•3rd POV•

Peter was plummeting towards the earth. Or more less the water, the never ending fall was leading him towards the deep shallows of the earth.

Everything hurts.

What had he gotten himself into?

So maybe the plan didn't go completely to plan. He never planned to get blown away from the helicarrier and start falling towards the water. He never planned to lose Loki. Peter lost all sight of him when he started falling

The most painful thing about this whole fall was that it was so slow. The fall seemed to never end.

He could barely turn his head because of the force of the wind to see the tiny boat falling beside him. Loki and Peter planned to hijack that boat....when they thought they were on the water.

There's no way Peter can stop the inevitable, in this case, falling to the ocean. Unless some miracle parachute magically appears. Unfortunately this isn't the magical fairy land kid's always seem to believe in.

His mind was too busy processing what was happening to notice the abnormally big raven swooping towards him.

The fall was slow, but it all seemed too quick when he finally met the water. Now a new type of pain decided to merrily make its way to Peter's senses.

Numb.

It was all numb.

He almost fell unconscious in the deep sea (Lol deep) but eventually met the surface with a big gasp for air.

He was having one hell of a day.

Looking around for any sign of land was a waste of time. There was indeed nothing in sight. Well, except for the boat a few metres away. It wasn't land but it's something to hold on to.

He pushed through the pain shooting through his body and kept pushing himself towards the boat.

Peter gripped the side of the boat and pulled himself over the edge with the last bit of energy he had. He landed with a thud. He felt a puddle of water in the boat, probably caused by the boat crashing into the ocean. Well...obviously caused by that, unless someone peed in the boat...yeah Peter was going with the first suggestion.

The raven landed on the edge of the boat as Peter slipped out of consciousness.

Peter finally started letting his eyes open. He was on a cold cement floor, he couldn't quite tell. He could, however, sense another presence.

He had faint memories of what happened, blowing an area of the helicarrier up, falling to the ocean and the boat...oh shit.

Peter was quick to get to his feet and back up to the closest walk, ready to fight. Even though most bones in his body were telling him to 'stay down'.

"Slow down there spiderling, injuring yourself further will have inconvenient consequences," Loki's voice echoed, "you've been out for a day and a bit, I was worried you would never wake up." He sounded like he did worry genuinely.

Peter relaxed and leaned on the wall. His remaining strength relied on the wall to hold him, then proceeded to slide down to sit on the ground, "shit...what the hell happened?"

"We didn't seem to think the plan through in a logical terms...the helicarrier was in the air and not the water, as you may of been able to tell, so you fell to the ocean after we blew up a good portion of it."

"What about you? You didn't fall? Do you have some sort of flying magic I don't know about?"

"I was a raven. One of my powers are to shapeshift into animals and people. Once I faked my death and disguised myself as my father," Loki smiled at the memory, "another I disguised myself as a snake before I stabbed my brother."

"Oh....I guess that makes sense," Peter said more to himself than Loki, "what's the plan now? Wait where are we?"

"Worry not, I drove the boat somewhere, but I know not where...then I found this warehouse, it was empty and it's close to the shore," Loki explained.

Peter slowly got up but immediately fell again due to the shooting pain in his right ankle.

"Ah yes, your ankle. You got shot," Loki furrowed his eyebrows, "I'm surprised it hasn't healed yet because of your enhanced healing. I bandaged it up a little but I didn't have much to work with."

"It should be healed by now...unless..." Peter unwrapped the bandaging, "shit."

Around where the bullet wound used to be were his veins looking more visible than ever, or maybe they weren't veins as they were scattering and spreading all around his ankle. It's already half way up his calf and down to his heel.

"Oh my, What is that?" Loki asked.

"I'm not sure but...my guess is poison. Where the fuck did they get poison that effects me."

"Doesn't every poison effect everyone?"

"No, it's different for me. Because of my high metabolism food, or in this case poison, will burn off quick. Which means my metabolism will get rid of the poison before it effects me," Peter explained. He took another look at his ankle and sighed, "but I guess they had a more effective type."

"Do you know anyone that could help?" Loki asked sincerely.

"Well...Hydra could But I don't think they care or bother for me anymore. They said they would help me in a month and it's been longer than that, and here I am with no signs of help."

Peter's thoughts travelled back to his team. He wondered what they're doing right now, are they still in the cell? Are they doing a mission? Are they looking for him?

Who knows.

•Edgy squad•

Things were not going well. This house was going to be the death of the four teenagers. They've learnt to get along a little better but someone is going to end up killing someone. Which Eagle is trying to prevent.

Key word, trying.

When Strike came back to the house with a two bags full of food and drinks everyone went crazy about it.

