Amanda walked towards the CEO office, face hardened and grip firm on her clipboard, the sound of her heels ringing across the empty hallway. It had been 2 days since she led the tour for Midtown and she had just finished her summary of events.

Amanda had nearly forgotten about the incident until she looked the CCTV footage FRIDAY had given her to double check the events of the trip.

Now, she was practically seething. She had watched, and gone through about 5 hours of footage and audio recordings. Looking back on them, two days later, one thing was evident.

Peter Parker was being bullied.

Their baby boss was being bullied and his school was just looking the other way.

Pushing the door open, Amanda walked in, making sure to close the door properly.

"Emily, I need to have a meeting with Ms. Potts as soon as possible."

Emily, Pepper's PA, tilted her head slightly and started typing furiously on her computer. "Sorry, Ames. It looks like Ms. Potts schedule is full today. How urgent is this?"

Pepper had arrived the day before after solving the issues with the board in the Hong Kong branch as such, she was busy with back-to-back meetings. Mouth tightening, Amanda pursed her lips, wondering to herself whether this was important enough to request for a meeting as soon as possible.

Peter was their baby boss, their CEO-in-training. He was SI's little genius.

The fact that he was being bullied and that no one aside from his school knew about it was bad.

This definitely warranted a meeting with the boss.

Lord knows how protective Tony Stark and Pepper Potts were of Peter. They would want to know.

"It's about Peter, Em. I think the CEO would want to know about this as soon as possible."

Fingers pausing over the keyboard abruptly, Emily looked up from her screen. "Oh? What did Peter invent this time?"

"It's not about SI. I think Peter is being bullied."

Remembering that they had arranged for Midtown on the first day because of this very issue, Emily replied, anger briefly flashing on her face. "Well, yeah. He is. It's why we arranged for that field trip, remember?"

"Yes, I do. But... I've been looking at the footage. From what I could gather, it looks like Midtown or at least the teacher that came with them, knew about it and isn't doing anything about it."

Realizing what Amanda was trying to say, Emily's face darkened and she pressed a few buttons then reached for the phone beside her. Muttering a quick unheard message, she put it down and turned to Amanda, "I rescheduled the meetings for the next hour. Go on in."

Nodding her thanks, Amanda made her way to the CEO's office.

This wasn't going to go well.

At least, not for Midtown.

Settling down on the chair, Amanda pulled out the various documents she had finished. "Good afternoon, Ms. Potts. These are the documents regarding the first and second day of hell week. I've included a summary of events for each group."

Taking the documents she was offered, Pepper stared at the papers, confused. "Thank you, Amanda. Emily told me that this matter was urgent and had my 1 PM meeting rescheduled. Surely the summary of events per tour isn't this important, right?"

Straightening, Amanda smoothed out the non-existent creases on her skirt nervously. "Yes, Maam. It isn't. Rather, I asked for the meeting because of a few revelations I had while writing these documents," pulling out her StarkPad, she tapped play on the video already displayed.

Loading for a few seconds, the video started to play.

~~*~~

"Hey, Penis! Look its Stark Industries! Take a good look, loser, you're not going to be able to see it again because of your lies."

"Fuck off, Flash."

Surprised by Peter cursing, Mr. Harrington turns to the two, nervous that the employees of SI might have a bad opinion on their school. Sternly, he said. "Now, Mr. Parker, that type of language isn't encouraged in our scho-"

"He literally just called me Penis, Mr. Harrington. What's your point?"

Suddenly, Amanda arrived. Smiling with her teeth bared, she said. "Good morn-"

~~*~~

Abruptly stopping the video, Amanda turned to Pepper. "This is only one of a few instances during the tour alone. A few minutes after this scene, this boy started to harass Peter by the security area and the teacher, once again, did nothing. As such, I have reason to believe that Midtown or at least a few teachers there knew about the bullying Peter was experiencing and did not do anything about it."

Showing other footage and audio recordings throughout the tour, Amanda noticed the CEO's face gradually darken, fury evident in her eyes and the vice grip she had on the desk.

