path. Our values and our actions, they define who we are." Stefan said "Okay, Count Deepak. I am out of here." Damon said getting up and walking out. I get up and follow him out and we go downstairs. The doorbell rings when we get downstairs. I can tell it's Elena. "Wonderful." I say

Damon walks to the door and I follow him. "Is Stefan here?" Elena asked "Yep." Damon said "Where is he?" Elena asked "And good morning to you, little miss I'm on a mission." Damon said "How can you be so arrogant and glib after everything that you've done?" Elena asked "And how can you be so brave and stupid to call a vampire arrogant and glib?" Damon asked "If you wanted me dead, I'd be dead." Elena said "Yes, you would." Damon said "But I'm not." Elena said "Yet." Damon and I say in sync. "I can't wait till she dies because of Nik. She's annoying." Kol said "Where is Stefan?" Elena asked "He's upstairs singing "The rain in Spain." Knock yourself out." Damon said and he walked out. "Stefan? Stefan?" Elena asked "Yes?" Stefan asked "Where is Vicki?" Elena asked "She's upstairs." Stefan said

"What happens now? Because our brother is out there searching for her with the rest of the town. What do I tell him?" Elena asked "I'm working with her, but it's going to take time. She's a very volatile and impulsive personality. She's a drug user. I mean, all that's gonna play a part in how she responds to this." Stefan said "So she's a vampire with issues? What am I supposed to do? Because I am lying to everyone that I care about. What's gonna happen to her?" Elena asked "I'm gonna keep her here with me until I know that she's safe." Stefan said "How long is that?" Vicki asked walking down the stairs. "We can take about that later." Stefan said "Hey, Vicki, how are you?" Elena asked "How am I? You're kidding, right?" Vicki asked making me laugh. "I'm leaving. I'll be back in a little bit." I say and walk out the door.

I go to the Mystic Grill. I'm sitting at the bar drinking a milkshake beside Damon. "We never should have trusted that Logan... Weasel with the watch." Robert said "How many are we dealing with?" Carol asked "Well, the coroner thinks one. Something about the wound radius and the jaw pattern." Robert said "Are we in danger? I mean, if it found the watch, then it knows we know, and could it come after us? A-And should I even be saying, "it"? Or- - or is it a he or a she?" Carol asked "If it had any historical knowledge of the town, then it'll know where the watch came from, so, yes, we could very much be in danger." Robert said "So what do we do?" Carol asked "Just keep it quiet. We can't have the entire town aware of this. We have to find him before he finds us." Robert said and I lean closer to Damon. "And who even says it's a he that killed Logan?" I ask quietly making him laugh.

I go back to the Boarding House. Vicki, Stefan and Elena are all sitting at the table so I join them sitting in front of Stefan. "Coffee is our friend. It's the caffeine. It's circulated through our veins, and it warms our body so we're not so cold to the touch." Stefan said "Well, what if I want to drink human blood?" Vicki asked "You're gonna have to learn to live with that urge and fight it on a daily basis one day at a time." Stefan said "Oh, god, don't start with that whole 12 steps thing. School counselor has been down that road, and it doesn't work for me." Vicki said "It can work. It's your choice, Vicki." Stefan said " So you've never tasted human blood?" Vicki asked making me laugh a little. "Not in a long time." Stefan said "How long?" Vicki asked "Years and years. I'm not proud of my past behavior." Stefan said playing with my bracelet and I knew he didn't like this conversation. "Does this sketchy feeling ever go away? It's like I have a massive hangover. This daylight thing is a bitch. I need more blood. Where's your bathroom? I have to pee. Why do I have to pee? I thought I was dead." Vicki said and she walks away. "I'm going to, uh- - I'm gonna get her some more. All right. I'll be quick." Stefan said and he walks away.

I get up and follow him. Once we get out of Elena's hearing distance I speak up. "You know you didn't have to tell her about your past behavior. Could've just left it to the it's been years part and called it a day." I say "When are you doing to tell Elena?" Stefan asked "About me? Being a vampire?" Stefan nods. "I honestly don't plan on it. It's none of her business what I do or what I am. She knows ball park of how I met you and Damon. I told her it was New York at grills like the one here. Nothing about you trying to kill me." I say "I'm still sorry for that, you know?" Stefan asked "From the picture you showed me of Katherine and the stories you told me. I don't blame you Stefan. The girl put you through hell, got you killed. I don't blame you. I'm going back." I say and vamp speed back.

