Scott's POV

I approached Petra and did a quick examination to make sure there were no injuries. She kept quiet before watching me closely. Once I was finished, I stood behind her and hugged her gently as she smiled slightly to herself and leaned against my chest.

" Guys, this lovely girl is no threat. " , I assured them. " She just came to visit me, so no worries. "

Isaac and Stiles looked at me like I was crazy. With both of their arms crossed above their chest and a bored look, I knew they didn't approve.

" Liam, this is her. " , I introduced Petra to my beta

" She looks like she just got done performing a play and forgot to take off her costume. " , he snorted

" And you got your butt kicked by a girl. " , she smirked.

That immediately made him shut up with crossed arms above his chest.

" Isaac, Stiles, and Liam, this is Petra Pan. Petra, I would like for you to meet Isaac Lahey, my beta, Liam Dunbar, my other beta, and last, but not least, Stiles Stilinski, my human best friend. " , I introduced her to the boys.

She hummed as a response before putting her hands around my arms for comfort.

" Are you and her dating? ", Stiles asked

" Yeah, we are dating. ", I confirmed

Nice one, Scott. Such a smooth move.

I felt a pinch on my arm before looking down to see Petra giving me a look with her forest green eyes. She raised her eyebrow at me. I mouthed for her to play along and thankfully, she nodded before turning around.

" How long? ", Liam asked

" Only a few days. ", I shrugged

" How come you never mentioned her until now? ", Isaac asked

" Well, it was the timing and stuff since she is from a different world. ", I nodded

" A different world? " , Stiles gave me a look

" Petra is from Neverland. " , I stated before holding her close to me

Then the tension in the atmosphere decreased when the boys started laughing.

" Neverland. Oh how creative, McCall. " , Liam chuckled

" I mean she could be from the movie Peter Pan but Neverland isn't real. " , Isaac chuckled

" Werewolves are in movies, but yet they are real. " , she pointed out giving them all a look.

" Okay, so you are telling me that Neverland, the lost boys, Tinkerbell, Captain Hook, the Darling kids, Tiger Lily, mermaids, fairies, and Peter Pan are real?! " , Stiles asked while making crazy hand gestures.

" Yes. " , she confirmed

" Prove it. " , Isaac clicked his tongue

I loosened my arms around her so she could reach down to her pouch to pull out something. My eyes lingered upon a small jar of what looks like glitter in her hand.

" This is pixie dust. " , she referred to the small jar.

" Wait a minute! " , Stile interrupted her. " That's not glitter?! "

" No, it's pixie dust. " , she rolled her eyes

" That's not pixie dust! I sprinkled it on myself that one day when I had it and nothing happened. " , he huffed

" Did you think of a happy thought? " , she raised her eyebrow

" No. " , Stiles replied in a duh tone

" It doesn't activate if you don't think of a happy though. " , she said in a duh tone to mock him.

" Still looks like glitter. " , the human muttered under his breath.

Petra sighed before putting away the small jar into her pouch and putting her hands on her hips.

" We want actual proof. " , Liam snorted

" Here's your actual proof. " , Petra retorted before she started to float above the floor.

Her feet weren't touching the ground. Her body glowed while she was floating and it amazed me of how unique she was.

How different.

Liam and Stiles immediately rushed towards Petra's side and started measuring and discussing the possible ways Petra was faking it. However, there was no explanation for it. Her body glowed green for goodness sake so it had to be a sign.

" She can fly. " , Isaac spoke quietly

" Then that must mean she is definitely from Neverland. " , Liam said while examining her outfit.

" Which means that Petra is the sister of Peter Pan! " , Stiles pointed out.

That afternoon turned into a series of questions for my girl friend...friend that's a girl. I decided to keep her in my arms and play with her hair while the boys asked her tons of questions. Thankfully, she had the patience to answer every one of them. I knew these boys had an interest for Petra.

However, she was mine.

The time came for Liam and Stiles to leave. They gathered their lacrosse stuff and waved goodbye before exiting my room. Isaac looked at Petra with curiosity before slowly approaching her as he bent down to her level.

" I'm sorry for being rude to you. " , he apologized.

" You are forgiven. I'm sorry for attacking you. " , she apologized

" And you are forgiven. " , he smiled slightly before hugging her gently.

It was indeed a long hug before Isaac released her and received a kiss on his cheek from Petra. I frowned wishing it would happen to me. My beta said his goodbye before leaving my room.

Finally, I'm alone with her.

" Your friends seem cool. " , she stated

" Thanks. " , I said

" So why did you say that we were dating? " , she crossed her arms as she looked at me

" I couldn't think of a better excuse. " , I shrugged.

" You could have just said we were friends. " , she slowly nodded

" Sorry. " , I mumbled feeling my cheeks turn red.

A hand was placed on my cheek and I was met with those forest eyes. She gave me a soft smile before kissing my forehead and hugging me gently.

" We are just friends, Scott. But maybe it will change. " , she poked my cheek.

" Like more than friends? " , I raised my eyebrow at her before holding her

" I hope so. " , she smiled shyly.

I have a chance with her. But do I want to take that chance? Should I make a move now? Wait, does she like me? Was that a sign? Does she want to be more than friends?

I smiled to myself before holding my girl in my arms as she settled herself to get comfortable. I kissed the top of her hair before pulling her close to me in which she enjoyed very much. It was just a peaceful moment for us.

Maybe I do have a chance.
