(This story takes place after FFH except May was killed by one of mysterio's men so happy take care of Peter)

It was common knowledge to Anyone that knew Peter were aware of the fact that he lost his whole family at a young age except his aunt.

But after the events on the field trip turned tradgity. He was excited to hug may. But when Peter gets out of the airport happy is waiting for him and not may, Peter instantly knew something was wrong when happy turned and looked at him. Happy Hogan was crying. Peter being the nice person he is "asked what wrong happy."

"It's may" was all happy said. "Get in the car"

Peter assuming the situation was bad started crying but still got in the car. Happy started explaining that a bunch of people broke in but he didn't have a gun so when he tried to fight them they won, but they shot may and she died on the way to the hospital. At this point both happy and Peter are crying.

Then Peter starts panicking because he doesn't know where he will go so he askes happy "where am I gonna go?"
"I already moved into the apartment it was soposed to be a surprise but I signed the papers and I'm your legal guardian." Said happy.
"Thank you" is what Peter said.

1 month later

No one has heard from Peter in a month and they were starting to get worried. The news about May came out 2 weeks ago.

During an acedmic decathlon meeting Abe said "are we not gonna acknowledge the fact that no one has seen Peter in a month?"
"Yeah" - Everyone said
Flash "even I'm worried"
Mj " why don't we go visit him?"
Ned "please mr. Harrington"
Mr H "sure. Everyone on the bus"

(On the way MJ called and told happy what was happening.)

At peter and happy's appartment

Mr H knocked on the door.
Happy opened it "hi you must be the decathlon team"
Mr H "that we are mr hogan"
Happy" call me happy. Come with me I'll bring you to the kids room."
Happy stopped at a door with a Star Wars poster "here we are. Be nice he barely leaves his room." With that he walked away.

MJ" I'll open it he's my bf" then she opens the door.
Inside it was clean other than some clothes on the floor, it was covers in Star Wars stuff. But what the came for was sleeping on his bed with tear stains running down his face. Everyone (even flash) felt bad for him.
Mj went and sat next to him on the bed and started stroking his cheek and she gave him a kiss on the forehead. He groaned and his eyes fluttered open he looked up and saw Mj.

MJ POV

He looked up at me and I could see the pain and sadness in his eyes which is different then what they usually are like.
She cupped his face and said " hey Baby"
He just kept looking at her as he mumble "hi darling". He slowly started to sit up. He was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up and some grey sweats.
Mj "we came to see how you were doing"
Peter"we?" Then he felt all the eyes so he looked around and saw his entire decathlon team there.
Peter"take a seat anywhere" everyone did just that while on the bed Mj sat up against the wall while Peter put his head in her lap with his face facing her and she played with his curly brown hair.
Flash "how are you doing peter?"
Peter "not amazing thanks for asking"
Everyone looked at him with a look of pity. (Except Ned and Mj)
Peter "don't look at me like that"
Abe " what do you mean peter"
Peter suddenly gets off the bed so he can look at everyone.
Peter "don't pity me, all my life I have been looked at with pity or everyone feels bad for me. And I hate it so stop please."
Everyone looks guilty
Mj "baby come sit"
Peter goes back and lies down like he did before.
Peter "sorry I flipped out"
Mr.H " it's fine Peter don't worry about it"
Peter " one sec I'll be back" he gets up and leaves

Peter POV
I left to find dad. He was in the kitchen.
Peter "can I tell them about Spider-Man"
Happy " go ahead.
I left to go back to my room.
"Hey guys I'm back"

"Ok you all deserve an explanation for my actions these past few years. The quiting clubs, random disappearances, and the truth behind my internship." I start "please save all questions to the end and let me completely explain. Also what is about to be said please do not tell anyone outside of this room. OK?"
A Corus of yes's went around the room.
"Ok I'll start at the begging. So as you all know I used to be the scrawny kid that wore glasses. But randomly after the oscorp trip did any of you notice I didn't wear glasses anymore? No. Ok so basically when we were in the spider area one of the radioactive spiders bit me. And turned me into what you all know as Spider-Man." The shock was on all there faces. "I got bit a week before my uncle died and the last thing he told me was 'with great power comes great responsibility' and that's what made me want to become a super hero. So 6 months later. I got home from school and tony stark was in my apartment he wanted me to come fight in what we called civil war. The reason I missed the decathlon in dc is because I was fighting the vulture, I was also fighting him on homecoming. And the reason I left the field trip to MOMA was to fight Thanos and I left the last field trip to stop Mysterio. The internship was just a coverup for Spider-Man. Tony was like a father figure/mentor to me so when I watched him die and then found out May died I became depressed. You are all probably wondering who the person was that opened the door. Well that was my aunts boyfriend and Tony's head bodyguard but when May died he adopted me."

Flash "how do we know your telling the truth?"
Peter "like this" he puts his two wrists together and his iron spider suit forms around him.

Everyone was speechless (besides Ned and Mj).
And staring at Peter. Until...