I see Elena and Vicki talking but I don't join them because I wanna see where this goes. "All I'm saying is Jeremy is not getting involved in any of this. I mean it, Vicki." Elena said "Or what?" Vicki grabs Elena by her throat and vamp speeds her to the wall. "Let's get one thing straight, you perky little bitch. You had my brother whipped for 15 years, 15 years, and then you dumped him. When I look at you, that is all I see, just so you know. And I'm gonna see Jeremy whenever I wanna see Jeremy, because I have some fun new toys to play with, and I won't think twice about ripping your little head off. You got it?" Vicki asked and I go towards them and throw Vicki away from Elena. She stands back up with her vampire face out. "Is that supposed to scare me?" I ask "Girls enough." Stefan said walking back in the room.

-time skip-

I see Damon and Vicki going towards the front door. I follow behind them having a bad feeling about this. "What are you doing?" Stefan asked "She's been cooped up in your room all day. She's not Anne Frank." Damon said "No, no, no." Stefan steps in front of the door. "Hey, hey. Now's not the time for this." Stefan said "If you're gonna teach her, teach her. Show her what it's all about." Damon said "She could hurt someone." Stefan said "We're not takin' her to Disneyland. We're goin' in the front yard. Come on." Damon said opening the door. Vicki, Damon and I walk out the door. Stefan follows us. "Bad idea, Damon." Stefan said "She's a vampire, Stefan. She should know the perks." Damon said  "Like what?" Vicki asked "Like." Damon said and he vamp speeds beside her. He taps her shoulder and she turns around. "Whoa. How did you do that?" Damon vamp speeds behind her again whistling. She laughs. "Come on, Vic. Live a little. No pun intended." I say and she runs away. We hear rustling but she never comes back. "Uh. My bad." I say "Come on, ástin. You really didn't think that through did you?" Finn asked "I'm going home because I assume she'll be there soon." I say and vamp speed away.

I walk in my house and Jeremy is making something to drink in the kitchen. My phone rings and I pull my phone out Stefan is calling me. I answer it stepping away from the kitchen. "Find her?" I ask "She's at her house. Matt wouldn't let me in." Stefan said "All right she'll probably talk Matt into going to the Halloween party and Jer might go." I say "Okay let me know." Stefan said "Will do." I say and I walk into the kitchen hanging up. "You gotta call me, Vic. I don't get it. What's going on with you? Just- just call me, please." Jer said into his phone. I hear Elena walk in the room.

"Hey. So, um, do you two wanna hang out tonight? We could go to the, uh, Halloween thing at school. Could be fun." Elena said "Cool. Sure. Sounds, uh - - sounds fun. Can't wait." Jeremy said "I know you're upset about Vicki." Elena said "Elena." I say warning her. "I heard she called Matt. But you can't be with her. She needs to get better. The best thing you can do for her is let her go." Elena said "What does that even mean, "let her go"? Oh, okay, sure. Since we're such experts on letting people go, right?" Jer asked "I know you may not see it, but trust me, Jer. It's for the best." Elena said and Jeremy walks closer to her. "Look, for months after Mom and Dad died, I felt like crap, like "nothing really even mattered" crap. Now all of a sudden, I get these moments, and things started to feel just a little bit better, and Vicki was in every single one of 'em. So you may not see it, but trust me. Keeping me away from her is not for the best." Jeremy said and I look at Jeremy's wrist and I see that he's wearing the vervain bracelet that I made him after Jenna gave me the letter about vampires and stuff. Once he walks out the room I turn to Elena.

"How'd you think that was going to go? You can't control what he does Elena. He's a 15 year old kid who's parents died and his sister is trying to become his mom. I get you're worried about the vampire shit but Elena nothings going to happen to him and if anything does I'll take care of it." I say and I go up to my room to start changing for the Halloween party that I know I'll have to go to because Vicki will probably show up there.

