Pulling the car door firmly shut, your shoulders sank ungracefully, as your tired, aching body heaved over the steering wheel, resting your head on he very top.

Tears streamed freely down your face; at this point, you didn't care that you were in a crowded school parking lot where anyone could see you. You were just so overworked.

Early action applications for college were due on the 1st, and so far, you still had three supplements to start, in so little time. Your AP European History teacher - who you were sure was Satan himself - had assigned you a five page essay on Catherine the Great due in two days.

Your world was falling so fast you didn't know how to stop it. Everything in your life was just a complete mess, and you had zero clue how to fix it.

A knock on the window brought your head up, and you pushed your tangled hair out of your eyes to reveal Peter Parker himself, the one person who could make you feel better.

"Hey," you sniffled, rolling down the window. "I thought you had Academic Decathlon today."

"It was cancelled, I texted you," he said cautiously, leaning down so he was at eye level.

"Oh," you glanced down at your phone, and sure enough, he had texted. "I didn't see," you mumbled. "Sorry."

He paused for a second, studying your face, before asking, "Y/n, what's wrong?" He wiped a tear off your face with the pad of his thumb, breathing deeply.

"It's just- everything! Like I don't know how I'm gonna do it Peter! I have so much work to do, I'm just gonna fail it all-"

"Hey, hey, hey , shh, it's gonna be alright babe," he interrupted you, before standing up, and walking to the passenger's side door, opening it.

You turned towards him, still crying a bit.

"Why are you worrying about this?"

"Why are you not worrying about this! Because it's college, it's our future, and I'm gonna fuck it all up!" You sobbed, your chest shaking a bit with each uneven breath.

Peter stares at you for a short moment, sighing. "Baby, just breathe, okay? Everything is going to be alright."

"Pete you don't know that. But guess what? I know that I'm gonna just mess everything up! I-... I don't know." Your shoulders slumped, and your eyes wandered helplessly up towards Peter. You no longer had any energy in you. You were just done. Drained. It was like you were carrying all that stress on your back, and it had just made you collapse. "It's too much," your voice came out weak and like a little kid.

"I know. I know it's hard, believe me, these past few months have been hell, but we just gotta power through. I believe in you Y/n. If anyone is able to do all of this, it's you. A-and if you ever need any help, babe, let me know. I'm hella slammed right now, but I can always fit you into my schedule, you know that right?"

You nodded at him, looking up from your hands. "Thanks Peter," you smiled. "I love you."

"I love you too," he grinned, pecking you on the lips. "Now c'mon, let's go back to my place, we'll have some ice cream, study together, and just try and relax, right?"

"Sounds perfect," you turned the key into the ignition, starting up the car. Leaning in you sighed happily, "Thank you."

Okay I know I've been soooo inactive lately but I've just been super busy and stressed, and yeah, kinda shitty excuse if you could even call it one, but still.

And side note: I want a boyfriend.
