Andy's POV:
After what Margaret said last night, I couldn't stop being worried about Aberl. I know he's just a baby now but what if his powers develop early and starts getting out of hand? I saw Dei walk in. She looked at me and then sat down. "You okay? You've been looking like a ghost since yesterday." Guess Dei noticed my weird behavior. "I'm just overthinking things about Aberl." She looked at me confused. "What I mean is, what if he develops our powers? Would he control it? Would he go insane? What if they-" Dei shushed me and stood up. "he'll control, if I teach him myself..." I looked at her confused. "Why would you want to teach him. Your powers are just like Peter's." She chuckled a bit. She started poking my head. "Use that apple brain of yours Andy, I was able to control it as a child, you know..." It suddenly hit me. Dei told me they gave her those powers when she was 5. "How were you able to control it?" She smiled and said something I didn't expect. "Emotions..."

Peter's POV:
I heard Dei explain to Andy how she controlled her powers by her emotions and she's not wrong. They're linked to our emotions. I remembered how Dei got sad and that the goop around her started overflowing and covering her entire body. Luckily, I was able to cheer her up and she returned to normal. That's how it was for us. I started wondering if Aberl would be the same as well. I went into the living while Andy and Dei continued talking about the topic. They both turned when they saw me. I think they knew I was listening to their conversation. "Um, Peter, was it the same for you when you got your powers? They're linked to your emotions?" I nodded. Andy sighed until we heard Aberl crying from the other room. Sometimes, I ask myself how Andy runs faster than us. One minute, he was sitting, the next minute, he was already in Aberl's room, comforting him. Me and Dei went in and saw Aberl's tentacles flopping around. Andy tried his best to calm him down until Dei got an idea. She started singing a lullaby. Melody definitely sang this to her. We saw Aberl starting to fall asleep and his tentacles disappearing. Guess that answers our questions if Aberl's gonna develop powers or not. After we put Aberl back in his crib and sneak out of his room quietly, Andy started thinking about something. It was definitely about Aberl. Me and Dei looked at each other and then back at him. Before Dei could say something, we heard someone at the door. I went over to open it and saw Stenla. She looked at me and then behind me. I looked at Dei. She started sweating and ran past me. "Dei, I don't think I have you permission to got out with Stenla tonight." She looked at me and crossed her arms. "We made a deal you know..." It suddenly hit me. Dei said I could help Margaret and Claus get together only if I let her go out with Stenla again. I sighed and let her go. I'm still not over the fact of what Stenla did to us but she did save us. She was desperate to get the virus out of her and I started wondering if it was really that bad. I watched as Stenla and Dei walk away while I turned back to see Andy with a worried expression. "Peter, are you alright? You look a little gloomy after Dei left." I went over to him and sat down next to him. "It's just- I don't know if she can handle the world on her own. I know she's already an adult but..." I looked down a bit and whispered the rest. "I can't stop thinking about her safety..." I felt Andy hug me, knowing I was worried about Dei. I had every right to be worried about her. I always took care of her as a child and made sure she wouldn't have the same fate as our mother. I looked away from Andy, feeling ashamed of what I said. Andy continued holding me by my arm while we stayed quiet. We decided to call it a night and went to sleep. I knew I would wake up later to see if Dei came back. After sleeping for 3 hours, I checked the time and saw that it was already 1 in the morning. I haven't heard Dei enter the house yet so I went to the living room and see if she was there. I heard the door open and saw Dei walking in. She noticed me and looked down. "Where the hell have you been? It's already 1 in the morning and you look like a mess." Dei just shrugged and went to her room. I started wondering if....

I made the right decision...