"If this is what all vampire slayers look like then I would let you kill me any time you wanted too." Kol said and I laugh. "It's not that special. I threw together clothes I already had." I say "Well you still look beautiful." Finn said "Thank you. While I mingle at this party, can you look after my brother and Vicki?" I ask "Of course, Darling." Kol said

-time skip-

I'm standing beside of Care when Tyler walks up to us. "Cider for the ladies? It's a Lockwood special." Tyler asked handing me one already knowing I'll say yes. "No way. Last year, I was hung over until thanksgiving." Bonnie said "Lightweight. I am going to drink until someone is hot enough to make out with." Care said "Sounds like a plan." Tyler and I say in sync and the three of us clink classes. Tyler and I look at each other and I smirk at him. "I gotta go find Jer." I say walking away. I meet up with them at the front. I see Jer scare kids and Elena smack his arm for it. I sneak up behind Jeremy and jump on his back. He almost drops me then catches me. "Hey little bro, little sis." I say "Are you drunk?" Elena asked and I jump down. "Nope." I touch my fingers to my nose. "See?" I ask "You went with last year's costume too, huh?" Matt asked walking up to us. "Yeah. I didn't know that I was coming till an hour ago." Elena said "Me neither. And you're going as...you?" Matt asked and Jeremy rolls his eyes and starts to walk away. "Jer! Don't add to the population, don't take from the population. Other then that I don't give a fuck what you do!" He turns around and gives me a thumbs up smiling before walking away. "Alright. You two have fun with your awkward flirting. I'm going to find Tyler and enjoy the rest of the night. Peace out bitches." I say walking away.

I find Tyler and walk up to him. "Hey, Ty." I say "Liv, hey. What's your costume?" Tyler asked "Vampire Slayer. It was kind of last minute because Elena wanted to come and Jer didn't want to come by himself." I say as we're walking through the crowd of people. He gets more cups of cider. "Here." Tyler said "Are you trying to get me drunk so I'd sleep with you?" I ask "I mean that's just a plus." Tyler said "You know all you had to do was ask." I say and he grabs my hand leading me further into the party towards an empty corner. He kisses me and we back up against the wall. After a few minutes I hear someone walk up to us. "Olivia." Elena said and Tyler pulls away from me. "What Elena?" I ask "I need your help. I can't find Jer and Vicki is here." Elena said and I lay my head on Tyler's chest groaning. "I can't even enjoy one night without vampire bullshit." I mumble to myself. "Are you going to help or not?" Elena asked and I lift my head up. "Yeah, I guess." I turn to Tyler. "I'll try to come by later tonight so we can finish this." I say and I kiss him. As I'm walking away with Elena I could feel her staring at me. "Go ahead and say it. So you'll quit staring at me." I say "Out of everyone you could've chose you chose Tyler Lockwood?" Elena asked "Look we ain't got time to go over each other's love lives Elena. You're is just as bad if not worse then mine. But right now we need to either find Jeremy or Vicki." I say and we find Vicki and Stefan.

Stefan walks up to us dragging Vicki with him. "Thank god." Elena said "What's the matter?" Stefan asked "I lost track of Jeremy. I was worried." Elena said and I hear Matt walking up to us. "What's goin' on?" Matt asked "Hey. Uh, everything's fine." Stefan said and Vicki rips her arm out of Stefan's grip. "I told you to quit bothering me." Vicki said "No. Vicki, don't do this." Elena said "Matt, he won't leave me alone." Vicki said "You need to back off, man." Matt said starting to get closer to Stefan. "Matt, it's... it's okay." Elena said "No, it's not okay. What the hell is your problem?" Matt asked stepping closer to Stefan. I put myself in between them with my back to Stefan's chest. "You need to back the fuck up." I say staring Matt in the eyes. I hear whooshing and know she left. "Stefan, she's gone!" Elena said and she runs off. Stefan goes to but Matt grabs him to stop him but I quickly grab him shoving him against the wall and Stefan stands behind me. "He's trying to fucking help her." I say before backing away running after Elena with Stefan following me. "Busses. They're at the busses." Kol said popping up then disappearing again.

I use my vampire hearing as I make my way through the crowd towards the doors outside. "Vicki, what the hell? Oh, my god. No! Stop!" I hear Jer yelling so I vamp speed outside. As soon as I appear Elena comes up behind me. Elena picks up a wooden board. "Vicki, no!" Elena yells and Vicki shoves Jer to the ground coming towards us. Elena runs up to her and tried hitting her with the wooden board. But Vicki throws her into a wooden pallet. I shove Vicki into a bus holding her there. I feel the veins under my eyes come out. Stefan vamp speeds up behind me. Vicki shoves me away and vamp speeds away. Jeremy walks closer to us but I keep my back turned away from Elena.