"You're saying that this... teacher... had heard Peter being harassed and bullied by this boy and decided to reprimand Peter instead?"

Nodding in agreement, she answered, "Yes, ma'am. Other employees around the company agreed with my assumption, especially the cafeteria ladies. They said he was harassing Pete during lunch as well."

Hearing this, Pepper's expression hardens. "Thank you, Amanda. I'll look into this. Leave this matter to me."

Seeing the CEO's expression, Amanda nods her understanding. Normally, Pepper was an easy-going person, always with a friendly smile on her face.

Now, though?

She looked like she was ready to murder a few people.

Recognizing the dismissal, Amanda left the documents on her table and made her way out.

Seeing the door close, Pepper let her vice grip on the table go. Reaching for the phone on her table with eerie calmness, she said, "Emily, please cancel all of my meetings for the day. Thank you."

Done with that, she turned to the ceiling. "FRIDAY, please look into this matter. Check all available resources. I want to see who dares to bully my son."

Straightening her back, Pepper clasped her hands together in thought. If anyone had seen her in that moment, they would be quivering in fear. It felt like the calm before the storm. Eerily quiet yet frightening; oh, so very frightening.

Nonetheless, despite the rage, Pepper was still level headed to an extent.

If this was an isolated incident, she can file a complaint. However, if this was a matter that happened regularly... chuckling darkly, she sat calmly by her desk. She'd make sure they complied with her requests.

Else, she could always just commit arson.

What was the use of having so much money if she can't cover up a crime she did to protect her kid?

Three days later, Pepper was in her office, sorting through piles of paperwork and video clips.

Her steadily growing anger was nearly impossible to contain.

The sheer amount of times that she had to watch her child get pushed into lockers, get degraded for just being, and get ridiculed was starting to get to her.

She had to watch Peter get himself through a panic attack 3 times!

The culprit, Eugene Thompson, was a classic bully, not that that didn't make Peter hurt any less. His parents 'donated' an absurd amount of money just to get him admitted into the school.

The donations after that were high enough to make the teachers look the other way too.

It was after she had to watch Peter cry alone in the bathroom after the kid made fun of his late uncle on his death anniversary that she had to stand up and leave to get some air.

They allowed a child to get bullied for money? Fucking money?!

God knows how long it took Pepper and Tony to instill some semblance of self-preservation into Peter.

Peter was her son, her baby, maybe not biologically but who cared? The blood of the convent was thicker than the water of the womb, after all.

To Pepper, family was found.

It was why she considered Rhodey, Happy and May her siblings, Peter her child and Tony her husband.

Pepper loved them as if they were family.

Peter was the kid who fought with his everything. Sometimes, it was to the extent where it felt like he didn't value his life more than that of the people he was saving. If she thought about it long enough, Pepper would break down and sob.

Peter was her kid.

How could she not want her son to have the best, be the best and feel the best?

One would find that there weren't a lot of things Pepper wouldn't do for people she considered family.

During her ragefest, Pepper didn't notice her husband stroll into the room and promptly freeze from alarm at her expression. Schooling his expression to hide his emotions, Tony spoke up, breaking Pepper away from her rage. "What's going on, Pep?" Settling beside her, Tony motioned for the holograms surrounding her to face him instead. "Who do I have to obliterate?"

Sighing, Pepper calmed herself down. "Peter is being bullied in school. It's... bad, Tony. The teachers aren't doing anything about it too."

Watching the holograms around him, coupled with Pepper's words, made Tony's face darken. Who dared to hurt Peter? Good, good. What good teachers Midtown had. They were really fearless.

"What do you want to do about it?"

Chuckling darkly, Pepper replied without missing a beat. "Don't worry. I'll deal with this."

Looking at his murderous wife, Tony couldn't help but send out a prayer to the heavens.

His wife was on a rampage and when Pepper wanted something done, it was going to be done. Nothing more, nothing less.

Midtown didn't understand their situation.

Peter Parker was practically a one-man army on his own.

But, he wasn't alone, now was he?

He had the entirety of Stark Industries, the New Avengers, and Pepper, Tony, Happy and May by his side.

