"N-no, no no," Peter repeated while hyperventilating.
"Calm down child spider, does it look like I'm hurting you?" Loki smirked.
"You-you GO AWAY!" Peter screamed.
"Ahh very fearful of me I see, this planned out better than I thought," Loki smiled.

•at the HQ•

"Hey Tony Peter Just spoke through the ear piece saying he went shopping for a few thing, he's okay you can stop planning every attack possible to man kind," Steve told Tony, who's breathing is unstable.
"Okay okay, I'll try to-to calm down, I'll try," Tony said while sitting down slowly on the couch.
"Deep breaths, you'll be fine," Bucky reassured him.

•alleyway•

As Peter stands in disbelief that he actually came face to face with the god of mischief, Loki tells him:
"So are we going to do this the hard way or the easy way child?"
"I-I don't, wh-What?" Peter tries to calm.
"Come with me," Loki said.
"No! My-my spidey-senses are going off like crazy, like I'm actually going a-anywhere with you," Peter stands his ground.
"Hard way I see."
As Loki says this he turns into thin air. Black and green smoke hovers around Peter before they take him away.
•small abandoned prison•
"WHAT IS THIS!" Peter yelled as he appears inside one of the cells.
"Magic of course!" Loki laughs.

•at the HQ•1 hour•

Tony comes panicking and running down stairs.
"PETER ISNT HOME YET!" He shouts.
"We know, we tracked down his ear piece and I sent Rhodey to get him," Steve said calmly.
"Oh, okay," Tony said while once again, calming down.
Soon enough Rhodey walks back into the tower.

Peter was ordered to sit on the hard cement ground, his hands are cuffed and chained to the wall.
"Alright child, I think that should hold you," Loki dusts off his hands.
"Now the video!" Loki smirked.
Peter looked up at him worrying about what he meant by 'the video'.
Loki set up an iPhone and made Peter help him get Tony's number. He placed the iPhone on a stand that was facing directly at Peter.

•at the HQ•

"WHERES PETER!?" Tony yelled.
"Here..." Rhodey said as he held the smashed up ear piece.
"HE IS DEAD!" Tony cried.
"TONY! For crying out loud calm the hell down!" Natasha shouted.
"I'm sure there is a perfectly good reason why he ha-" just before she finished FRIDAY alerted a video call from an unknown number.
"FRI answer it and set up table and chairs," Tony explained, the couches went away and it then revealed a table and chairs for the avengers to sit and find out who is calling them.
Once the connection kicked in, Loki appeared.
"Hello Stark," Loki smiled.
"What do you want? How's you get my number?" Tony furiously asked.
"I'm just calling because I think I found something very valuable on the streets that you may want," Loki smirked.
"And what would that be?" Steve asked.
Loki moves out the way of the camera to see Peter, tied up.
"PETER!" Tony yelled. "LOKI I SWEAR TO FU-"
"Now now Stark, I wouldn't be too harsh if I were you."
"YOU CANT STOP ME!" Tony slammed his hand against the table.
"I can't?" Loki question.
In Loki's hand appeared a knife. He held the knife to Peter's face.
"Mr Stark! Don't! Don't come for me! It-it's a trap!" Peter managed to talk.
"Quiet child!" Loki said then slit his knife into Peter's arm.
Peter flinched But it wasn't too bad. What was bad is that Peter was overloaded with fear and his senses made him want to pass out.
"Why are you doing this Loki! You wanted me didn't you?" Tony whined.
"No Stark, I want to see you fall and finally break. I want to see you suffer!" Loki explained.
"You don't need Peter for that I'm sure!" Wanda spoke up.
"I do, this child is one of Stark's favourite.. is he not," Loki smiled.
Tony looked down at the table and felt guilt on every inch of his heart.
"I have great plans for this child, but, I'll make a deal," Loki lowered the knife to Peter's neck. "Stark, bring one other person, AND ONLY ONE, to help you find and save Peter. But if failed to save him in the next 24 hours, I will kill him instantly and if you bring more than one person, I will kill him instantly!"
Peter jumped a little out of fright as his eyes started to water.
"It's no secret that Peter has been terribly afraid of me, did you fail to notice?" Loki said. "None of this would have happened if you had just listened to the child, if you let him stay at the HQ, none of this would have happened."
Tony shouted curse words everywhere.
"Why are you doing this!" Tony shouted.
"You ruined my life, so I'll ruin yours," Loki said.
Loki walked away from Peter and out of view from the camera.
"To make it harder to find your precious spider kid, I will gag him."
Loki then grabbed onto Peter's wrists, pulling the web shooters off and crumbling them in front of the camera.
"And if you haven't already noticed, THIS is your fault," Loki laughed before ending the call.