•Flashback•

Strike walked back into the house, two bags in hand and a smug smile on his face, "told you all I could do it."

Shock and Tele sat up from their seats.

"What did you do?" Shock frowned.

"I got some supplies so we can live and not die of starvation," Strike shrugged.

"You stole it all didn't you?" Tele asked.

"Why wouldn't I? I've got a plan to survive, stealing is apart of that plan."

"We're supposed to keep on the low, Strike. Stay off the grid and not capture the attention of anyone," Shock growled.

Strike rolled his eyes and set out a container full of cookies on the table, "your welcome, by the way."

"You're lucky I Don't Shock your brains to dust," Shock muttered.

"Maybe you should, then I won't have to deal with your shit."

"You wouldn't have to deal with my shit if you would just listen and be smart," Shock said, a little louder than necessary.

Tele awkwardly stood between the two with a cookie in hand. Popcorn would have been a perfect choice for this situation, but cookies are good enough.

"Do you want to survive? Or starve to death? Pick one Shock, either way you can't stop me from stealing the things we need."

"You're going to get us caught!" Shock shouted.

Out of the corner of Tele's eye he could see Eagle starting to stomp into the room. 'Uh oh' he thought, 'its go time. I'm outta here'. He took the rest of the cookies and jogged off to his and Strike's room.

"What the hell is with all the yelling!" Eagle yelled, putting an end to their little argument.

Shock turned her head to Strike with a sarcastic smile, "Why don't you tell her Strike, I'm sure she would love to hear that you are getting us caught."

"Whatever. Your welcome for the food, which by the way, you need on an everyday basis to keep that heart of yours beating," With that said, Strike walked away to join Tele in his room.

"God this team can't get along for one damn second," Eagle whispered to herself and took an apple from one of the bags.

•end flashback•

And now, what was Eagle doing now? Well, she was on the verge of chucking everyone out a window. She sat in a middle of an argument, Shock and Strike were on either side of her yelling at each other.

"Shock you don't understand! I need a blanket!" Strike yelled.

"Use the toilet paper for a blanket, cut the mattres up and make a blanket out of it. Do anything to avoid going outside!"

Gosh they would argue about the smallest things. Right now they are arguing about blankets. Strike wants a blanket because he's cold at night, Shock wants him to not go anywhere near the outside.

"It's not the same," Strike huffed.

"Oh my god Strike-" Eagle But Shock off, "oh my GOD! Both of you shut the fuck up before I bash my own head against a wall. Listen here Strike, no more stealing. Go get Tele to go with you so he can manipulate people into thinking this donut is money. As for you Shock, stop bossing everyone around. It's going to be okay, we're fine."

"Wait Tele can do that?" Strike brightened up.

"Why? Why was I teamed with a bunch of idiots," Eagle thinks out loud.

•Peter and Loki•

Peter leaned his head against the window, watching as buildings and trees travel past. He ignored the agonising pain in his ankle. But it doesn't make the pain disappear, neither does the pained look on his face.

"Are you certain these people will help you?" Loki asked, "I haven't heard much of this...organisation? But I do know this place does not consist of caring people."

Peter hummed, "I'll see if they can, if they don't...they'll probably just kill me anyway, because I failed the mission." He closed his eyes in attempt to block out the never ending ache.

"Oh, that's...rather strange."

"How's it strange?"

"I would never kill an asset of my team, even if they failed me. I may seem...aggressive and heartless. But I am always one for loyalty."

"Fair. But you know what is strange?" Peter asked.

"What?"

"An outer space asgardian-frost giant God driving a car," Peter smiled.

And Loki was indeed driving a car. There was no other easy way to get to where they need, so Loki offered to steal and drive a car. When Loki first offered so, Peter doubted he could drive.

But here they are, Loki driving and Peter in the passenger seat.

"Do you even know where you are going?" Peter asked but received only silence, "Loki?"

"That is a rather good question. I have no idea where I am going," Loki admitted.

Peter sighed and finely decided to open his eyes again. He looked out the window to see if there was any sign of memory. But was disappointed to not know where the hell they were. Except when he passed two very familiar faces.

'Was that...' Peter began to thought, 'no. No it couldn't be'. He shook it off and concentrated on this current situation.

"Do you know where the helicarrier is based?" Peter asked and started rummaging through out the car to see if there was anything to help them pinpoint their location.

"Outside of New York City on the ocean, if I remember correctly," Loki answered.

"...and you drove us to shore?" Peter asked.

"Yes."

"Shit..." Peter sighed, "that means you could have driven upon a shore of anywhere near New York. Which also means we could be in either Bronx, New York City, Richmond, Queens, Nassau or Kings."

"I'm guessing that's not a good thing," Loki muttered.

"Not at all," Peter huffed.
