Tick tick tick
Quick things you might need to know, peter is Tony's biological son. And at the start he is 13. He got his powers when he was 6, and tony and the avengers have trained him and he's been Spider-Man for a year now. Think that's all? Enjoy ^~^
"-and I need you to be back before 12, ok?" Tony's voice crackled through the suit.
"Yes dad I know. I'll be quick. Just want to go for a quick patrol. I'll talk to you when I get home."
"See you then kiddo."
"Karen end call" the billionaires face left from the corner of his mask, data filling in its place.
"Anything interesting going on at them moment Karen?" He mused, flipping through the city.
"There is currently a robbery on 23rd street, shots fired but no casualties as of yet. 4 policeman are on scene, but two of them seem to be only 3 months into the job and are not too experienced.
Peter stark shook his head, mentally reminding himself to be careful not to scare the trigger happy rookies. Directions appeared infront of him, he followed as the sounds of New York filled the night sky.
When he got there, he could already see where the criminals had entered through a smashed window on the east side of the building. He swung through it, not wanting to set off anymore alarms by breaking another window. He landed gracefully in a crouched position, surveying the scene. There were papers everywhere, scattered from the now very messy desk. The line ropes were broken or pushed over, likely to be from people making a hasty exit.
"Hey Karen, could you scan the building for life signatures?"
"On it peter" he waited a moment, till his vision was inverted. He looked around, finally seeing four heat signatures in a few rooms over, the vault.
"How the heck- ok Karen. Is there any booby traps left that could still set off?"
"None that I am aware of. It should be safe to approach."
"Thanks Karen." I got up, still focusing a little on my spider sense, which had been quietly pounding since I got here.
I creeped around the hallway, listening for any sign of a fight, but no yells echoed, and no gunshots rang out.
And that, was slightly suspicious. He jumped up to the wall, scaling to the roof for safety. He stood up, walking as if it were normal floor. He walked to the vault, the door smoking slightly and hanging open. Since it had only been a minute or so, chances were, they were still in there.
Taking a deep breath, he entered the room.
He overlooked the scene, and realised why it had been so quiet. Two older looking police men, (probably the experienced ones) were lying unmoving on the floor, unconscious (he hoped). Another two police, were tied up in the corner of the room, eyes darting around in fear.
One was a girl, her dusty blond hair tied up in two neat braids. She had hazel eyes, tinted with fear. They were almost, innocent, unlike most cops eyes, that were tainted with the struggles they faced which made them seem so much more mature. The other one was a man, he also had dusty blond hair that fell over his sweaty face in waves. His eyes were the exact same shade of hazel, though slightly more matured than her.
All in all, both looked no older than 23. The young stark concluded that they must be siblings. He noticed that the brother, was curling in slightly around his left arm, where a steady flow of blood was staining his uniform. He still held a protective stance over the girl, looking from peter to his sister occasionally.
The other person in the room, whom peter assumed was the robber, was busying herself away with something on the vault. She seemed to have not even noticed peter, giving him an advantage. He crept to the wall opposite the robber, moving up it slightly to the corner.
Then, he shot a web straight at her. He pulled it back instantly, making her lose her balance and fall to the floor she looked up to him in a surprised rage. She took a gun off her waist belt, firing a few shots at him. The young stark dodged them easily, moving over a little and shooting another web, Pulling the gun away from her.
He put the webs on rapid fire, shooting them at her and covering her completely, making the criminal immobile. Something in the back of his head was still warning him, but he focused on the task at hand.
He jumped down, pouncing on the villain. He shot one more web, connecting her to the floor.
She was still acting strange though. Instead of struggling or cursing, she just lay there. Peter decided to ignore it, maybe for once the bad guy just accepted their wrongs?
He shrugged it off, turning his back on the woman, walking towards the bound police.
His knees brushed the ground as he crouched, looking into the scared girls eyes.
"Are you alright?" I asked, gesturing towards to the rope.
"I-I'm fine. My brother, he got sh-shot though." I looked to her brother, the flow of blood a little bit less, but still flowing. I got up, ripping the rope off them using my super strength, and bent down again infront of the man.
"Did it hit anything important? Is it still bleeding, does it hurt around the tissue or in the actual bone-"
"I think I'm ok. It s-seems to have missed anything super imp-portant, just stings a lot." He finished my sentence for me. I pulled my hand up to his arm, spraying webs around it to put pressure on it. He gave a gracious look, removing his other bloody hand and hugging the girl.
"Are the other guys ok?" I asked, remembering the unmoving police in the room.
"I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure they're not dead, just unconscious." The girl answered, still in her brothers embrace.
"Thanks." I looked at them. "Hey Karen, could you call some more police to take this girl and the robber away, and get an ambulance as well."
"Yes peter" I instantly heard sirens, and knew they were on their way.
"I'm Spider-Man by the way. You two are new at this right?" I asked them, trying to make conversation.
"Yeah, I joined the police force a few months ago now and my sis a bit after. I'm Markus, and this is Audrey" Markus explained, and Audrey gave a small smile.
"How heartwarming." Another voice came, and I quickly turned around.
Somehow, the lady had gotten out of my webs.
"You know each other's names and everything. What a shame it'll be the last thing you know."
And before I even had a chance to blink, she had vanished.
Tick
Tick
Tick tick
What's that noise?
Tick tick tick
I looked towards the sound, and saw. My heart fell, knowing it was to late. I moved infront of the two young adults, shielding them.
My spider sense was the last thing I felt, telling me one thing.
RUN.