Together?

Together, they'd take over the world.

Midtown didn't know what was coming for them.

Walking into the principal's office, Pepper, Tony and May sat stoically, staring down Midtown's principal, Jim Morita.

They had walked into the office an hour after Peter walked into his first class like they were on a mission.

Stumbling through his words, Jim stutters out, intimidated by the fury emanating from the trio. "M-mr. Stark, Ms. Potts, Mrs. Parker, to what do I owe the pleasure?"

Staring him down coolly, Pepper answered. "It has come to our attention that Peter is being bullied in this," spitting out the words venomously, "school."

Flinching at the harshness of her words, Morita swallowed thickly. "Now, I'm sure that Mr. Thompson wasn't being serious. You know, boys will be boys."

Pulling out a folder from her bag, Pepper motioned for him to take it. "So, you know who I'm talking about? I don't think you quite understood what I meant, Mr. Morita. In that folder, you'd find detailed accounts of Mr. Thompson bullying Peter, complete with the words he said beside it." Slipping her hand into Tony's grasp, she continued thickly. "You're worthless, Parker; Why don't you go die, Parker; Sad your uncle died, Parker? Well, he deserved it. Do I need to continue? Because I can. There is a total of 54 individual instances where the words Mr. Thompson said were scathing remarks. Not to mention, he keeps calling Peter that god-awful nickname."

"With that, will you still look me in the eye and tell me that Peter isn't being bullied?"

Stuttering out a refusal, Jim was cut off by Tony Stark. "Maybe, you don't understand your situation enough, Mr. Morita. Your staff are negligent in their duties as teachers, even going as far as scolding the victim instead of the abuser." Seeing him about to protest, Tony cut him off with a flick of his hand. "He is an abuser, Mr. Morita. He is fully aware of the effects and pain that he is causing Peter. Why else would he bang Peter's head on lockers, kick him in gym, degrade him every chance he could get, hm? He is no longer a 'boy'. He is a teenager, someone who could think for himself. He should know the consequences of his actions. You would be lucky that we would not decide to sue you."

May spoke up, anger evident in her behavior. "You are the principal, Morita. I trusted you to take care of my nephew. Instead, you and your staff look the other way. And for what? Money?!"

Placing her hand on May's, Pepper silently told her to calm down. Stilling for a moment, May took a deep breath and settled down.

Seeing that he wouldn't win, Jim settled to negotiate instead. "I apologize for my negligence, Mr. Stark, Ms. Potts, Mrs. Parker. I'll have a talk with the staff personally and remove the marks on Peter's record immediately."

"And what of the boy?"

Blanking for a moment, Jim asked for clarification. "What?"

Growling, Pepper restrained herself. "What would you do to Eugene Thompson?"

"Wel-"

Interrupting him, Pepper coldly stated. This is what they came for, after all. She would get what she wanted. "I want him to be properly punished. There are consequences to every action, Mr. Morita. I hope that you would properly enforce this upon him. I would hate to have to sue the school for negligence, after all."

Staring at the woman in front of him, Jim paled considerably. "I'm sure we could find a suitable solution, Ma'am. I'll have a meeting with the staff immediately and email you the decision of the school."

Smiling pleasantly, Pepper replied. "Good. Now, I would like to update Peter's emergency contact list."

Shocked by the rapid change of the conversation and tone, he hurriedly opened the file for Peter's contact list. "What would you like to add, Ms. Potts"

"Please add Tony Stark, and Pepper Potts to the list."

"and what is your connection to the student?"

Smiling sharply at the man, Pepper clasped her hands together. "I am his mother and Tony is his father. You would find that there is nothing that we wouldn't do for our son, do you understand me, Mr. Morita? Nothing. If I hear another incident of bullying, even a small whisper of anything degrading towards my boy," motioning for the other two to stand and leave, Pepper stood by the door. "you'd best hope that you could withstand the numerous lawsuits that I'd send your way."

Walking out, Pepper remembered to thank him. "Thank you for your time, Mr. Principal. I will be waiting for that email."