"Go. Get inside. Go!" Stefan yells and Elena runs grabbing Jeremy. As they are running Stefan and I frantically search under the busses. Suddenly I hear Elena scream and smell blood. I quickly grab a wooden board vamp speeding towards them shoving the stake through her heart. I pull the stake out of her heart. I feel the veins come out under my eyes because of Elena's blood. "Vicki!" Stefan stops Jer from coming any closer. "Vicki. Vicki! Vicki!" Vicki desiccates falling to the floor. "Vicki!" Jeremy yells. "Get him out of here." I say not looking away from Vicki trying to ignore Elena bleeding. Stefan calls Damon walking away. "What?" Damon asked "I need your help." Stefan said

Elena falls down beside of Vicki. I hear Damon walking up to us. "You should go. We got this." Damon said "You did this. This is your fault." Elena said "You confuse me for someone with remorse." Elena shoved him but he doesn't move. She tried to slap him but he grabs her hand. "None of this matters to me, none of it." Damon said "People die around you. How could it not matter? It matters and you know it." Elena said and she slaps him. I feel the veins start coming back from her blood. "You need to leave. Your wounds are bleeding, and you need to leave." Elena looks at me gasping in shock when she sees the veins under my eyes before she walks away. "I just had to kill someone in front of my little brother. I had to kill my brothers girlfriend. And you know the worst part?" I ask

"What?" Damon asked standing in front of me blocking my line of sight to Vicki making me look up at him. "I don't even feel bad about it. All I could think was that she was going to hurt Jeremy or Elena or worse and I just did it. Didn't have to think twice about it. I only feel bad for Jeremy." I say and he hugs me. "I'll take care of this, go explain this to your siblings." Damon said "What's the point? Elena is going to have you take his memory anyways." I say "I know you gave him vervain. I can just pretend that it I did it and you explain it to him." Damon said "Thanks De." I say and vamp speed home.

I get to the house the same time Elena is walking up the steps. Stefan is on the porch. "Where is he?" Elena asked "Inside." Stefan said and we both go inside. Elena walks in his room sitting on his bed but I stop at the door not knowing if he will want to see me or not. "Do you understand what happened tonight?" Elena asked "No. I don't understand. I mean, I know what I saw, but... I don't understand." Jeremy said and I feel the tears running down my face. "She was going to kill me." Elena said "Now she's dead. Vicki's dead." Jer said "I'm so sorry, Jer." Elena said "Make it stop. It hurts." Jer said "Shh, Shh, Shh, Shh. It's okay. It's okay." Elena said "Why does everybody have to die on me?" Jeremy asked and I look down. "Oh, my god. Come here." Elena said and they hug as Jer cries.

Elena goes back outside and Jeremy looks at me. "I'm so sorry Jer. All I could think about was that what if she hurts you and Elena or kills you. I acted in that split moment didn't think twice about." He holds his hand out to me and I rush to him hugging him. "I need to tell you something. But you need promise me that you won't say anything to anyone." I say "I promise." Jer said ""I don't have a lot of time to tell you this before Elena decides. Stefan and Damon are vampires. And as you saw so am I. Damon turned Vicki into a vampire to get back at Stefan for a feud they've had since 1864. That bracelet that I gave you has vervain which means that you cannot be compelled to forget but I'm going to go get the vervain and I want you to eat it. Eating it means that if Damon sees the bracelet then if he takes it off then you will still remember. I know the pain hurts but I think it is better for you to remember." I vamp speed to my room and run back with the box that had the vervain in it. I open the box. I point to the vervain. "That's vervain. I want you to eat that." He does what I tell him to do but he makes a face. "Yeah it's not the best. I promise that I will explain everything to you when Damon gets done." I say and he nods.

I walk into my room to compose myself before having to face my sister again. "Are you okay, Darling?" Kol asked "Physically, I'm fine. But mentally, I'm so over all the vampire stuff already and I know it's not even truly gotten started. It will only get worse when your brother comes and the only thing I'm looking forward to when that happens is being able to see you both undaggered. If I knew I wouldn't miss people here or the exact time your brother is coming to town then I'd leave and not come back until he does." I say "Everything will be okay eventually, ástin. We will soon be undaggered and you will be able to see us in person." Finn said "I know but it doesn't make this any easier." I say

