Peter was nervous, he exited the elevator to see a room with his old family.....the Avengers and even though he knew that they aren't going to do anything, Peter still felt scared that they would start mocking him right there and then. Peter looked around the room and saw a empty spot next to Tony, knowing that is where he was supposed to sit Peter walked and sat down. It was quite, a uncomfortable silence which was broken by Bucky,

"Peter we're sorry....we are so damn sorry," and that's how Peter got rained with explanations and sorrys....but even though Peter knew that it wasn't their fault and that they were really sorry, his brain just didn't understand that. After everyone finished speaking Tony being the last, Peter let out a sigh,

"Look....I know you guys really mean it and I know that it wasn't you who was saying those horrible things but it still hurts. It hurts knowing that those horrible words came out of the people who you loved and trusted and even if I forgive you my brain won't stop telling me that you guys don't mean what you say....that it's all a illusion and I'll be back in the same room being mocked by the people I called family. Now don't get it wrong, I know you guys mean it...well my heart does but my brain doesn't if you get what I'm saying. Long story short...I need time before I can just flat out forgive you guys....even with Ned and MJ, I forgive them but I need time before I start hanging out with them and telling them things like I use to do. So all I need is time....if you are willing to give that to me...." Peter said, the Avengers, Ned and MJ looked at Peter then smiled,

"Of course...how much time?" Steve asked

"Maybe 1 to 2 month..." Peter said with a smile, they all nodded as Peter got up,

"Maybe you can come back to live with us like before...if you want..." Tony said,

"Ya....maybe," Peter said,

"I have to go but I'll be happy to continue my intern ship here.....if my friends can join....their smart......if you want," Peter asked, Tony smiled,

"Of course, come over whenever you and your friends are available,", Peter smiled and nodded,

"Well I have to go home now,"

"Speaking of home......where did you live when all of this was happening?" Clint asked,

"That's for me to know and you to find out," Peter said with a grin and walked to the elevator, he entered in and smiled at the Avengers, Ned and MJ,

"Bye.....love you...." and with that the elevator closed.

Peter entered the house to smell pasta, a grin appeared on his face as he closed the door behind him and took his shoes off,

"I'm home!" Peter called out as he hung his jacket,

"Good, I thought I had to break into the tower and drag you here," Flash said, Peter chuckled and left to change and shower. When he did come back he saw everyone sitting at the dinner table waiting for him, Peter smiled and sat down,

"Finally your here! I didn't think K could wait any longer," Travis exclaimed before he started to stuff his face, Peter chuckled,

"So how was it?" Emma asked, instantly all eyes were on him,

"Well....it went well, they said sorry and I told them that I forgive them but I need time," Peter said,

"Ah, so how long?" Flash asked,

"1 to 2 months," Peter replied, Flash nodded as comforting silence fell over, that was until Travis started chocking on his pasta. Emma who was the closest started patting his back, soon Travis let out a gasp bit before anyone could speak he asked,

"Are you going to move back with them!?"

Instantly uncomfortable silence fell over as three pairs of eyes stared at Peter, Peter sighed,

"Ya.....ya I might move back....", everyone's eyes widened before Flash sighed,

"Okay, it's your life after all," he said with a small smile, everyone agreed,

"But on the bright side I got us a intern ship!" Peter said, 

"Really!" Emma asked, Peter nodded and soon he was attacked by questions, the sad aura left as the topic of leaving was gone.....like the question was never asked.