I walk back outside to the porch. "Are you okay?" Elena asked "I, uh- I wanted to help her. But instead, uh... How's he doin'?" Stefan asked "He's a mess. I don't want him going through this again. He's just a kid." Elena said "Elena, what can I do? I- what can I do to help? I'll do anything." Stefan said "Can you make him forget?" Elena asked making me slam the door. "Elena." Stefan said "Are you fucking kidding me?! You just want to fuck with our little brother's mind?" I ask "Liv, I don't know how he'll ever get past it. It would be better if he just forgot it." Elena said "Better for fucking who?!Your controlling ass so you don't have to deal with our little brother's feelings? Elena fucking with his mind is not the right way to go about this! Let him fucking grieve his girlfriend like a normal teenage boy!" I yell at her and I feel the veins under my eyes come out. Stefan steps in front of me facing me. "Liv." Stefan said "I'm fine. I just haven't fed in a couple days. Her blood isn't helping." I say and he turns back to Elena. "If I did it, there's no guarantee that it would work- - because of who I am, because of how I live. I don't have the ability to do it right." Stefan said "I can do it. If this is what you want... I'll do it." Damon said and they all look at me. "Don't involve me in this. When this all blows up in your face I'm not gonna be the one he's pissed at." I say

"It's what I want." Elena said "What do you want him to know?" Damon asked "I want you to tell him that Vicki left town and she's not coming back, that he shouldn't look for her or worry about her. He's gonna miss her, but he knows it's for the best." Damon goes inside. Stefan goes and sits down on the bench beside me. I lean my head against his shoulder. "Part of me wishes that I could forget, too... forget meeting you, finding out what you two are and everything that's happened since." Elena said making me roll my eyes. "If that's what you want." Stefan said "Yes, it is. Because I don't want it to be like this. I don't wanna feel like this. But I can't. With everything that's happened... I can't lose the way I feel about you." Elena said and Damon walks back outside. "It's done." Damon said and Elena walks back in and shuts the door. "I don't want to walk through that door because I know she's gonna bombard me with questions on how I turned and who turned me. I wasn't ever planning on her knowing but tonight changed things. But I know that I'll have to explain things eventually. So I'll see you boys later. I'll probably come by the Boarding House." I say and I walk back inside.

I walk up to my room and Elena is sitting on my bed. She's still wearing the nurse costume. "Before we have this conversation you need to go change and clean up." I say and she nods going to her room then the bathroom. Once I hear the shower start I go to Jeremy's room. "Do you still remember?" I ask "Yeah I remember everything." Jeremy said "Okay, do you have any questions?" I ask "How did you become a vampire?" Jeremy asked "When I was in New York I got pushed into an alley and a guy was trying to rob me. But of course me being me I smarted off at the wrong time which got me stabbed. A vampire showed up and tried to give me his blood to save me but I was already to far gone and died but came back as a vampire. Do you have any other questions?" I ask "Why did Elena want to make me forget?" Jer asked "She thought that it would be better that you forget everything that happened tonight. But I don't agree and that's why I did what I did tonight. So to keep up that you forgot I need you to start actually going to class and doing your homework. I know she's your first love and you'll always love her but you need to try and move on. Now I'll let you rest. Good night Little Bro." I say "Night Sis." Jer said hugging me.

I get to my room waiting on Elena. When she comes out I'm laying on my bed drinking from a blood bag. "So how'd you become a vampire?" Elena asked "When I was in New York I got pushed into an alley and a guy was trying to rob me. But of course me being me I smarted off at the wrong time which got me stabbed. A vampire showed up and tried to give me his blood to save me but I was already to far gone and died but came back as a vampire." I say the exact same thing I told Jeremy. "Why did you choose to go through the transition?" Elena asked "Because you and Jer had just lost Mom and Dad didn't need to add me to the list too." I say and she points at the blood bag. "What is that?" Elena asked "This is what is keeping me from ripping your throat out right now. It's a blood bag. I compelled someone at the blood bank to give me some. But don't worry plenty of people donate blood every single day. Now you should get ready and head for bed you've had a long day and you need to let your body rest. I'm going to Stefs so I'll be there if you need me." She nods before going to her room shutting my door behind her.

"You didn't tell them who the vampire was." Finn said "Because that would be another can of worms I would have to open and I'm not in the mood for that. Now I'm going to Stefan's to celebrate his birthday with him and to get away from the humans in this house for awhile. Either come with or explore. That is completely up to you two." I say before grabbing random clothes stuffing them in a bag before vamp speeding to Stefan's house. Once I get to his house I walk in the house and see Stefan in the living room so I walk over to him dropping my bag  falling down on the couch. "I'm staying here tonight." I say "Okay." Stefan said and he goes back to reading.
